Claims (18)
- Handwerkzeugmaschinen, insbesondere Betonschleifer, mit einem motorisch antreibbaren Werkzeug (34) zur Bearbeitung insbesondere der Oberfläche eines Werkstücks und mit einer das Werkzeug (34) umgebenden Schutzhabe (40), die am unteren Randbereich (39) ein nachgiebiges Dichtelement (42) trägt, mit dem die Schutzhaube (40) zur Abdichtung auf die Oberfläche des Werkstücks aufsetzbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (42) mittels mindestens eines flexiblen Elements (50) an der Schutzhaube (40) gehalten ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Element (50) aus einem gummiartig flexiblen Element (Träger 80; Streifenteil 71) gebildet ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gummiartig flexible Element (50) als mit dem Dichtelement (42) versehener Träger (80) aus Gummi ausgebildet ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (42) im Träger (80) fest oder auswechselbar gehalten ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (80) an dem Randbereich (39) der Schutzhaube (40) fest angebracht ist oder zu Austauschzwecken lösbar gehalten ist, insbesondere mit Vorspannung klemmend gehalten ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (80) mitsamt dem Dichtelement (42) zu einem Ringbauteil geschlossen ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randbereich (39) der Schutzhaube (40) einen unteren, nach innen vorstehenden Halterand (51) aufweist, dass das Dichtelement (42) einen nach außen vorstehenden Randteil (63) aufweist und dass das Dichtelement (42) mit seinem Randteil (63) von oben her an dem Halterand (51) der Schutzhaube (40) abstützbar ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (42) einen hochragenden Steg (64) aufweist, an dem das flexible Element (50) abstützbar ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (42) als offenes umlaufendes Streifenteil (62) ausgebildet ist, das in den inneren Randbereich (39) der Schutzhaube (40) lose und derart eingelegt ist, dass die Enden des Streifenteils (62) gegeneinanderstoßen und/oder miteinander verbunden sind.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (42) mit radialer Vorspannung eingelegt ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randbereich (39) der Schutzhaube (40) eine zu deren Innenseite hin offene etwa rinnenartige umlaufende Ringaufnahme (52) aufweist, die unterseitig durch den Halterand (51) begrenzt ist und in die das Dichtelement (42) eingelegt ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine flexible Element (50) aus einem offenen, umlaufenden Federglied (70) gebildet ist, das sich an der Schutzhaube (40) abstützt und auf den Randteil (63) des Dichtelements (42) drückt und diesen gegen den Halterand (51) der Schutzhaube (40) drückt, wobei das Federglied (70) mit radialer Vorspannung und derart eingesetzt ist, dass dessen Enden gegeneinanderstoßen und/oder miteinander verbunden sind.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Federglied (70) am nach außen vorstehenden Randteil (63) und hochragenden Steg (64) des Dichtelements (42) anliegt.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 12 der 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Federglied (70) aus einer Formfeder, z.B.einer etwa wellenförmig, zickzackförmig oder mäanderförmig od.dgl. geformten Spannfeder, gebildet ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Federglied (70) aus einem gummiartig flexiblen umlaufenden Streifenteil (71) gebildet ist, das in die Ringaufnahme (52) eingelegt ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dass gummiartig flexible Streifenteil (71) an dem Dichtelement (42) anliegt.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gummiartig flexible Streifenteil (71) fest mit dem Dichtelement (42) verbunden ist, z.B. damit verklebt oder verklammert ist, oder statt dessen in Bezug auf das Dichtelement (42) ein loses eigenständiges Bauteil ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (42) als Dichtbürste (43) ausgebildet ist, vorzugsweise als solche, die in einem U-Profilstreifen (45) klemmend gehaltene Borsten (46) aufweist.
