Claims (8)

  1. Élément de construction pour l'isolation thermique entre deux parties d'une construction, notamment entre une partie de bâtiment et une partie extérieure en saillie, constitué d'un corps isolant (2) à disposer entre les deux parties de construction, avec des éléments d'armature (4, 5, 6) s'étendant à travers ce corps isolant et pouvant être raccordés aux deux parties de construction, sachant qu'il est prévu comme éléments d'armature au moins des barres de force transversale (6) qui s'étendent à l'intérieur du corps isolant essentiellement en oblique dans deux plans verticaux parallèles entre eux et qui, pour le raccordement aux deux parties de construction, dans leur étendue supérieure (6a) associée à la partie de construction porteuse et dans leur étendue inférieure (6c) associée à la partie de construction portée, sont coudées de telle sorte qu'elles dépassent du corps isolant horizontalement à des hauteurs différentes dans les plans verticaux précités, sachant que le corps isolant (2) présente, sur le côté tourné vers la partie de construction porteuse, une saillie (3) qui laisse dégagés des évidements (7) pour les régions (6f) de sortie hors du corps isolant de l'étendue supérieure (6a) des barres de force transversale (6), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de construction (1) est adapté au montage dans des maisons passives par le fait que la saillie (3) s'étend en direction de la partie de construction porteuse jusque dans les régions des parties (6a) des barres de force transversale qui dépassent horizontalement, de sorte qu'elle recouvre latéralement totalement les parties coudées (6d) des barres de force transversale.
  2. Élément de construction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (3) présente une forme essentiellement parallélépipédique, adaptée au corps isolant (2), de même hauteur et de même étendue longitudinale.
  3. Élément de construction selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (7) présentent une forme approximative de segments partiels cylindriques avec une section horizontale approximativement rectangulaire dans la région des barres de force transversale.
  4. Élément de construction selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps isolant (2) présente conjointement avec la saillie (3) une épaisseur (D) qui est environ égale à la hauteur du corps isolant (2), de sorte qu'on obtient une section verticale quasiment carrée du corps isolant avec la saillie, parallèlement aux plans verticaux précités des barres de force transversale (6).
  5. Élément de construction selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps isolant (2) présente conjointement avec la saillie (3) une épaisseur totale (D) d'au moins 15 cm.
  6. Élément de construction selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (7) sont remplis de béton, de sorte que le béton entoure les parties coudées (6d) des barres de force transversale.
  7. Élément de construction selon au moins la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le béton est du béton à hautes performances, et/ou est rempli dans les évidements (7) avant le montage de l'élément de construction (1) sur les deux parties de construction.
  8. Élément de construction selon au moins la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (7) que la saillie (3) laisse dégagés sont remplis par le béton de la partie de construction en béton attenante.
