Claims (7)
- Dispositif de traitement de produits intermédiaires (5) dans l'industrie graphique lorsque les produits intermédiaires (5) sont arrêtés dans une position de traitement, ledit dispositif étant muni d'un convoyeur (3 ; 3'), au moyen duquel les produits intermédiaires (5) peuvent être transportés dans un sens de transport le long d'une voie de transport dans la position de traitement, et d'un entraînement (3.5) entraînant le convoyeur (3 ; 3'), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend en outre les caractéristiques suivantes : un détecteur (13) qui détecte un produit intermédiaire respectif parmi les produits intermédiaires (5) sur le trajet dudit produit le long de la voie de transport, et une commande (14) liée au détecteur (13) et à l'entraînement (3.5), au moyen de laquelle l'entraînement (3.5) peut être arrêté temporairement lorsque le produit intermédiaire respectif (5) atteint la position de traitement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur (3 ; 3') comprend au moins une courroie sans fin (3.1 ; 3.1' ; 3.1") qui, par conjugaison de formes, est en liaison transmettant un couple avec l'entraînement (3.5), et comporte un brin de transport (3.4 ; 3.4') transportant les produits intermédiaires (5).

- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la courroie (3.1") comporte une perforation le long de sa longueur, l'entraînement comprend une poulie à courroie (3.9) autour de laquelle est partiellement enroulée la courroie (3.1"), ladite poulie étant dotée de doigts d'entraînement (3.10) qui engrènent dans la perforation, et une chambre d'aspiration (3.11) communiquant avec la perforation est attribuée au brin de transport (3.4').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les produits intermédiaires sont des feuilles pliées en signatures (5), et pour le traitement des signatures (5) il est prévu un outil de pliage affectant la forme d'une lame de pliage (4.1) et d'une paire de rouleaux de pliage (19) coopérant avec ladite lame.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la commande (14) arrête l'entraînement (3.5) lorsqu'un produit intermédiaire (5) atteignant la position de traitement comporte une géométrie qui est située à l'intérieur de limites prédéterminées.
