Abstract

Bei diesem Verfahren wird zunächst ein zylindrischer Block gegossen und dieser Block anschließend unter radialer Abstützung gestaucht sowie gelocht. Am gelochten Block wird ein Boden belassen. Danach wird der gelochte Block im Innendurchmesser und Außendurchmesser mittels eines Dorns aufgeweitet und letztlich der so aufgeweitete Block (1c) mittels einer Ziehmatrize (11) über einen Dorn (10) durch umfangsseitiges Abstrecken zu einem Hohlkörper (12) umgeformt. Alle Umformschritte werden in einer Wärme durchgeführt. Beim Abstrecken des aufgeweiteten Blocks (1c) kann ein Bund (14) am Hohlkörper (12) erzeugt werden.
