Claims (10)
- Hubarbeitsbühne mit Scherenmechanismus, ein selbstfahrendes Chassis umfassend, das geeignet ist, auf dem Boden über Verbindungsorgane zu ruhen und mit einem Satz von eine Plattform abstützenden angelenkten Stangen ausgerüstet ist, derart, dass die Anhebung der Plattform in Bezug auf das Chassis variabel ist und durch den Satz Stangen gesteuert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Chassis (2) mit auf seinem Umfang (22 - 25) verteilten Mitteln (70 - 77) ausgerüstet ist, die das Detektieren des Vorhandenseins eines Hindernisses in einer zum Chassis benachbarten Zone gestatten, wobei die Zone (Z) sich insgesamt um das Chassis herum erstreckt und durchgehend ist, und dass die Mittel zum Detektieren (70 - 77) die Steuerung der Höhe (H) der Plattform (6) in Bezug auf den Boden (S) gestatten.
- Arbeitsbühne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (70 - 77) zum Detektieren gleichfalls die Steuerung der Bewegung der Arbeitsbühne (6) gestatten.
- Arbeitsbühne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel Messaufnehmer (76) umfassen, die auf einer Stütze aus Stangen (72 - 75) befestigt sind, wobei die Stangen im Wesentlichen horizontal sind, und sich parallel zu der vorderen (22) und hinteren Seite (23) und den seitlichen Seiten (24, 25) des Chassis (2) erstrecken.
- Arbeitsbühne nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stangen (72 - 75) ungefähr 1 m über der Fläche (S) des Bodens angeordnet sind, auf dem die Arbeitsbühne (1) ruht.
- Arbeitsbühne nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messaufnehmer (76) im Inneren der Stangen (72 - 75) angeordnet sind, die mit Peilöffnungen (75a) für die Messaufnehmer versehen sind.
- Arbeitsbühne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel Ultraschalldetektoren (76) umfassen, deren jeweilige Detektionsvolumen (V76) sich teilweise überlagern, um zusammen die durchgehende Detektionszone (Z) zu bilden.
- Arbeitsbühne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie akustische oder optische Alarmmittel (101, 102) umfasst, die an der Plattform (6) befestigt sind und vorgesehen sind, abhängig vom Ergebnis der Detektion, die durch die Mittel (70-77) in der Zone durchgeführt wird, von der Richtung der Bewegung der Plattform und von ihrer Höhe (H) in Bezug auf den Boden aktiviert zu werden.
- Arbeitsbühne nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Alarmmittel (101, 102) Mitteln zur Blockierung des Satzes von Stangen zugeordnet sind, insbesondere um das Absenken der Plattform, abhängig vom Ergebnis der von den Detektionsmittel (70 - 77) in der Zone (Z) durchgeführten Detektion, von der Richtung der Bewegung der Plattform und ihrer Höhe (H) in Bezug auf den Boden zu verhindern.
- Arbeitsbühne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer Antischwenkvorrichtung (80) ausgerüstet ist, die mindestens einen Messaufnehmer (81, 82) umfasst, der geeignet ist, eine Veränderung (M) der Ebenheit der Oberfläche (S) des Bodens zu detektieren.
- Verfahren zum Steuern der Anhebe- und Absenkbewegungen der Plattform einer Arbeitsbühne mit Scherenmechanismus, ein selbstfahrendes Chassis umfassend, das geeignet ist, auf dem Boden über Verbindungsorgane zu ruhen und mit einem Satz von eine Plattform abstützenden angelenkten Stangen ausgerüstet ist, derart, dass die Anhebung der Plattform in Bezug auf das Chassis variabel ist und durch den Satz Stangen gesteuert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt umfasst, der darin besteht, das Vorhandensein von möglichen Hindernissen in einer durchgehenden Zone (Z), benachbart zum Chassis (2) und sich um das ganze Chassis erstreckend, zu detektieren und das Ergebnis der Detektion zu berücksichtigen, um- im Falle einer Erhöhung der Plattform (6) nicht mit dieser Erhöhung zu interferieren;- im Falle eines Absenkens der Plattform und falls die Plattform in einer Höhe (B) in Bezug auf den Boden ist, die größer als ein vorbestimmter Wert (H0) ist, ein Warnsignal (101, 102) für die Bedienperson (O) abzugeben, und- im Falle eines Absenkens der Plattform und falls die Plattform in einer Höhe (H) in Bezug auf den Boden ist, die kleiner als der vorbestimmte Wert (H0) ist, die Bewegung des Absenkens anzuhalten.
