- maintien de la continuité de la veine de béton pour éviter la souillure des édifices et des utilisateurs par les projections extérieures,
- des moyens d'obturation agencés à la base de la benne par des premiers moyens de fixation,
- des moyens de réception du béton échappé desdits moyens d'obturation, ces moyens de réception étant formés d'une enveloppe ou entonnoir qui entoure les moyens d'obturation et qui est agencée autour de ces derniers par des deuxièmes moyens de fixation,
- des moyens d'écoulement du béton agencés à la partie inférieure des moyens d'obturation par des troisièmes moyens de fixation.
Claims (12)
- Dispositif de vidage (1) de benne à béton du type de ceux comportant de haut en bas :caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'obturation (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) sont prolongés vers le bas par une manchette (5) dont le bord inférieur 5b de la paroi affleure continûment la surface intérieure de ladite enveloppe (22).des moyens d'obturation (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) agencés à la base (3) de ladite benne par des premiers moyens de fixation (2,4),des moyens de réception (22) du béton échappé desdits moyens d'obturation (5, 6, 7, 8, 9), lesdits moyens de réception (22) étant formés d'une enveloppe (22) agencée autour des moyens d'obturation (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) par des deuxièmes moyens de fixation (23),des moyens d'écoulement (24) du béton agencés à la partie inférieure desdits moyens de réception (22) par des troisièmes moyens de fixation (25),
- Dispositif de vidage (1) de benne à béton selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de la section d'entrée supérieure de l'enveloppe de réception (22) est située au niveau ou au-dessus de la base (3) de la benne.
- Dispositif de vidage (1) de benne à béton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de la section d'entrée supérieure de l'enveloppe de réception (22) est adaptée au passage des moyens de commande (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20) des moyens d'obturation (5,6,7,8,9).
- Dispositif de vidage (1) de benne à béton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la manchette (5) est de section rectangulaire, préférentiellement carrée, et présente dans sa partie supérieure, d'une part, deux rampes (6,7) symétriques en arc de cercle, de cordes sensiblement horizontales, agencées sur deux faces opposées, et, d'autre part, une fente (9) transversale aménagée dans une face adjacente dite arrière et reliant les extrémités en vis-à-vis des rampes (6,7), lesdites rampes (6,7) guidant un secteur cylindrique (8) traversant ladite fente (9) et butant sur l'autre face adjacente, la partie supérieure de ladite manchette (5) munie desdites rampes (6,7) et dudit secteur (8) coulissant dans la fente (9) constituant ainsi les moyens d'obturation (5, 6, 7, 8, 9).
- Dispositif de vidage (1) de benne à béton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe de réception (22) est de la forme générale d'un entonnoir, trémie ou analogue.
- Dispositif de vidage (1) de benne à béton selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe de réception (22) est de la forme générale d'un tronc de cône renversé ou d'un tronc de pyramide renversé.
- Dispositif de vidage (1) de benne à béton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens de fixation (2,4) sont constitués par deux brides (2,4).
- Dispositif de vidage (1) de benne à béton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes moyens de fixation (23) sont constitués par des pattes réparties à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe de réception (22), préférentiellement au nombre de quatre.
- Dispositif de vidage (1) de benne à béton selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les pattes constituant les deuxièmes moyens de fixation (23) sont télescopiques.
- Dispositif de vidage (1) de benne à béton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes moyens de fixation (23) sont constitués par une poignée (28) posée sur deux pattes (29) soudées en partie arrière (5b) de la manchette (5) et par un dispositif d'accrochage rapide (30) en partie avant de la manchette (5), cet ensemble permettant le basculement de l'enveloppe de réception (22).
- Dispositif de vidage (1) de benne à béton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les troisièmes moyens de fixation (25) sont constitués par un ou plusieurs colliers.
- Procédé adapté à la fabrication du dispositif de vidage (1) de benne à béton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le tracé du bord inférieur de la paroi de la manchette (5) est déterminé par ordinateur en fonction de la forme de l'enveloppe de réception (22) et de la forme de ladite manchette (5).
