Definitions

  • the invention relates to a suction belt table for conveying a submerged sheet flow to a sheet-processing machine, wherein the suction belt table has at least one circulating suction belt, which is provided with suction holes, which are connected via at least one suction box arranged in a table top of Saugb or perennials suction openings.
  • the object of the invention is to design a generic suction belt table so that the suction effect of the suction belts can be improved with a reduced fan power and an increased negative pressure can be realized in the inlet region with simple means.
  • the solution according to the invention limits the supply of false air, so that even in critical operating conditions with limited fan power, such a suction effect can be realized that the sheets are reliably guided by the suction belts, wherein the light-emitting behavior of the suction belt is ensured by a special design of the inlet region of the belt is improved by a horizontal transport plane of the sheet feeder in an inclined thereto extending transport plane of the suction belt transition sheet.
  • Fig. 1 schematically a Saugb for illness 1 is shown in a side view.
  • the suction belt table 1 consists of a suction box 2, which is provided with a table top 3 and with a fan 4. About the suction box 2, one or more suction belts 5 are guided. In the exemplary embodiment, only one suction belt 5 is provided, which is guided approximately centrally over the sow box 2. For this purpose, an upper deflecting roller 6 and a lower deflecting roller 7 are provided, of which one of the deflecting rollers 6, 7 is driven. In the exemplary embodiment, the upper deflecting roller 6 is driven by means of a drive 8.
  • the suction belt 5 is tensioned by a tension roller 9 and a guide roller 10.
  • the suction belt 5 runs, driven by the drive 8, in an arrow 11 direction.
  • the suction belt table 1 is preceded by an unillustrated sheet feeder and a feed table 12 downstream.
  • Anlegmarken 13 are shown, which are spent from their position on the feed table 12 in the power stroke in a position below them.
  • In an inlet region 1.1 of the Saugb respectivelytischs 1 sheet 20 of a sheet of scale are shown.
  • a first sheet 21 with a front edge 21.1 was detected by the suction belt 5, while a follower sheet 22 is transported with a front edge 22.1 through the sheet feeder, not shown, in an approximately horizontal plane to the suction belt table 1 and underlaps the first sheet 21 is assigned.
  • the distance between the leading edge 21.1 of the first arc 21 and the leading edge 22.1 of the following arc 22 is referred to as the grading distance S and is designed to be machine-specific.
  • Fig. 2 is a detail of the guided on the tabletop 3 suction belt 5 shown in plan view.
  • Suction holes 14 are provided in the suction belt 5.
  • the suction holes 14 are arranged in alignment in Sauglochspuren 15.
  • a first Sauglochspur 15.1 and a second Sauglochspur 15.2 are shown. It is possible to provide one or any number of Sauglochspuren 15 in the suction belt 5.
  • the suction holes 14 have within a Sauglochspur 15 same Sauglochabplace X and each same suction surfaces 16 in terms of shape and surface area.
  • the Sauglochabmen X 1 , X 2 are the same.
  • first suction openings 17 are provided in the tabletop 3 .
  • the first suction openings 17 are arranged in alignment with one another in suction opening tracks 18.
  • each Sauglochspur 15 is associated with at least one Saugö réellesspur 18.
  • the first suction openings 17 have within a Saugö Stammsspur 18 same Saugö réellesabrace Y and same first suction surfaces 19 in terms of shape and surface area.
  • the first suction openings 17 in the first Saugö Maschinensspur 18.1 in a first Saugö Maschinensabstand Y 1 and in the second Saugö Maschinensspur 18.2 be arranged at a second Saugö réellesabstand Y 2 to each other, wherein the Saugö Stammsabstand Y is always smaller than the Sauglochabstand X. D.
  • the Saugö Stamm Y must be so much smaller depending on the configuration of the suction holes 14 and the Sauglochabstand X that in each position of the running in the direction of arrow 11 on the table top 3 suction belt 5 in this area each suction hole 14 with at least a first suction port 17 completely or partially communicates with two first suction openings 17, wherein the partial surfaces communicating with a suction hole 14 result in a first suction surface 19 at least in total.
  • the facts are in the FIGS. 2 and 3 shown in FIG Fig. 3 shown in detail B.
  • a suction hole 14 is in communication with a first suction port 17, while the detail C shows that a suction hole 14 is partially connected to two first suction ports 17, wherein parts of the two first suction ports 17 are covered by the suction belt 5.
  • Each suction hole 14 arranged in the suction belt 5 has a suction surface 16 which is several times larger than the first suction surface 19, which is realized by a first suction opening 17 arranged in the table sheet 3.
  • the negative pressure in the suction box 2 is defined by the throttling action of the first suction openings 17 provided with a small suction surface 19 by minimizing the supply of false air.
  • 1 second suction openings 23 are arranged in the inlet region 1.1 of the Saugb fortischs.
  • the second suction openings 23 are also associated with the Saugö Stammsspuren 18 and have second suction surfaces 24.
  • the second suction surfaces 24 are formed larger than the first suction surfaces 19.
  • the second suction openings 23 may have different second suction surfaces 24.
  • the directly to the sheet feeder facing second suction ports 23 are provided with a large second suction surface 24, which may have a maximum size and shape of the suction surface 16 having the associated suction holes 14.
  • the size of the second suction surfaces 24 decreases as seen in the direction of arrow 11 within the inlet region 1.1 such that the second suction surfaces 24 come into conformity with the first suction surfaces 19, wherein the inlet region 1.1 is selected so that it corresponds to the spacing distance S.
  • the suction belt 5 is driven by the drive 8 in the direction of arrow 11 and the suction box 2 is acted upon by the fan 4 with negative pressure, due to the low volume flow required, due to the action of the suction openings 17, a fan 4 low power can be provided.
  • the first sheet 21 of a sheet stack is transported to the inlet portion 1.1 of the suction belt table 1, it is pulled against the suction belt 5 with a large force against the suction belt 5 due to the second suction surface 24 having a large second suction surface 24, and even when processing rigid materials, the first sheet is drawn 21 and the subsequent bend 22 safely guided, although on the open suction openings 17 False air is drawn.
  • the first sheet 21 of the sheet stack with the leading edge to the Anlegmarken 13 applies, enters the stationary operating state in which no false air can flow over not covered by sheet 20 first suction ports 17.
