- zwei doppelt breite Zylinderpaare, wobei der Übertragungszylinder mit zwei in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Kanälen ausgebildet und mit vier Aufzügen, wobei jeweils zwei in Umfangsrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Aufzüge in Längsrichtung nebeneinander angeordnet sind;

Claims (22)
- Druckwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) mit einem Kanal (14; 16; 17; 18) zur Aufnahme eines oder mehrerer Drucktücher (09), einem mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) als Zylinderpaar (01; 06) zusammenwirkend angeordneten Formzylinder (03; 08) und einem mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) über den Bedruckstoff (04) zusammen wirkenden Zylinder, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) in Längsrichtung einen durchgehenden Kanal (14) aufweist, in welchem in axialer Richtung nebeneinander fluchtend zwei Drucktücher (09) gehalten sind, und dass der mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) zusammenwirkende Formzylinder (03; 08) in Umfangsrichtung zwei annähernd um 180° zueinander versetzte Kanäle (12; 13) aufweist, welche sich jeweils nahezu über die gesamte Länge des Ballens des Formzylinders (03; 08) erstrecken.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) zusammen wirkende Zylinder als ein von einem zweiten Übertragungszylinder verschiedener Gegendruckzylinder ausgeführt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Formzylinder (03; 08) und Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) den selben Umfang aufweisen.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballen des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) einen Umfang aufweist, der mindestens zwei liegenden oder stehenden Zeitungsseiten entspricht.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballen des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) eine Breite aufweist, die in etwa vier liegenden oder stehenden Zeitungsseiten entspricht.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (14; 16; 17; 18) des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) im Bereich der Mantelfläche einen Spalt (29) mit einer Breite (b29) in Umfangsrichtung aufweist, die größer als die doppelte Dicke eines der Enden (23; 24) des Drucktuches (09) und kleiner oder gleich 3 mm ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drucktuch (09) als Gummituch (09) ausgeführt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis des Umfangs von Übertragungs- (02; 07) zu Formzylinder (03; 08) ganzzahlig ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckformen (11) mit ihren Enden in einer Flucht längs des Formzylinders (03; 08) angeordnet sind.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formzylinder (03; 08) mehrere in Umfangsrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Druckformen (11) aufweist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballen des Formzylinders (03; 08) einen Umfang aufweist, der mindestens zwei liegenden oder stehenden Zeitungsseiten entspricht.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballen des Formzylinder (03; 08) eine Breite aufweist, die in etwa vier liegenden oder stehenden Zeitungsseiten entspricht.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (12; 13) des Formzylinders (03; 08) im Bereich der Mantelfläche eine Breite (b12) in Umfangsrichtung aufweist, die größer als die doppelte Dicke der Druckform (11) und im Bereich zwischen 1 mm und 5 mm, insbesondere kleiner oder gleich 3 mm, ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis des Umfangs von Übertragungs- (02; 07) zu Formzylinder (03; 08) ganzzahlig ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (12; 13; 14; 16; 17; 18) mindestens eine Halteeinrichtung (26; 33) aufweist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drucktücher (09) jeweils mehrschichtig, eine Trägerplatte (21) und eine mit der Trägerplatte (21) verbundene Schicht (22) aufweisend ausgeführt sind.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (14) des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) zur Tangente der Mantelfläche um 30° bis 60° geneigt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (12; 13) des Formzylinders (03; 08) zur Tangente der Mantelfläche um 30° bis 60° geneigt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigung ca. 45 ° beträgt.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) zusammen wirkende Zylinder als ein Übertragungszylinder (07; 02) eines zweiten Zylinderpaares (06; 01) ausgeführt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Drucktücher (09) nahezu über den gesamten Umfang des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) erstrecken.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (14; 16; 17; 18) des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) im Bereich der Mantelfläche einen Spalt (29) mit einer Breite (b29) in Umfangsrichtung von 1 bis 5 mm aufweist.
