Claims (10)
- Taumelsiebmaschine;1.1 mit einer Bodenwanne (1);1.2 mit einem oder mehreren Siebeinsätzen (2);1.3 mit einer Haube (3);1.4 mit Dichtungen (4), mit denen die Siebeinsätze (2) gegeneinander und gegen die Bodenwanne (1) und gegen die Haube (3) abgedichtet sind;1.5 mit Spannvorrichtungen, die die an einer Dichtung (4) anliegenden Bauteile gegeneinander verspannt;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1.6 die Spannvorrichtung so ausgeführt ist, daß sie ein Setzen der Dichtungen selbsttätig ausgleicht. - Taumelsiebmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannvorrichtungen pneumatisch oder hydraulisch betätigbare Bälge (5) sind.
- Taumelsiebmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugkraft der pneumatisch oder hydraulisch betätigbaren Bälge (5) proportional zu ihrer Druckbeaufschlagung ist.
- Taumelsiebmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere am Umfang der Taumelsiebmaschine verteilt angeordnete Bälge (5) druckleitend untereinander verbunden und mit dem gleichen Druck beaufschlagt sind.
- Taumelsiebmaschine gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere am Umfang der Taumelsiebmaschine verteilt angeordnete Bälge (5) durch eine Ringleitung (6) verbunden sind.
- Taumelsiebmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bälge (5) derart ausgeführt sind, daß sie sich bei Beaufschlagung mit Druck radial ausdehnen und dadurch axial verkürzen.
- Taumelsiebmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bälge (5) derart ausgeführt sind, daß sie im drucklosen Zustand auf mindestens einer ihrer Seiten von der Taumelsiebmaschine gelöst werden können und so ein Umklappen bzw. Entfernen zwecks Demontage der Taumelsiebmaschine ermöglichen.
- Taumelsiebmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Taumelsiebmaschine mehrere voneinander getrennte druckleitende Verbindungen zwischen verschiedenen Bälgen (5) umfaßt.
- Taumelsiebmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Taumelsiebmaschine eine Drucküberwachungseinrichtung umfaßt.
- Taumelsiebmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Taumelsiebmaschine eine Einrichtung umfaßt, die die Taumelsiebmaschine bei Druckausfall in wenigstens einer druckleitenden Verbindung stillsetzt.
