Definitions

  • ski binding is the subject of DE 37 02 149 A1.
  • the support or locking arrangement is designed as a pivoting lever which is arranged to be pivotable about an axis parallel to the transverse axis of the support plate arrangement on the further bearing part and lockable in different positions.
  • the pivot lever assumes its one end position in which its free end points in a direction away from the first bearing part, the support plate arrangement can be lifted under pivoting about the transverse axis in the region of its front end of the ski or hang up on the ski, so that a harmonious running motion , possibly also with skating steps.
  • the pivot lever is pivoted from the aforementioned end position when placed on the ski support plate assembly in a first detent position, the pivot lever facing the end of the support plate assembly is vertically locked, so that the support plate assembly is fixed substantially skifest.
  • the skis can be driven in for the downhill or slalom race usual technique.
  • the pivot lever When the pivot lever from the aforementioned, the support plate assembly releasing end position is sufficiently far pivoted at sufficiently raised or upwardly pivoted support plate assembly in a further detent position, the pivot lever engages under the facing end of the support plate assembly with a first support, so that the schwenkhebel sue End of the support plate assembly is supported at a predetermined vertical distance from the ski top side and prevented from further approaching to the top of the ski, wherein the support plate assembly from the support of the pivot lever remains liftable. In this way climbs can be made easier on tours.
  • a total of three latchable support positions are provided for the pivot lever, i. the pivot lever can pivot beyond the last-mentioned detent position into two further detent positions in which the support lever is supported with corresponding stops the facing end of the support plate assembly in even greater vertical distance from the ski top, so that even very steep climbs can be relatively easily committed.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a tour suitable ski binding, in which a good handling is given and the support and latch assembly and the support plate assembly can cooperate with a fixed support plate assembly backlash.
  • a special feature of the invention is that the locking position between the release position and the at least one support layer of the support and latch assembly is located. This is in conjunction with a spring assembly that seeks to push the support and latch assembly forward, the possibility created to keep the support and latch assembly pushed in the locking position constantly on the support plate assembly. With flexing movements of the ski, there are thus no relative movements between the support plate arrangement and the support and locking arrangement.
  • the slider-shaped support and locking arrangement is tensioned by means of spring arrangement constantly in the direction of the first bearing part and locked in the release position against displacement in the direction of action of the spring assembly or lockable.
  • the aforementioned spring arrangement, the slide-shaped support and locking arrangement at previously slide vertically from the second bearing part or the Skioberseite sufficiently remote support plate assembly in a predetermined stop by end stop, in which the support and locking arrangement facing the end or end piece of the support plate assembly a support engages under.
  • the spring assembly also has the function of a control unit, which allows to automatically set the support and locking arrangement in a supportive position.
  • a stop device is provided with a plurality of stop positions, which are assigned to different heights of the support and locking arrangement.
  • the stop device may be associated with a handle that holds the lower support associated stop position effectively when not in use can be.
  • the support and latch assembly is associated with a positively coupled with their movement handle, the movement of the support and latch assembly in the direction of the support position or support positions a vertical movement, in particular an upward movement, executes.
  • the handle for example by means of a ski pole, a force is exerted in the opposite direction, the support and latch assembly can be reset in the direction of the release position.
  • Protection is not claimed only for expressly stated or illustrated combinations of features. Rather, the protection should refer to basically any sub-combinations of the aforementioned feature combinations.
  • a touring binding 2 is arranged on a ski 1, which is only partially shown. This has a front in ski longitudinal direction, Skifestes bearing part 3, on which a support plate assembly 4 is pivotally mounted about a transverse axis 5.
  • the support plate assembly 4 consists essentially of a stable base support plate 6, which is fixedly connected at its front end with a pivotable about the transverse axis 5 front piece 7 and at its rear end with an end piece 8, which in a manner shown below with a Stauerund latch assembly. 9 interacts.
  • the front piece 7 is mounted on the bearing part 3 hingedly with great stability, so that the base support plate 6 is only able to perform pivotal movements about the transverse axis 5, but is prevented from rotating about a vertical axis.
  • a shoe support plate 10 is arranged, which is pivotable relative to the base support plate 6 about a vertical axis 11 against an adjustable trigger resistance.
  • front and rear sole holder 12 and 13 are arranged, which can engage in corresponding recesses of the shoe sole of a ski boot, not shown.
  • the sole holders 12 and 13 are releasable, i. they release the shoe used when excessive forces are exerted between shoe and binding 2.
  • the front sole holders 12 are controlled by rotational movement of the shoe support plate 10 relative to the base support plate 6.
  • the shoe As soon as sufficient torques are effective between shoe and base support plate 6, the shoe, together with the shoe support plate 10, performs a rotation about the vertical axis 11. If the rotational stroke exceeds a range of elasticity, at least the sole holder 12 pointing in the direction of rotation is unlocked, so that it can fold away to the side and thus release the shoe.
  • the rear sole holder 13 release as soon as sufficiently large forces are effective on the shoe, which seek to lift the heel area of the shoe from the shoe support plate 10.
  • the support and locking arrangement 9 has a skifest arranged bearing part 14 which is designed as a sliding guide for a support and bolt slide 15 and this allows a translational movement in the ski longitudinal direction.
  • the support and bolt slide 15 is formed by means of a helical compression spring spring arrangement 16, which has a skifestes abutment on the bearing part 14 and a relative to the ski 1 movable abutment on the support and bolt slide 15, in the longitudinal direction of the ski forward, i. in the direction of the first bearing part 3 stretched.
  • the support and locking slide 15 On the end face facing the bearing part 3, the support and locking slide 15 has two locking lugs 17 (see also Fig. 6), which in the example of Fig. 1 and in particular 2 a step 18 formed on the end piece 8 as a counter-locking element overlaps, so that the support plate assembly 4 can not swing up from the position shown in Fig. 1.
  • a hinged support bracket 20 is still arranged on the supports 19, which can be folded from the non-use position shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 about a transverse axis 21, so that it continues the supports 19 vertically upward ,
  • the support plate assembly 4 can be supported vertically in a relation to the example of FIG. 4 elevated position.
  • a further, higher pair of supports 22 is arranged on the support and bolt slide 15, which becomes supportive when the support and bolt slide 15 is pushed sufficiently far in the direction of the first bearing part 3 when the support plate assembly 4 is pivoted up.
  • a pivotable about a transverse axis 23 double arm 24 is arranged on the bolt slide 15, the arms are each provided with a plate-shaped handle 25 and 26, to which a ski pole can be placed with its tip.
  • the handle 25 associated longer, forward facing arm of the double-armed lever 24 carries a yoke-like transverse bar 27, whose ends protrude in the manner of a sliding block in link slots 28 which are formed in side panels 29 of the bearing member 14 and arranged as the bearing part 14 skifest.
  • the link slots 28 form in the longitudinal direction of the ski upwardly increasing ramps, so that the handle 25 associated arm of the double-armed lever 24 is pivoted clockwise upwards when the support and bolt slide 15 is moved in the direction of the first bearing part 3.
  • the right end of the slot slots 28 are preferably undercut recesses 30 are formed, in which the ends of the transverse bar 27 can be received in a substantially positive fit.
  • the support and bolt slide 15 takes the release position shown in FIG. 3, in which the locking lugs 17 of the Step 18 of the end piece 8 of the support plate assembly 4 are moved away and the support plate assembly 4 can accordingly pivoted freely about the transverse axis 5 upwards or lowered against the ski 1.
  • the handle 25 preferably with the ski pole, depressed. Due to the ramp-shaped oblique guide of the guide slots 28 thereby creates a rearwardly directed force which moves the support and bolt slide 15 against the force of the spring assembly 16 backwards, i. removed from the front bearing part 3. In this way, the handle 25 can be depressed so that the transverse rod 27 in turn engages in the recesses 30 and the support and locking slide 15 is again held in the release position of FIG. 3.
  • FIGS. 5 to 9 further there is the possibility of depressing the handle 26 with the ski pole.
  • the transverse bar 27 is lifted over the step 31.
  • the support plate assembly 4 is pivoted upwards about the transverse axis 5, now pushes the spring assembly 16, the support and bolt slide 15 further forward until the cross bar 27 abuts the upper end of the guide slots 28 above the steps 31.
  • the further support pair 22 cooperates with the end piece 8 of the support plate assembly 4, so that it is supported with its tail 8 at a relatively large distance from the top of the ski and also facilitates the climb on very steep slopes becomes.
  • FIGS. 10 to 14 in turn has a bearing part 14 to be mounted on it.
  • This has edge strips 140 directed upwards on its longitudinal side edges, which are each provided with a groove-like undercut on their mutually facing side surfaces.
  • bearing blocks 141 formed with bearing lugs 142, the purpose of which is explained below.
  • a base plate 143 can be inserted, wherein the longitudinal side edges of the base plate 143 of the undercuts of the edge strips 140 are C-shaped.
  • the longitudinal side edges of the base plate 143 are formed in some areas as facing each other with their concave sides C-profiles 144.
  • a lug-shaped abutment 145 is arranged or formed on the base plate 143 in the example of FIG. 10, the purpose of which will be explained below.
  • the base plate 143 can be made of a metal sheet, wherein the tab-shaped abutment 145 can be generated by appropriate Austanzung and bending deformation.
  • the bearing part 14 is fastened together with the base plate 143 on the ski 1. This can be done, for example, by screwing, wherein the fastening screws pass through mutually aligned openings 146 on the bearing part 14 and on the base plate 143.
  • the C-profiles 144 of the base plate 143 are used for sliding guide a support and bolt slide 15, at the longitudinal edges of the C-profiles 144 matching guide rails 147 are formed.
  • the support and locking slide 15 has one at its underside open recess which serves to receive a helical compression spring 160, which is supported with its one end on the arranged on the base plate 143 abutment 145 skifest and is stretched with its other end against a corresponding support surface, which is arranged on the support and locking slide 15 and extends substantially in a vertical transverse plane of the support and bolt slide 15. Accordingly, the helical compression spring 160 seeks to push the support and lock slide 15 in Fig. 11 to the left.
  • locking latches 17 and supports 19 are arranged, with which on the one hand a skifeste locking of the end piece 8 of the support plate assembly 4 in resting on the ski top layer and on the other hand, a support of the tail 8 in lifted from the ski top side position is possible, as will be described in more detail below.
  • a bearing block 150 is formed in the embodiment of FIGS. 10 to 14.
  • a toggle lever arrangement 152 is arranged between the bearing blocks 141 of the ski bearing part 14 and the bearing block 150 of the support and locking slide 15.
  • This has a first toggle 153, which arranged by means of a bearing in the eyes 142 of the bearing blocks 141 of the ski bearing part 14 Axis skifest is pivotally mounted.
  • the other knee lever 154 of the knee lever assembly 152 is pivotally mounted by means of an axis which is arranged on the bearing eye 151 of the bearing block 150 on the support and bolt slide 15.
  • the toggle lever 153 and 154 are hinged together to form a knee joint 155 hingedly by a corresponding axis or axle.
  • a handle 156 arranged on the knee lever 153 in the example shown can be depressed manually or by means of a ski pole in order to be able to bring the toggle lever arrangement 152 into the over-center position of FIG. If a further handle 157 arranged on the toggle lever 154 is pressed, the toggle lever arrangement 152 can be triggered from the abovementioned over-center position, so that the positions of the support and locking slide 15 shown in FIGS. 11, 13 and 14 are made possible.
  • the support and locking slide 15 assumes its release position in which the end piece 8 of the support plate arrangement 4 remains vertically movable and, accordingly, the support plate arrangement 4 about the transverse axis 5 (see in particular FIG. 1). remains swung open.
  • the support and locking slide 15 can be placed at any time from the positions shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 into the release position of FIG. 12.
