Claims (1)
- Dispositif d'activation d'un auxilaire d'ouverture et/ou d'un auxiliaire de fermeture destiné à des parties (10) mobiles verrouillables de véhicules, lesquelles parties permettent, en cas d'ouverture, un accès au moins à certaines zones à l'intérieur du véhicule telles que des volets (10), portes ou assimilés,
avec un moyen d'actionnement manuel qui, en cas d'actionnement, agit sur au moins un organe contacteur (13) d'au moins un commutateur (12),
le commutateur (12) actionné enclenchant un entraînement servant à ouvrir et fermer la partie mobile (10) du véhicule,
et avec un capotage extérieur (40) contre le véhicule ou la partie mobile (10) du véhicule, telle qu'une tôle de porte,
caractérisé en ce que
le capotage extérieur (40) présente une épaisseur de paroi (45) rendant certes la paroi impossible à enfoncer,
mais en ce qu'un segment libre (43) du capotage extérieur situé en face d'une zone (42) limitrophe, essentiellement de forme stable et voisine du capotage extérieur, a été dimensionné suffisamment grande
pour que, lorsqu'on exerce une pression (20) engendrant la course (29), ce segment (43) du capotage extérieur forme par élasticité une bosse concave (43') et que cette bosse concave (43') serve à actionner le commutateur (12) tels des volets, portes ou assimilés.
