Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'en cas de fonctionnement à double voie, c'est-à-dire de production simultanée de deux découpes (11) par détachement de deux bandes de feuille (13) parallèles portant chacune une bandelette d'arrachage (12), deux bandelettes de matériau parallèles (18) sont produites par séparation à partir d'une double bandelette (41) et appliquées sur les bandes de feuille (13).
  7. Dispositif pour la fabrication de paquets (10), en particulier de paquets de cigarettes du type boíte à couvercle basculant, ayant une enveloppe extérieure de préférence en feuille transparente et une bandelette d'arrachage (12), de préférence également constituée de feuille transparente, appliquée sur cette enveloppe extérieure, des découpes (11) pour l'enveloppe extérieure pouvant être détachées d'une bande continue de feuille (13) à bandelette d'arrachage (12) appliquée dessus, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) la bandelette de matériau (18) pour le production des bandelettes d'arrachage (12) est pourvue d'impressions, de marques (24), de marques d'impression ou de repères semblables,
    b) des capteurs, en particulier des lecteurs de marques d'impression (26), sont associés à la bande de feuille (13) dans la zone de la trajectoire de la bandelette de matériau (28) jointe à la bande de feuille (13), ou des bandelettes d'arrachage (12), pour la lecture des impressions, marques (24), etc. sur la bandelette de matériau (18) ou sur les bandelettes d'arrachage (12),
    c) les capteurs, en particuliers les lecteurs de marques d'impression (26), sont reliés à un organe d'exploitation des positions lues des impressions, marques (24), etc.,
    d) des organes d'entraínement de la bandelette de matériau (18) et/ou de la bande de feuille (13) sont commandés par les capteurs ou les lecteurs de marques d'impression (26) par l'intermédiaire de l'organe d'exploitation.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins deux capteurs, en particulier deux lecteurs de marques d'impression (26, 30), sont prévus pour la lecture des impressions, marques (24), marques d'impression (25), etc. aussi bien de la bandelette de matériau (18) ou des bandelettes d'arrachage (12) que de la bande de feuille (13), les impressions, marques d'impression (25), etc. de la bande de feuille (13) étant décalées par rapport à la bandelette de matériau (18) ou aux bandelettes d'arrachage (12).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé par le fait que des organes de transport de la bandelette de matériau (18) et/ou de la bande de feuille (13) pourvue de bandelette de matériau (18) ou de bandelettes d'arrachage (12) est commandée par les capteurs, en particulier les lecteurs de marques d'impression (26, 30), en ce qui concerne un changement de la vitesse d'entraínement de la bande de feuille (13) et/ou de la bandelette de matériau (18).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fàit que des rouleaux moteurs (28) ou des rouleaux transporteurs (31, 37) affectés à la bande de feuille (13) et/ou à la bandelette de matériau (18) sont entraínés par des servomoteurs commandés (29, 33), ces servomoteurs (29, 33) étant commandés par les lecteurs de marques d'impression (26, 30).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) un rouleau moteur commandé (28) est placé dans la zone de la bande de feuille (13) pourvue de bandelettes d'arrachage (12) ou de bandelette de matériau (18), de préférence immédiatement avant à un poste à découpes (14),
    b) un autre rouleau transporteur commandé (31) est placé dans la zone de la bandelette de matériau (18),
    c) les deux organes d'entraínement, à savoir le rouleau moteur (28) et le rouleau transporteur (31, 37), sont commandés par des capteurs, en particulier des lecteurs de marques d'impression (26, 30), affectés d'une part aux bandelettes d'arrachage (12) ou à la bandelette de matériau (18) et d'autre part à la bande de feuille (13).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'un rouleau transporteur commandé (37) pour la bandelette de matériau (18) est placé à proximité d'un dispositif de détachement de bandelettes d'arrachage (12) de la bandelette de matériau (18), en particulier à proximité d'un rouleau à couteau (36).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que des découpes (11) à bandelette d'arrachage (12) sont produites en double voie, deux bandes de feuille (13) parallèles étant produites par division au milieu d'une double bande (39) et deux bandelettes de matériau (18) parallèles étant produites par division d'une double bandelette (41), et les deux bandes de feuille (13) et les deux bandelettes de matériau (18) étant commandées par des organes transporteurs séparés par des capteurs, en particulier des lecteurs de marques d'impression (26, 30), communs.
