Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zur Reduktion des Nikotingehalts im Tabak, aufweisend eine Tabakbehandlung durch einen Teeaufguss, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behandlung eine Nikotinentfernung durch Wäsche des Tabaks in einem Bad umfasst, das durch einen Teeaufguss gebildet ist, und dass das Verfahren im Weiteren eine Pressung des aus dem Bad herausgekommenen Tabaks umfasst, mit einer Trennung von Tabaksaft konzentriert in Bezug auf Nikotin und von im Nikotingehalt reduziertem Tabak.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tee Tannin und/oder Gerbsäure enthält, die auf das Nikotin des Tabaks während des Bades in dem Teeaufguss einwirkt.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tee Chinatee ist.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tabak in Form von Blättern gegeben ist oder geschnitten.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dauer des Bades 30 bis 60 Sekunden beträgt.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es im Weiteren eine Trocknung des Tabaks, der aus der Pressung heraus gekommen ist umfasst, wie auch ggf. ein Verpacken des getrockneten Tabaks.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trocknung maximal 24 Stunden dauert.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es im Weiteren eine Hinzufügung von im Wasser unlöslichen Pigmenten zu dem Tabak umfasst.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es im Weiteren eine Sammlung des im Hinblick auf Nikotin konzentrierten Tabaksaftes umfasst und eine Nutzung des Saftes als Parasiten-Vernichtungsmittel.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Zigaretten, Zigarillos, Pfeifentabak oder Tabakfeinschnitt, aufweisend die Zubereitung des Tabaks erhalten nach einem Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
