Abstract
Description
Die Kupferlegierung besteht aus 90 - 10 Gewichts-% Kupfer und 10- 90 Gewichts-% Nickel.
Kern und Mantel weisen Querschnittsflächen im Verhältnis 1: 3 bis 3:1 auf.
Kern und Mantel weisen zumindest annähernd gleich große Querschnittsflächen auf.
Der Drahtdurchmesser beträgt 0,01 - 0,5 mm.
Um einen hohen Korrosionsschutz vor äußeren Einflüssen bereitzustellen, weist der Draht eine äußere elektrische Isolierung auf.
Diese besteht vorteilhafterweise aus PTFE (Polytetrafluorethylen), FEP (Copolymere aus Tetrafluormethylen und Hexafluorpropylen), MFA (Perfluoroalkoxy-Polymer) oder Polyurethanlack.
Die Litze enthält mindestens einen links- und mindestens einen rechtsdrehenden Litzenstrang, um die Torsionsneigung möglichst gering zu halten und die Litze entsprechend den Anforderungen ohne axiales Aufwickeln verlegen zu können.
Dies gilt insbesondere bei mehreren Litzensträngen, wenn die Anzahl der links- und der rechtsdrehenden Litzenstränge gleich ist.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten Litzen weisen üblicherweise 1 Litzenstrang bis ca. 100 Litzenstränge auf, wobei die Litzenstränge üblicherweise 1 Draht bis ca. 100 Drähte aufweisen.
Die Litze ist in und/oder an einem Trägermaterial insbesondere an einem Schaumkörper und/oder einem Gewirke insbesondere mittels Teil- oder Kurzschuß (im textilwirktechnischen Sinne) befestigt. An dieser Stelle sei erwähnt, daß die Über- und Aufnähbarkeit der Litze (im textilwirktechnischen Sinne) sich als ausgezeichnet herausgestellt hat.
Unter der Bezeichnung "Abspanngraben" ist somit der auf dem Gebiet der Polsterung von Sitzen übliche Begriff mit seinem entsprechend semantischen Inhalt gemeint.
Claims (21)
- Elektrisches Heizelement für Sitzheizungen und Lenkradheizungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses mindestens eine Litze mit mindestens einem Kern-Mantel-Draht als Heizleiter (1) und/oder als Kontaktleiter (3) und/oder als Zuleitung von Temperaturfühlern aufweist, wobei der Mantel aus einem Stahl und der Kern aus Kupfer oder einer Kupferlegierung oder der Mantel aus Kupfer oder einer Kupferlegierung und der Kern aus einem Stahl besteht.
- Heizelement, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Stahl um einen kohlenstoffhaltigen Stahl handelt.
- Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupferlegierung Kupfer und Nickel enthält und/oder es sich bei dem Stahl um einen Edelstahl gemäß DIN 4401 handelt.
- Heizelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupferlegierung aus 90 - 10 Gewichts-% Kupfer und 10 - 90 Gewichts-% Nickel besteht.
- Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Kern und Mantel Querschnittsflächen im Verhältnis 1: 3 bis 3:1 aufweisen.
- Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Kern und Mantel zumindest annähernd gleich große Querschnittsflächen aufweisen.
- Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drahtdurchmesser 0,01 - 0,5 mm beträgt.
- Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Draht eine äußere elektrische Isolierung aufweist.
- Heizelement nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierung aus PTFE, FEP, MFA oder Polyurethanlack besteht.
- Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Litze mindestens einen links- und mindestens einen rechtsdrehenden Litzenstrang enthält.
- Heizelement nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der linksund der rechtsdrehenden Litzenstränge gleich ist.
- Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Litze in und/oder an einem Trägermaterial befestigt ist.
- Heizelement nach Anspruch 12,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermaterial ein Schaumstoffkörper und/oder ein Gewirke ist.
- Sitzheizung, enthaltend mindestens ein Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
- Sitz, insbesondere Kfz-Sitz, enthaltend mindestens ein Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
- Sitz nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser durch einen Abspanngraben voneinander getrennte Sitzteile aufweist, die mittels einer gemäß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 aufgezeigten Litze elektrisch miteinander verbunden sind.
- Lenkrad, enthaltend mindestens ein Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
- Verwendung einer gemäß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 aufgezeigten Litze als Heizleiter (1) und/oder Kontaktleiter (3) und/oder Zuleitung eines Temperaturfühlers in Heizelementen.
- Verwendung einer gemäß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 aufgezeigten Litze und eines Heizelementes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 zur Beheizung eines Lenkrades und/oder eines Sitzes.
- Verwendung einer gemäß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 aufgezeigten Litze zur elektrischen Verbindung von durch einen Abspanngraben eines Sitzes geteilten elektrischen Heizelementen von Sitzteilen.
- Verwendung einer gemäß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 aufgezeigten Litze und eines Heizelementes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 für die 42-Volt-Bordnetztechnik in Kraftfahrzeugen.
