Claims (13)
- Gebäude (10), insbesondere Hotel- oder Appartementgebäude, mit wenigstens zwei Geschossen, mit einer in einem Basisgeschoss liegenden Einfahrt (12), mit einem Fördermittel (16) zum Fördern von Fahrzeugen (14) von einem Geschoss zu einem anderen Geschoss, wobei das Fördermittel (16) eine Drehvorrichtung aufweist, über die Fahrzeuge (14) von der Einfahrrichtung in eine Ausfahrrichtung ausrichtbar sind, mit auf den Geschossen in Ausfahrrichtung angeordneten Fahrzeugabstellplätzen (20 - 25) und mit Hotelzimmer- oder Appartementeinheiten (30), die an die Fahrzeugabstellplätze (20 - 25) angrenzen.
- Gebäude (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Hotelzimmer- oder Appartementeinheit (30) jeweils einen unmittelbar seitlich an die Hotelzimmeroder Appartementeinheiten (30) angrenzenden Fahrzeugabstellplatz (20 - 25) aufweist.
- Gebäude (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebäude (10) einen Grundriss aufweist, der im Wesentlichen einem Dreieck, und insbesondere einem gleichseitigen Dreieck (B, C, D), entspricht, wobei die Fahrzeugabstellplätze (20 - 25) im Bereich der Höhen des Dreiecks (B, C, D) angeordnet sind.
- Gebäude (10) nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basisgeschoss das Erdgeschoss ist.
- Gebäude (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstellplätze (20 - 25) in dem jeweiligen Geschoss sternförmig um die Fördereinrichtung (16) angeordnet sind.
- Gebäude (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über eine Ausfahrrichtung zwei aneinander angrenzende, nebeneinander liegende Abstellplätze (20, 21 bzw. 22, 23 bzw. 24, 25) bedient werden.
- Gebäude (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Fördermittel (16) abgewandten Seiten der Abstellplätze in das Freie gerichtete Öffnungen (28) aufweisen oder unmittelbar an das Freie grenzen.
- Gebäude (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fördermittel (16) im Bereich des Schwerpunktes (B, C, D) des Dreiecks verläuft.
- Gebäude (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einem Abstellplatz (20 - 25) und einer Winkelhalbierenden (h) jeweils eine Hotelzimmer- bzw. Appartementeinheit (30) angeordnet ist.
- Gebäude (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebäude (10) im Wesentlichen die Form eines senkrechten Dreieckzylinders aufweist.
- Gebäude (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebäude (10) im Wesentlichen die Form eines senkrechten Dreieckkegels aufweist.
- Gebäude (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebäude Fahrzeuge (14) umfasst, die zusammen mit den Hotelzimmer- bzw. Appartementeinheiten (30) dem jeweiligen Hotelzimmer- bzw. Appartementbenutzer zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
- Gebäude (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Fahrzeugabstellplatz (20 - 25) eine Hotelzimmer- oder Appartementeinheit (30) zugeordnet ist, und wobei jede Hotelzimmer- oder Appartementeinheit (30) jeweils einen seitlich unmittelbar an die Hotelzimmer- oder Appartementeinheiten (30) angrenzenden Fahrzeugabstellplatz (20 - 25) aufweist.
