Claims (20)
- Schienenfahrzeug zur wechselweisen Verwendung für den Schienen- und Straßentransport von Straßenfahrzeugen, straßengebundenen Fahrzeugtransportern, anderen Straßenfahrzeugen oder auf Straßen transportierbaren Lasten jeden Typs und jeder Form einschließlich direkt transportierter Straßenfahrzeuge oder Straßenfahrzeuge, die auf oder in anderen Straßenfahrzeugen transportiert werden, wobei das Schienenfahrzeug eine tragende und drehbare Eisenbahnwagenstruktur (1), einen niedrigen Boden (11) und eine obere Ladefläche aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet :dass der niedrige Boden (11) eine untere Ladeebene für alle Straßenfahrzeuge und insbesondere für Fahrzeugtransporter gemäß eines ersten Verwendungszwecks bildet, nach welchem die Straßenfahrzeuge im Inneren eines Fahrzeugtransporters transportiert werden;dass der obere Ladeboden beweglich, einklappbar oder entfernbar ist und durch die Seitenwände der Seite (15) und (16) der tragenden Eisenbahnwagenstruktur abgestützt wird, die mechanisch mit dem niedrigen Boden (11) verbunden sind, um eine obere Ladefläche zu bilden, die für Kraftfahrzeuge oder Straßenfahrzeuge, die im Fall des unmittelbaren Transports von Fahrzeugen direkt transportiert werden, gemäß eines zweiten Verwendungszwecks, nach welchem die Kraftfahrzeuge unmittelbar in dem Schienenfahrzeug transportiert werden.dass zwei End-Plattformen (6) und (7) jeweils auf einem Fahrgestell oder auf einer oder mehreren Achsen montiert sind, wobei auf zumindest einer derselben ein Ende der tragenden Eisenbahnwagenstruktur verriegelbar und lösbar anbringbar ist.dass einstellbare Haltevorrichtungen (17) des oberen Ladebodens (18) in eine Ruheposition beweglich, einklappbar oder entfernbar sind und in eine horizontale Arbeitsposition bringbar sind, um die obere Ladefläche zu bilden, um eine Mehrzahl von Kraftfahrzeugen oder Straßenfahrzeugen, die gemäß des zweiten Verwendungszwecks unmittelbar per Eisenbahn transportiert werden, zu tragen, wobei diese Haltevorrichtungen an den Seitenwänden der Seite (15) und (16) der tragenden Eisenbahnwagenstruktur (1) befestigt sind,dass Blockiervorrichtungen, die durch die tragende Eisenbahnwagenstruktur (1) getragen werden, zum Blockieren und Befestigen der Kraftfahrzeuge oder anderen transportierten Straßenfahrzeuge.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es um sein Zentrum schwenkbar ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es um eines seiner Enden schwenkbar ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der niedrige Boden (11), der die untere Ladefläche (12) bildet, dünn ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Ladefläche (12) an ihrer Unterseite eine längslaufende, vertiefte Aufnahme (13) für einen Durchlass für eine mechanische Verbindung (14) zwischen den End-Plattformen (6) und (7) aufweist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Seitenwand der Seite (15) und (16) durch einen Schutz gegen äußere Einflüsse verschließbar ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Seitenwand der Seite (15) und (16) steif ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Seitenwand der Seite (15) und (16) aus einem flexiblen, eine Plane oder mehrere Planen bildenden Material ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einstellbaren Haltevorrichtungen (17) in der Höhe einstellbar sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtungen (17) der auf der oberen Ladefläche transportierten Fahrzeuge gelenkig, schwenkbar und versenkbar mit den oder in den jeweiligen Seitenwänden der Seite verbunden sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (17) der auf der oberen Ladefläche transportierten Fahrzeuge Trageflächen (19) oder Platten (20) sind, wobei zwei Platten Seite an Seite liegen und einen Stellplatz für ein Fahrzeug oder einen Teil desselben bilden.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch eine versenkbare, abnehmbare oder entfernbare Abdeckungseinrichtung (25) überdacht ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckungseinrichtung (25) von einer in Richtung Innenraum ragenden Umbiegung (26) und (27) der jeweiligen Seitenwand (15) und (16) gebildet wird, wobei die auf diese Art umgrenzte Lücke mit einer entfernbaren, flexiblen Abdeckung verschlossen ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckungseinrichtung (25) ein zu öffnendes Dach (28) ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zu öffnende Dach (28) durch zwei steife Schalen (29) und (30) gebildet wird, die gelenkig und schwenkbar mit dem längslaufenden oberen Rand der Seitenwände der Seiten (15) und (16) verbunden sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtungen (17) gelenkig mit in der Höhe einstellbaren Trägern verbunden sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die längslaufenden Ränder der gegenüberliegenden Platten (20) einen endlichen Abstand zueinander haben.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Ladefläche (12) Rollenbahnen für alle Strassenfahrzeuge aufweist, die angehobene Strukturen (37) und (38) in Treppenstufen oder Trottoir-Form sind, die einen Abstand kleiner als die durchschnittliche Spurbreite der Gesamtheit der transportierten Straßenfahrzeuge haben, auf denen diese fahren und transportiert werden, wodurch es möglich ist, das Niveau auf Straßen transportierbarer Einheiten im Vergleich zur Oberfläche der unteren Ladefläche anzuheben.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebevorrichtungen (37) und (38) versenkbar sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platten, die die Haltevorrichtungen (17) der auf der oberen Ladefläche (18) transportierten Fahrzeuge bilden, Befestigungs- und Verkeileinrichtungen für jedes transportierte Fahrzeug enthalten.
