Claims (22)
- Schuhpressenband (1) für den Einsatz in Schuhpressen einer Papiermaschine, mit einem Träger (2) und einer flüssigkeitsundurchlässigen Bandschicht (3, 5), die eine Innenschicht (3) und eine Außenschicht (5) aufweist, wobei die Außenschicht (5) eine porige Struktur hat und die porige Struktur ausschließlich von zur Außenseite hin offenen Hohlräumen (8, 12, 14) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (8, 112, 14) aus einem ungeschäumten Material besteht.
- Schuhpressenband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (3) flüssigkeitsundurchlässig ist.
- Schuhpressenband nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (3) längsund/oder druckelastisch ausgebildet ist.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (2) in Längsrichtung einen spezifischen Modul von ≤ 500 cN/tex hat.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (2) ein Gewebe, Gewirke, Fadengelege oder ein Faservlies oder eine Kombination davon ist.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (2) wenigstens teilweise in die Innenschicht (3, 5) eingebettet ist.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (3) aus natürlichem Gummi oder einem Elastomer, insbesondere Silikonelastomer, Polyurethan und/oder Polyesterelastomer besteht.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (3) eine Härte zwischen 80 und 95 Shore A hat.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht anorganische Füllpartikel aufweist.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (3) eine Dickentoleranz von maximal 100 µm hat.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (5) aus Polyurethan und/oder Silikonelastomer und/oder Polyesterelastomer besteht.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlräume (8, 12, 14) in der Außenschicht (5) einen durchschnittlichen Durchmesser von 10 µm bis 1500 µm haben.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (5) auf ihrer Oberfläche mit Nanopartikeln versehen ist, die eine teilweise geschlossene Schicht bilden.
- Schuhpressenband nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nanopartikel wenigstens teilweise aus SiO2 bestehen.
- Schuhpressenband nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nanopartikel Fluorkohlenstoffketten aufweisen.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (5) aus einer elektronenstrahlgehärteten Präpolymeremulsion besteht.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (5) außenseitig aus Materialien besteht, die Bereiche unterschiedlicher Hydrophilie bzw. Hydrophobie bilden.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Anspsrüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (5) eine Dicke von < 3 mm und die Innenschicht (3) eine Dicke von 1-3 mm haben.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (5) eine Härte zwischen 8 Shore A und 95 Shore A hat.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht eine Dickentoleranz von ± 50 µ m hat.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Außenschicht (5) und Innenschicht (3) eine weitere Schicht angeordnet ist, welche härter ist als die Außenschicht.
- Schuhpressenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schuhpressenband (1) als Ganzes eine Dickentoleranz von ± 100 µm hat.
