Claims (9)

  1. Table de cuisson à gaz avec une plaque de table de cuisson hors de laquelle fait saillie au moins un brûleur à gaz, laquelle plaque de table de cuisson est entourée d'une paroi latérale relevée et comporte au moins un orifice d'aération, caractérisée en ce qu'est prévue une plaque de canalisation d'air, laquelle est disposée sur la plaque de table de cuisson, et en ce qu'est ménagé, entre la plaque de canalisation d'air et la plaque de table de cuisson, un espace intermédiaire qui communique avec l'orifice d'aération.
  2. Table de cuisson à gaz selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une face frontale de la plaque de canalisation d'air est espacée de la paroi latérale par une fente d'aération.
  3. Table de cuisson à gaz selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'espace intermédiaire communique avec une zone de flamme du brûleur à gaz.
  4. Table de cuisson à gaz selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la distance entre la face frontale de la plaque de canalisation d'air et la paroi latérale est comprise entre 10 et 30 mm et est préférentiellement d'environ 20 mm.
  5. Table de cuisson à gaz selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la distance entre la plaque de canalisation d'air et la plaque de table de cuisson est comprise entre 3 et 10 mm et est préférentiellement d'environ 5 mm.
  6. Table de cuisson à gaz selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice d'aération est prévu dans une zone de la plaque de table de cuisson qui précède la paroi latérale.
  7. Table de cuisson à gaz selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de canalisation d'air est constituée par des segments qui sont appliqués les uns contre les autres.
  8. Table de cuisson à gaz selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de table de cuisson comporte un creux de type rainure qui est situé en dessous de la fente d'aération.
  9. Table de cuisson à gaz selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le creux est situé entre la paroi latérale et l'orifice d'aération.
