Abstract

L'invention concerne un mélange caoutchouté comprenant : (A) un caoutchouc copolymère de nitrile constitué de (a) 10 à 40 % en poids de motifs monomères de nitrile insaturé en α,β-éthylène, (b) 10 à 60 % en poids de motifs monomères d'ester carboxylique insaturé en α-β-éthylène, (c) 0,01 à 56 % en poids de motifs monomères diéniques conjugués, et (d) 14 à 69,99 % en poids de motifs monomères diéniques conjugués saturés, la teneur totale en motifs monomères (c) et (d) étant de 20 à 70 % en poids, la teneur en motifs monomères (d) étant d'au moins 70 % en poids selon la fonction de la somme des motifs monomères (c) et (d) et la différence entre la température d'amorçage de transition vitreuse extrapolée (Tig) et la température de fin de transition vitreuse extrapolée (Teg) en calorimétrie différentielle est d'au plus 10 °C ; (B) un sel métallique d'un acide carboxylique insaturé en éthylène ; et (C) un peroxyde organique. L'invention porte également sur un vulcanisat obtenu par vulcanisation du mélange caoutchouté. Le vulcanisat, qui est obtenu à partir du mélange caoutchouté, possède d'excellentes propriétés de résistance au froid, à l'huile et de rémanence à la compression.
