- bei Bedarf, d.h. bei Anfall des gleichen Vorgangs, Abruf des in
der Memory-Einheit abgelegten Vorgangs,
- vorzugsweise durch Betätigen einer dem Vorgang zugeordneten Abruftaste,
- selbsttätiger Ablauf der den Vorgang kennzeichnenden Staplerbewegungen.
Claims (10)
- Stapler zum Ein- bzw. Auslagern von Gütern auf bzw. aus Stellplätzen mitdadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeinem ggf. aus mehreren Sektionen bestehenden Hubgerüst (1 ),einem vorzugsweise als Gabel (2) ausgebildeten Lastträger,der an dem Hubgerüst auf und ab bewegbarund ggf. um eine vertikale Achse schwenkbarund ggf. um eine horizontale Achse neigbar ist,und einem ggf. aus mehreren Einheiten bestehenden Steuergerät (4), welches die den Bewegungen des Staplers korrespondierenden Befehle erzeugt,dem Steuergerät (4) eine Memory-Einheit (5) zugeordnet ist,in welcher die den Bewegungen des Staplers korrespondierenden Befehle des Steuergerätes (4) ablegbar sind,die abgelegten Befehlejeweils einen abgeschlossenen Vorgang,beispielsweise den Ein- und/oder Auslagervorgang beschreibenund bei Bedarf aus der Memory-Einheit (5) wieder abrufbar sindund bei Abruf der abgelegten Befehle der zugeordnete Vorgang selbsttätig abläuft.
- Stapler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßumfassen.die den Ein- oder Auslagervorgang beschreibenden Befehledie Fahrbefehle für den Stapler,und/oder die Befehle zum Aus- und Einfahren der Sektionenund/oder die Befehlefür die Bewegungenund/oder die Verschwenkungund/oder die Neigung des Lastträgers
- Stapler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßvorgesehen sind.die Memory-Einheit (5) überverfügt,einen Ablegemodus oder eine Ablegeeinheitund einen Abrufmodus oder eine Abrufeinheitund erste Mittel (8/9) zur Aktivierung/Deaktivierung des Ablegemodus bzw. der Ablegeeinheit für die abzulegenden Befehleund zweite Mittel (10) zur Durchführung des Abrufs der abgelegten Befehle
- Stapler nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßumfassen.die genannten ersten und/oder zweiten Mitteleinen Bildschirm (7) oder ein Displayund eine Bedienerführung am Bildschirm bzw. dem Display
- Stapler nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie genannten ersten Mitteleine erste Taste (8) umfassen,deren Betätigung den Beginn eines Vorgangs kennzeichnetund ein Ablegen aller anschließend ausgeführten Befehle der Steuereinheit in der Memory-Einheit bewirkt,und eine zweite Taste (9) umfassen,deren Betätigung das Ende des Vorgangs kennzeichnetund die Beendigung des Ablegens bewirkt.
- Stapler nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie erste (8) und die zweite Taste (9) identisch sindund die erste Betätigung der Taste den Beginnund die wiederholte Betätigung der Taste das Ende des Vorgangs gekennzeichnet.
- Stapler nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie genannten zweiten Mittel Abruftasten (10) umfassen,denen die abgelegten Vorgänge zuordenbar sindund das Abrufen des jeweiligen Vorgangs durch Betätigen der zugeordneten Abruftaste (10) erfolgt.
- Stapler nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie genannten zweiten Mittel die Vergabe eines Namens vorsehen,unter denen der jeweilige einzelnen Vorgang in der Memory-Einheit ablegbar ist,und das Abrufen des jeweiligen Vorgangs durch Eingabe des zugeordneten Namens in der Memory-Einheit (5)oder durch Auswahl des zugeordneten Namens aus einer auf dem Bildschirm (7) anzeigbaren Namensliste erfolgt.
- Stapler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie in der Memory-Einheit (5) abgelegten, einem Vorgang zugeordneten Befehle löschbar sind.
- Verfahren zur Durchführung von Staplerbewegungen unter Verwendung eines mit einer Memory-Einheit (5) ausgerüsteten Staplers nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:ggf. Löschen eines in der Memory-Einheit (5) abgelegten Vorgangs,Aktivierung des Ablegemodus der Memory-Einheit (5),vorzugsweise durch Betätigen einer ersten Taste (8) , deren Bedienung den Beginn eines Vorgangs kennzeichnet,Durchführung aller den Vorgang kennzeichnenden Bewegungen des Staplers durch den Staplerfahrer,beispielsweise Durchführung aller für einen Einund/oder Auslagervorgang erforderlichen Bewegungen,Beenden des Ablegemodus,vorzugsweise durch Betätigen einer zweiten Taste (9), deren Bedienung das Ende des Vorgangs kennzeichnet,bei Bedarf, d.h. bei Anfall des gleichen Vorgangs, Abruf des in der Memory-Einheit (5) abgelegten Vorgangs,vorzugsweise durch Betätigen einer dem Vorgang zugeordneten Abruftaste (10),selbsttätiger Ablauf der den Vorgang kennzeichnenden Staplerbewegungen.
