Claims (11)

  1. Procédé pour changer des paires de cylindres de travail (2) et/ou des paires de cylindres d'appui (3) dans des cages de laminoir, dans lequel, pour les inserts guidés dans des plans d'appui, un entraînement à déplacement rectiligne fait déplacer perpendiculairement à la direction de laminage la paire de cylindres de travail (2) montés dans les inserts, en vue du démontage ou du montage, et la paire de cylindres d'appui (3) soutenus par une chaise de changement de cylindres est déployée ou rétractée par un entraînement à déplacement rectiligne,
    caractérisé en ce que
    après accouplement à l'entraînement à déplacement rectiligne, la paire de cylindres de travail (2) est déployée et désaccouplée, ensuite le même entraînement à déplacement rectiligne est accouplé à une chaise de changement de cylindres (11) rétractée entre les cylindres d'appui et, après mise en appui de la chaise de changement de cylindres et du cylindre d'appui supérieur (3a) sur le cylindre d'appui inférieur (3b), elle est déployée ou de nouveau rétractée en formant une unité.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la chaise de changement de cylindres est extraite hors de la cage de laminoir ou tirée dans la cage de laminoir par l'entraînement à déplacement rectiligne depuis le côté entraînement de la cage de laminoir, les cylindres de travail étant démontés.
  3. Dispositif pour changer des paires de cylindres de travail (2) et/ou des paires de cylindres d'appui (3) dans des cages de laminoir, dans lequel les cylindres d'appui et les cylindres de travail sont guidés chacun dans des inserts susceptibles d'être levés ou abaissés dans le cadre de montants, la paire de cylindres de travail est susceptible d'être déployée au moyen de l'entraînement à déplacement rectiligne en étant supportée sur les inserts, et la paire de cylindres d'appui est susceptible d'être déployée ou rétractée au moyen d'un cylindre d'appui inférieur supporté sur une voie de guidage et sur des roulettes et d'une chaise de changement de cylindres (11) supportée sur celui-ci, le cylindre d'appui supérieur étant en appui,
    caractérisé en ce que
    sur le côté entraînement (12) de la cage de laminoir (1), la paire de cylindres de travail (2) est susceptible d'être accouplée à un entraînement à piston-et-cylindre (7a) hydraulique dont la longueur de course est dimensionnée en fonction du trajet de démontage ou de montage (13) et d'être désaccouplée à la distance de déploiement (14), et en ce qu'une chaise de changement de cylindres (11) rétractée au niveau de hauteur (15) entre les cylindres d'appui (3a, 3b) est susceptible d'être accouplée au même entraînement à piston-et-cylindre (7a), et après mise en appui du cylindre d'appui supérieur (3a) et de la chaise de changement de cylindres (11) sur le cylindre d'appui inférieur (3b), la paire de cylindres d'appui (3) est susceptible d'être déployée ou de nouveau rétractée.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement à piston-et-cylindre (7a) est articulé sur un chariot d'extraction (16) qui comprend des bras de raccordement (17a, 17b) orientés vers les extrémités de cylindre (8).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement à piston-et-cylindre (7a) est agencé sur le côté entraînement (12) de la cage de laminoir (1) et est articulé par sa tige de piston (7b) sur le chariot d'extraction (16).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que des têtes de pince respectives (18) sont agencées sur les bras de raccordement (17a, 17b) du chariot d'extraction (16), têtes qui correspondent avec les extrémités (8) des cylindres de travail (2a, 2b).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des éléments conformés respectifs (19) sur la chaise de changement de cylindres associés aux bras de raccordement (1 7a, 17b).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que les têtes de pince (18) sont susceptibles d'être actionnées chacune par voie hydraulique ou électrique.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la chaise de changement de cylindres (11) est susceptible d'être abaissée sur le cylindre d'appui inférieur (3b) ou d'être soulevée au moyen de dispositifs hydrauliques (6) existant dans la cage de laminoir (1).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre d'appui supérieur (3a) est susceptible d'être abaissé sur la chaise de changement de cylindres (11) ou d'être soulevé par voie hydraulique.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le lot de cylindres des deux cylindres d'appui (3a, 3b) est susceptible d'être déployé hors de la cage de laminoir (1) au moyen du chariot d'extraction (16) et d'être remplacé par un nouveau lot de cylindres.
