Abstract

In gewerblichen Wäschereien werden Einrichtungen zum Waschen und gegebenenfalls Schleudern der Wäsche eingesetzt, die mehrere Waschmaschinen (10) aufweisen. Die Waschmaschinen (10) sind üblicherweise frei stehend in der Wäscherei angeordnet. Das ist platzraubend und erschwert die Bedienung sowie Versorgung der Waschmaschinen (10) mit elektrischer Energie und Wasser. Außerdem erschweren die einzelnen Waschmaschinen (10) die Behandlung steriler Wäsche.
Die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass mehrere Waschmaschinen (10) in Reihe nebeneinander stehend angeordnet sind. Eine solche Anordnung ist platzsparend und vereinfacht die Versorgung der Waschmaschinen (10) mit elektrischer Energie und Wasser sowie Waschhilfsmittel. Zur sterilen Behandlung der Wäsche kann die Reihe mehrerer nebeneinander stehender Waschmaschinen (10) einfach durch eine Trennwand (17) von einem Sterilbereich (16) abgetrennt werden.
