Claims (21)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Haarbehandlung, umfassend:
    - einen Behälter (2), der ein Produkt enthält, das auf mindestens eines der Elemente Haare und Kopfhaut aufzutragen ist, und ein Ventil (10) zur Abgabe des Produkts aufweist,
    - ein Organ (20) zum Anheben des Haars, das mit dem Behälter fest verbunden ist und bezüglich dieses beweglich ist, wobei die Bewegung des Anhebeorgans die Betätigung des Ventils (10) zur Abgabe des Produkts gestattet,
    - mindestens einen Abgabeansatz (30) zur Abgabe des Produkts auf mindestens eines der Elemente Haare und Kopfhaut nach Anheben der Haare mit Hilfe des Organs zum Anheben des Haars, wobei die Bewegung des Anhebeorgans bezüglich des Behälters zwischen einer Anfangsstellung und einer Zwischenstellung das Anheben der Haare ohne Produktabgabe gestattet, wobei die Bewegung des Anhebeorgans über diese Zwischenstellung hinaus die Abgabe des Produkts mit sich bringt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie so ausgeführt ist, dass der Benutzer mit derselben Hand, mit der er den Behälter hält, das Anhebeorgan betätigen kann.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabeansatz von dem Anhebeorgan verschieden ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anhebeorgan einen Kamm (21) aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kamm mindestens eine Reihe von Zähnen aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kamm zwischen 2 und 40 Zähne aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden der Zähne in eine im wesentlichen dem Behälter entgegengesetzte Richtung gerichtet sind, und zwar insbesondere im Lauf der Betätigung des Anhebeorgans.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anhebeorgan einen Betätigungsteil (22) aufweist, das eine Stelle bildet, auf die der Benutzer drücken kann, um die Relativbewegung des Anhebeorgans bezüglich des Behälters zu bewirken.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anhebeorgan durch mindestens einen Lappen (23) mit einem an dem Behälters befestigten Basisteil (4) verbunden sind und dass dieser Lappen (23) mindestens ein Folienscharnier (24) aufweist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daas die Lappen (23) in der Anzahl von zwei sind, jeweils mit einem Folienscharnier (24) versehen sind und ausreichend voneinander entfernt sind, um dem Abgabeansatz (30) zu gestatten, im Lauf der Abgabe des Produkts nach Bewegung des Anhebeorgans, um das Haar anzuheben, zwischen sie zu treten.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen bezüglich des Behälters feststehenden Teil (40) zur Auflage auf der Kopfhaut besitzt.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auflageteil zwei Stangen (40) umfasst.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stangen (40) parallel sind und in gleichem Abstand von dem Abgabeansatz (30) gelegen sind.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 und einem der Ansprüche 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Stangen so gewählt ist, dass ihr freies Ende (41) vor Betätigung des Anhebeorgans im wesentlichen auf derselben Höhe wie die Basis der Zähne des Kamms gelegen ist, wenn die Vorrichtung in einer zur Längsachse des Behälters senkrechten Richtung betrachtet wird.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabeansatz (30) einen Anschlag (39) aufweist, an den sich das Anhebeorgan (20) am Ende einer Bewegung von ihm anlegt.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabeansatz mit dem Basisteil durch mindestens ein Folienscharnier (38) verbunden ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 und 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (39) bezüglich eines Abgabeventils (10) auf der dem Folienscharnier (38) entgegengesetzten Seite liegt.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabeansatz mit einer Düse (36) versehen ist, die dafür ausgelegt ist, ein Spray zu erzeugen.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das im Behälter enthaltene Produkt Polymere enthält und eine Trocknungszeit von weniger als 30 Sekunden aufweist.
  20. Verfahren zum Auftragen eines Produkts auf das Haar, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - eine Vorrichtung, wie sie in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche definiert ist, liefern,
    - die Haare mit dem Organ (20) zum Anheben des Haars anheben,
    - auf die Wurzel (R) der auf diese Weise angehobenen Haare ein Produkt abgeben.
  21. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haare nach der Abgabe des Produkts während einer zum Trocknen des Produkts erforderlichen Zeit angehoben gehalten werden.
