Claims (12)
- Dispositif permettant de visser des éléments de fixation composés d'un support en matière plastique formé par une rondelle de grande surface et un appendice tubulaire, et d'une vis prémontée, un dispositif de vissage et un ensemble de maintien étant prévus pour l'élément de fixation, et dont le dispositif de vissage entraînable au moyen d'un tournevis, comprend deux parties de tube guidées l'une dans l'autre coaxialement,
caractérisé en ce que
l'ensemble de maintien présente un mandrin (12) actionné par le dispositif de vissage (6), et qui s'engage dans l'appendice tubulaire (25) d'un support en matière plastique (13) et assure un maintien axial du support en matière plastique (13), et la taille des zones emboîtées l'une dans l'autre des deux parties de tube (58, 59) est préréglable en fonction de la longueur de l'appendice tubulaire (25), et les parties de tube (58, 59) sont verrouillables l'une avec l'autre dans la disposition préréglée de sorte que le mandrin (12) dépasse plus ou moins loin d'une surface de butée inférieure (52) du dispositif de vissage (6). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,

le boulon (14) formant le blocage de rotation pour le support en matière plastique (13) est prévu en saillie libre sur une surface de butée (52) à l'extrémité libre du dispositif de vissage (6) et agit sur la zone périphérique de la rondelle (24) de grande surface du support en matière plastique (13) en tant que butée anti-rotation. - Dispositif selon la revendication 7,

le ou les boulons (14) sont disposés sur une limitation périphérique de la surface de butée (52), le ou les boulons (14) n'agissant comme blocage de rotation que sur une délimitation longitudinale du support en matière plastique (13) si le support en matière plastique (13) est positionné. - Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8,

la longueur des boulons (14) en saillie libre correspond approximativement à l'épaisseur de la rondelle (24) de grande surface sur les supports en matière plastique (13) dans la zone de butée concernée. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, l'ensemble de maintien (51) étant prévu pour l'alignement de l'élément de fixation (2) dans l'axe de vissage et étant formé sur un mandrin (12) s'engageant dans le support en matière plastique (13), le dispositif de vissage (6) présentant une butée anti-rotation du support en matière plastique (13) lors de l'opération de vissage, le mandrin (12) présentant un corps (84) muni d'un boulon fileté (83) pour la fixation à l'extrémité libre d'un arbre d'entraînement (64), et une partie tubulaire (78) étant placée sur le corps (84) ainsi que sur le boulon fileté (83) pour la fixation conjointe avec le corps (84) à l'extrémité libre de l'arbre d'entraînement (64), extrémité qui présente des moyens de retenue (53) ayant la forme d'au moins un tenon (79) saillant qui, en coopération avec au moins un boudin (77) annulaire faisant saillie vers l'intérieur formé dans l'appendice tubulaire (25) d'un support en matière plastique (13), assure un maintien bloqué axialement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10,
caractérisé en ce que
deux tenons saillants disposés diamétralement opposés l'un à l'autre (79) sont formés sur la partie tubulaire (78) du mandrin (12). - Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11,
caractérisé en ce que
les tenons saillants (79) présentent une rampe d'engagement (80) à angle aigu par rapport à l'axe de vissage, et une butée descendant derrière celle-ci de façon abrupte.
