  • the installer turns the grub screw 13g once again to snap the protrusions 14 back into the grooves 16, thereby locking the pin 8 in the new position.
  • the pin 8 may be lowered only partly so as to adapt the position of the mobile frame in height, too; in other words, turning the grub screw 13g also makes it possible to vary the axial distance D between the two hinge bodies 2 and 5.
  • a hinge made as described above achieves the aforementioned aims thanks to a combination of extremely simple, easy to use components, that do not require major structural changes to the basic components of the hinge: the solution according to the invention can thus be applied to different types of hinges.

Claims (12)

  1. Une charnière réglable pour portes et fenêtres, la charnière (1) étant du type comprenant :
    - un premier corps de charnière (2) inférieur, ayant des premiers logements (3) destinés à loger des premiers moyens (4) servant à fixer le premier corps de charnière (2) à un dormant de porte ou de fenêtre ;
    - un deuxième corps de charnière (5) supérieur, ayant des deuxièmes logements (6) destinés à loger des deuxièmes moyens (7) servant à fixer le deuxième corps de charnière (5) à un ouvrant de porte ou de fenêtre ;
    - une broche d'articulation (8) qui peut être introduite dans des trous (9, 10) respectifs réalisés dans le premier corps de charnière (2) et le deuxième corps de charnière (5) ; la broche (8) ayant une deuxième partie (8b), logée dans le deuxième corps de charnière (5) supérieur, qui est décalée par rapport à une première partie (8a) logée dans le premier corps de charnière (2) ;
    - des moyens (12) réalisés sur la broche (8) et agissant au moins entre la deuxième partie (8b) de la broche (8) et le deuxième corps de charnière (5) de manière à régler ledit deuxième corps de charnière (5) par rapport au premier corps de charnière (2) le long d'un premier axe (X) et le long d'un deuxième axe (Y) qui sont, respectivement, parallèle et perpendiculaire au plan de la porte ou de la fenêtre ;
    - des moyens d'actionnement (13) positionnés sur le premier corps de charnière (2), agissant sur la première partie (8a) de la broche (8), et destinés à débloquer les moyens de réglage (12) de manière à pouvoir déplacer et régler la broche (8), et à bloquer les moyens de réglage (12) de manière à maintenir la broche (8) dans la nouvelle position de réglage ;
    la charnière (1) étant caractérisée en ce que :
    - les moyens de réglage (12) comprennent une pluralité de crans ou saillies radiales (14) uniformément réparties autour de la première partie (8a) de la broche (8) à proximité d'une plaque circulaire (15) séparant lesdites deux parties (8a, 8b) ; ces saillies radiales (14) pouvant s'insérer dans des rainures radiales (16) respectives réalisées au moins au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure du premier corps de charnière (2), à l'intérieur du trou (9) qui loge la broche (8), de manière à définir deux, ou plus, positions de réglage stables et distinctes de la deuxième partie (8b) de la broche (8) ; et en ce que
    - les moyens d'actionnement (13) comprennent une vis sans tête (13g) qui est vissée dans le trou (9) du premier corps de charnière (2), au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure de ce même premier corps de charnière (2) ; la vis sans tête (13g) étant placée en contact avec l'extrémité inférieure de la première partie (8a) de la broche (8) de manière à pouvoir être vissée dans/dévissée du trou (9) afin de : soulever la broche (8) le long de l'axe vertical (Z) pour libérer les saillies radiales (14) des rainures (16) de manière à pouvoir tourner la deuxième partie (8b) pour la régler le long des deux axes (X, Y) ; et abaisser la broche (8) pour la bloquer dans la nouvelle position de réglage.
  2. La charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre une douille (11) positionnée entre le trou (10) du deuxième corps de charnière (5) et la deuxième partie (8b) respective de la broche (8) qui y est logée.
  3. La charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'actionnement (13) constituent aussi des moyens de réglage de la charnière (1) elle-même le long d'un axe vertical (Z), c'est-à-dire, dans le sens de la longueur de la broche (8), de manière à faire varier la distance axiale (D) relative entre le premier corps de charnière (2) et le deuxième corps de charnière (5).
  4. La charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les rainures radiales (16) du premier corps de charnière (2) s'étendent sur toute la longueur du trou (9) de ce même premier corps de charnière (2), donnant à la section du trou (9) lui-même la forme d'une « étoile ».
  5. La charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité inférieure de la première partie (8a) de la broche (8) présente un renfoncement (17) de contact avec la vis sans tête (13g).
  6. La charnière selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les saillies radiales (14) s'étendent le long de la première partie (8a) de la broche (8), à partir de la plaque circulaire (15) de séparation, sur une longueur au moins égale à la variation maximum de la distance axiale (D) entre le premier corps de charnière (2) et le deuxième corps de charnière (5), qui peut être définie en soulevant la première partie (8a) de la broche (8) pour la régler au moyen de la vis sans tête (13g).
  7. La charnière selon les revendications de 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que chaque saillie radiale (14) est positionnée à un angle (α) par rapport à la saillie (14) qui la précède ou la suit.
  8. La charnière selon les revendications de 4 à 7, caractérisée en ce que chaque saillie radiale (14) a une section arquée et est biseautée au niveau de son extrémité libre (14a), opposée à la plaque circulaire (15), de manière à correspondre à la forme de la première partie (8a) de la broche (8).
  9. La charnière selon les revendications de 4 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'une (14b) des saillies radiales a une section quadrangulaire afin de définir un repère indiquant la position de la deuxième partie (8b) de la broche (8).
  10. La charnière selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la douille (11) présente une dent (18) qui dépasse radialement de la surface extérieure de la douille (11) elle-même, s'étend sur toute la longueur de la douille (11) et peut être insérée dans une rainure radiale (19) correspondante réalisée dans le trou (10) du deuxième corps de charnière (5) de manière à maintenir stablement la douille (11) à l'intérieur du trou (10) pour en bloquer la rotation.
  11. La charnière selon la revendication 1, où le premier corps de charnière consiste en un élément prismatique (2) ayant une surface extérieure plate (2a) venant en butée contre le dormant de porte ou de fenêtre et présente les premiers logements (3) débouchants transversaux qui logent les premiers moyens (4) servant à fixer l'élément prismatique (2) lui-même sur la face du dormant de porte ou de fenêtre, la charnière étant caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'actionnement (13) sont positionnés sur l'élément prismatique (2).
  12. La charnière selon les revendications 1 et 2, où le deuxième corps de charnière consiste en un élément cylindrique (5) présentant le trou (10) débouchant et une patte (20) destinée à être accouplée avec l'ouvrant de porte ou de fenêtre par l'intermédiaire d'une extrémité libre (21), cette dernière ayant une forme tubulaire pour s'accoupler de façon coulissante avec un profilé de forme complémentaire interne à l'ouvrant de porte ou de fenêtre ; l'extrémité (21) profilée présentant les deuxièmes logements (6) qui logent les deuxièmes moyens (7) de fixation, la charnière étant caractérisée en ce que la douille (11) et la deuxième partie (8b) de la broche (8), qui est décalée par rapport à la première partie (8a), sont logées dans l'élément cylindrique (5).
