Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for washing and, if necessary, spinning laundry according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to washing machines according to the preambles of claims 11 and 15.
- washing machines In commercial laundries are used for wet treatment, and in particular for Washing and, if necessary, for subsequent spin, several washing machines Use. Machines with which the laundry is washed and can be subsequently thrown, are in the jargon as Waschschleudern designated. If, in the following, for the sake of simplicity, only Washing machines is the talk, it also means washes, which is what the invention also relates.
- washing machines In commercial laundries several washing machines are used to at the same time different laundry items with similar or dissimilar To wash clothes. For this it is customary so far, the washing machines like an island to arrange at different points in the laundry. This arrangement will be made All chosen therefore, so that the washing machines for repair of all Pages are freely accessible.
- the disadvantage of this, however, is the large footprint and the Insulated loading of washing machines with laundry and the separate liquid and Power supply. Especially in sterile areas, for example in hospital laundries, where the dirty laundry of sterilized, clean laundry spatially must be delimited by partitions, is the individual list of Washing machines very expensive.
- the invention has the object, a device with several washing machines for wet treatment of laundry as well as appropriate To create washing machines that are space saving and especially in the Insert the sterile area.
- An apparatus for solving the above object has the features of Claim 1. Because the washing machines are arranged side by side, They can be stored space-saving within a laundry. The loading and Unloading the washing machine is simplified because it is spatially concentrated. Similarly, the adjacent washing machines are easier, namely with shorter lines, to the power supply and the liquid supply and removal connected. The washing machines are so concentrated together and are thereby also easier to use and monitor.
- all washing machines are in a row, in particular a single Row, arranged.
- the washing machines are close to each other with each other adjacent side walls.
- the washing machines are preferably so dense juxtaposed, leaving their adjacent side walls gapless lie against each other or almost without gaps with a small distance parallel next to each other run.
- the Side walls via no connections for electrical cables and fluid lines.
- the side walls have no maintenance openings in the Areas of the side walls. It allows the washing machines as densest as possible be compiled.
- the interior of the housing is the Washing machines accessible from the front, back and / or top.
- the Washing machines accessible from the front, back and / or top.
- Thereby a trouble-free installation and maintenance of the washing machines is guaranteed.
- As well can easily handle power lines and fluid lines for the supply and discharge of Liquids are connected.
- the Loading and unloading the washing machines done.
- Such a trained Washing machines meet the formation of the device according to the invention required series arrangement of the washing machines with the shortest possible distance or without a space between the adjacent side walls.
- washing machines are next to each other in series arranged washing machines in the region of a partition wall between two rooms, in particular for the separation of a clean room arranged.
- the partition wall between each two adjacent washing machines either a separation surface or at least one seal on.
- the washing machines so tight juxtaposed to arrange that their adjacent side walls self-sealing lie together. Due to the arrangement of the washing machines can with essentially a simple partition a spatial separation between the Loading area and the unloading area of the washing machines. This contrasts with a reliable separation, in particular of an unsterile area ensures a sterile area. Above all, this separation can be on the smallest Room done.
- the device according to the invention is further designed such that side by side arranged washing machines independently by at least one preferably horizontal axis (tilt axis) are tiltable.
- tilt axis preferably horizontal axis
- the washing machines are independent tilted from each other in the opposite direction, in particular alternatively forward or backward.
- Washing machines will their individual tiltability, even in opposite Directions, thus not impaired.
- the different washing machines can in different positions, both untilted, forward, or tilted backwards. As a result, they are arranged side by side Washing machines operated independently.
- a development of the device according to the invention provides, several washing machines, preferably all washing machines, together from at least one same container with liquid, especially washing water to supply.
- Such a common container can be stored to save space, because not everyone Washing machine is assigned a separate container.
- a common container for holding the Spin associated accumulating liquid, especially water, associated It may be in this case act around the same container from which the washing machines with water are available. This also makes it unnecessary to provide multiple containers and In addition, this can also be saved space.
- washing machines a common Assign control.
- this common control is designed that each individual washing machine can be controlled independently of each other. As a result, not only a central operability is given; the controller can too be simplified. Due to the individual controllability of each individual washing machine is it possible to operate these independently of each other. In particular, each one can Washing machine with different washing programs for different types of laundry be operated, and even with a time delay. The washing program and the washing time So you do not need to run the same for every washing machine.
- a washing machine for solving the above-mentioned problem has the features of claim 11. Because the drum is at least partially on one Drive shaft of the engine is stored, can be omitted own storage of the drum. This storage takes over the engine. For a drum supported only on one side the engine the entire drum. It can be a separate storage of the whole Drum omitted. This storage is inventively taken over by the engine. As a result, the washing machine according to the invention builds more compact. Such Washing machine is particularly suitable for the inventive device at least one row of closely spaced washing machines, because a such drum storage does not appreciably exceed the width of the washing machine Width of the drum also increases and thereby the number of washing machines so be as small as possible.
- the drum of the washing machine detachable with the Drive shaft of the engine to connect.
- the drum and the Motor to be mounted or dismounted separately.
- the detachable connection between the drum and the drive shaft takes place preferably frictionally and / or non-positively. Such a connection is easy even in cramped conditions assemble and disassemble.
- the detachable connection between the engine and the Drum in such a way that it for recording or transmission of Torsions kit (driving forces) and bending moments is suitable.
- This kind of detachable connection contributes to the special power of washing machines Invoice, especially if when spinning at high speeds bending moments causing imbalances occur.
- bending moments arise when the Drum - which allows the compound of the invention - only on one end face is stored, on the output shaft of the engine.
- the releasable connection is in a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention formed as a clamping ring set, which in a pot-like receptacle of a part of End wall of the drum is arranged.
- This pot-like recording of the clamping ring set also contributes to the creation of a compact design of the washing machine. In particular, this can make the washing machine as narrow as possible, because the friction or non-positive releasable formed by at least one clamping set Connection of the output shaft of the motor with the drum practically in the drum has been moved, wherein the cup-like formation of the corresponding area the end wall of the drum a sheltered accommodation of the respective clamping ring set within the outline of the drum.
- Another washing machine for solving the above-mentioned problem has the Features of claim 15.
- the fact that the base frame a tilting frame for Tilting the washing machine has in opposite directions, it is possible the washing machine especially for unloading and loading in different To bring tilting, with the base frame associated tilting frame a stable hold of the washing machine even in tilted to each side state allows.
- the tilting frame is composed of two Kipp admittedeilen formed and the base frame also still with a Base frame provided.
