Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d'une structure organique en couches semi-conductrice destinée à être utilisée dans un circuit électronique, notamment dans un circuit logique et/ou mémoire. Selon l'invention, un substrat est recouvert d'une solution ou d'une dispersion ayant une faible teneur en un composé organique jusqu'à obtention d'une épaisseur de couche humide, et une couche mince organique, adhérant au substrat, ayant des propriétés semi-conductrices, est formée par séchage, avec une épaisseur de couche sèche inférieure sensiblement, notamment d'un ordre de grandeur ou plus, à l'épaisseur de couche humide, le séchage étant réalisé grâce à l'application de courte durée d'un rayonnement électromagnétique dont le champ d'action principal est situé dans l'infrarouge proche, notamment dans l'intervalle compris entre 0,8 et 1,5 mu m.
