Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de réglage d'entrée de segments d'installations de coulée continue qui sont conçus avec au moins un indicateur de position (7), comprenant une régulation et des segments (2) pour un guidage (1) prévu d'une barre de coulée par utilisation de signaux de mesure et de réglage, chaque segment (2) ayant au moins une propre unité de système de réglage (14) décentralisée, qui est en liaison avec un système conducteur préposé (10)
    caractérisé en ce que
    les segments, conjointement à l'indicateur de position sont conçus en supplément avec un indicateur de pression ;
    en ce que l'unité de système de réglage est en liaison via un profibus avec le système conducteur préposé et avec une alimentation en tension (12),
    en ce que l'unité de système de réglage (14) décentralisée est installée directement sur le segment ; et
    en ce que sur les segments se trouve une unité de batterie pour le pontage d'une panne de communication.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les câbles des liaisons par bus (11) ou de l'alimentation en tension (12) sont équipés de raccordements à fiches afin de permettre le changement des segments.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les unités logiques (14) sont des unités de réglage et de commande.
  4. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les unités logiques (14) sont ce qu'on appelle des bornes intelligentes.
  5. Utilisation du dispositif de réglage de l'ouverture d'entrée de segments d'installation de coulée continue, notamment de segments pour installations de coulée continue de brames et brames minces selon les revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les signaux de mesure et de réglage sont traités dans au moins une unité logique (14) directement sur le segment respectif (2) et que les prescriptions de valeur THEORIQUE sont acheminées par un système conducteur préposé (10) par le biais d'un bus de champ (11), par exemple un profibus, et d'une alimentation en tension (12) vers le segment (2) et que les valeurs REELLES sont renvoyées également par le biais du bus de champ (11) au système conducteur (10) sous forme de résultat de réglage ou d'état du processus.
  6. Utilisation du dispositif selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    aux unités logiques (14) se trouvant sur le segment (2) sont communiquées des informations spécifiques au segment comme les coefficients de rigidité, le diamètre des rouleaux, les paramètres de réglage, les réglages de base de l'ouverture d'entrée et les quota de positionnement.
  7. Utilisation du dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    à l'unité logique décentralisée (14), outre la(les) tâche(s) nécessaire(s) pour le positionnement du segment, sont affectées d'autres missions décentralisées spécifiques au segment, comme l'enregistrement et le traitement d'autres données de mesure, par exemple la surveillance de la force d'appui, les mesures et réglages de température, les données de calibrage ou similaires.
