Claims (10)
- Dispositif (1) pour le transfert d'objets posés à plat, en particulier de boîtes pliantes repliées (2), entre un poste de distribution (4) et un poste de réception (5), avec au moins une tête aspirante (6) pouvant pivoter ou tourner le long d'une bande (18) autour d'un axe de rotation (8), qui comporte au moins un aspirateur (7), un entraînement (9) étant associé à la tête aspirante (6) pour déplacer la tête aspirante (6) autour de l'axe de rotation (8), la tête aspirante (6) étant disposée de manière mobile radialement dans une console (10), un entraînement linéaire (11) servant à la déviation radiale de la tête aspirante (6) et l'entraînement linéaire (11) étant orienté dans la direction radiale par rapport à l'axe de rotation (8), caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement linéaire (11) est placé sur l'axe de rotation (8) de telle manière qu'une extrémité de l'entraînement linéaire (11) est disposée au niveau de la tête aspirante (6) et que l'autre extrémité (13) de l'entraînement linéaire (11) est décalée de 180 degrés par rapport à l'axe de rotation (8), et en ce que l'entraînement linéaire (11) peut pivoter ou tourner autour de l'axe de rotation (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement linéaire (11) comprend une partie d'entraînement (14) et une partie mobile (15) entraînée par la partie d'entraînement (14), en ce que l'axe de rotation (8) passe perpendiculairement à et, en particulier, au centre de la partie d'entraînement (14) et en ce que la tête aspirante (6) est prévue sur la partie mobile (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un entraînement linéaire électromagnétique, appelé moteur linéaire, comme entraînement linéaire (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une tête aspirante (6) est prévue aux deux extrémités opposées (12, 13) de l'entraînement linéaire (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux entraînements linéaires (11) avec une tête aspirante (6) ou des têtes aspirantes (6) qui sont décalées les unes par rapport aux autres selon un angle, en particulier un angle droit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement linéaire (11) comprend une commande de puissance (30).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu dans le poste de distribution (4) un magasin pour boîtes pliantes (3) et un magasin de réserve (17) pour les boîtes pliantes repliées (2), décalé selon un angle par rapport à celui-ci, dans la zone de pivotement du dispositif (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la console (10) est formée par l'entraînement linéaire (11) ou par une partie d'entraînement (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (9) est prévu pour une rotation de la console (10) autour de l'axe de rotation (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse angulaire de la tête aspirante (6) est constante.
