Claims (11)

  1. Behälter (1) umfassend einerseits einen Sockel (1'), welcher ein inneres Gestell mit im Wesentlichen quadratischer oder rechteckiger Form umfasst, und andererseits zwei seitliche, sich gegenüberliegende Wandungen oder vier Pfosten (2), welche sich ausgehend von den Randbereichen oder den Ecken des Sockels (1') erstrecken, und schließlich mindestens einen, vorzugsweise mehrere, Lastenträger (3), welche sich im Wesentlichen parallel zum Sockel erstrecken, wobei jeder Lastenträger (3) in Form einer tragenden Struktur vorliegt, welche insgesamt im Wesentlichen eben ausgebildet und nach Art einer Schublade gleitend auf oder in einem Paar Stütz- und/oder Seitenführungsschienen (4 und 4') angeordnet ist, welche Schienen zueinander parallel und einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, wobei jede Schiene (4, 4') starr an einer Wandung oder an einem Paar Pfosten (2) angeordnet ist, wobei der Behälter (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass jeder Lastenträger (3) einseitig gleitend geführt ist, wobei eine der beiden dem betreffenden Lastenträger (3) zugeordneten Stützschienen (4 und 4') allein dessen Translationsführung gewährleistet.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jedes Paar von einander gegenüberliegenden Schienen (4, 4'), welche hinsichtlich des Haltens und der Translationsführung eines im Wesentlichen ebenen Lastenträgers (3) zusammenwirken, einerseits eine erste profilierte Stütz- und Führungsschiene (4) umfasst, welche eine längsgerichtete Lauffläche oder Gleitfläche in der Gleitrichtung (DC) mit zugleich linearer Führung in vorgenannter Richtung bereitstellt, und andererseits eine zweite profilierte Schiene (4'), welcher nur eine Stützfunktion zukommt, welche eine längsgerichtete Lauffläche oder eine Gleitfläche in der Gleitrichtung (DC) ohne seitliche Führung bereitstellt.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jeder Lastenträger (3), welcher eine quadratische oder rechteckige Kontur entsprechend der im Wesentlichen quadratischen oder rechteckigen äußeren Umfangskontur des Sockels (1') aufweist, entlang jeder seiner einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen (3' und 3"), die dazu vorgesehen sind, in Auflage auf oder in gleitenden Eingriff mit den profilierten Stütz- oder Führungsschinen (4, 4') zu treten, eine Mehrzahl an Rollmitteln (5) umfasst, wie Laufrollen, Rollen, Kugellager, Nadellager oder dergleichen, welche Mittel beabstandet entlang der entsprechenden Seitenfläche (3' oder 3") angeordnet sind, wobei diejenige Schiene (4) des Paares einander gegenüberliegender Stützschienen (4, 4'), welche auch die Translationsführung sicherstellt, eine Rollbahn (6) mit einer Nut oder Rille umfasst, vorzugsweise mit der Eigenschaft einer automatischen Ausrichtung oder einer automatischen Zentrierung auf einer geradlinigen Bahn in der Gleitrichtung (DC).
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Nut- oder Rillenrollbahn (6) einer jeden Stütz- oder Führungsschiene (4) einander gegenüberliegende Rollflächen (6') umfasst, welche zum Boden der Nut oder Rille geneigt sind und auf welchen sich die Rollmittel (5) abstützen und bewegen, welche Rollmittel (5) an der betreffenden Seitenfläche (3') des Lastenträgers (3) angeordnet sind, welche Seitenfläche mit den Stütz- und Translationsführungsschienen (4) zusammenwirkt.
  5. Behälter nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Schienen (4 und 4'), welche eine Gleitstütze für die Lastenträger (3) bilden, C-Profile umfassen, welche paarweise derart angeordnet sind, dass ihre Längsöffnungen (4") einander gegenüberliegen und dass ein Profilschenkel (7) als Stützfläche für die Rollmittel (5) desjenigen Lastenträgers (3) dient, der durch das betrachtete Paar von gegenüberliegenden Schienen (4, 4') aufgenommen ist.
  6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    eine (4) der Schienen (4, 4') eines jeden Paares einander gegenüberliegender Schienen (4, 4'), welche die Stütz- und Führungsschiene bilden, auf der Höhe ihres unteren Schenkels (7), welcher als Stützfläche für die Rollmittel (5) des betreffenden Lastenträgers (3) dient, eine Längsvertiefung oder ein Ansetzprofil mit V-förmigem Querschnitt (8) umfasst, wobei die oberen Schenkel (7') der Schienen (4, 4'), welche nicht als Stützflächen dienen, sich in geringem Abstand oberhalb der Rollmittel (5) erstrecken.
  7. Behälter nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jeder Lastenträger (3) einerseits einen rechteckigen Rahmen (9) umfasst, welcher derart dimensioniert ist, dass er in eingefahrener oder zurückgefahrener Position des Lastenträgers (3) zwischen die beiden Wandungen oder vier Pfosten (2) passt, und welcher auf zwei Seitenflächen Rollmittel (5) trägt, und andererseits eine Aufnahmestelle oder mehrere Aufnahmestellen (10) zur Aufnahme von Teilen oder Artikeln (11), welche in dem Behälter (1) einzulagern sind, wobei die Aufnahmestelle(n) (10) innerhalb des Rahmens (9) angeordnet und durch eine massive Struktur mit einer geeigneten Vertiefung oder durch eine durchbrochene Rohr- oder Gitterstruktur gebildet ist oder sind, wobei gegebenenfalls eine indexabhängige Positionierung des Teils oder der Teile oder des Artikels oder der Artikel (11) bereitgestellt ist, sowie schließlich mindestens ein Anschlagmittel (12), welches die Auszugbewegung des Lastenträgers (3) im ausgezogenen Zustand begrenzt und beispielsweise dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Stopp- oder Gegenanschlagmittel (12') in Kontakt zu treten, welches auf der Seite des Lastenträgers (3) angeordnet ist, zu der der Lastenträger (3) ausgezogen wird.
  8. Behälter nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jeder Lastenträger (3) auf zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Behälters (1) ausziehbar ausgebildet ist, wobei der Rahmen (9) wenigstens eines Lastenträgers (3) mit Greifmitteln (13) zwecks Versetzen in eine Gleitbewegung, wie z.B. Handgriffe oder dergleichen, versehen ist, und dass für jeden Lastenträger (3) ein entfernbares Verriegelungs- oder Haltemittel (12") vorgesehen ist, um den Lastenträger (3) im eingefahrenen Zustand oder im zurückgefahrenen Zustand zu verriegeln oder zu halten, in welchem Zustand der Lastenträger vollständig innerhalb der Kontur des Behälters (1) angeordnet ist, insbesondere zwischen den beiden seitlichen Wandungen oder zwischen vier Pfosten (2).
  9. Behälter nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass er wenigstens zwei Lastenträger (3) umfasst, welche sich parallel zum Sockel (1') erstrecken, wobei jeder Lastenträger (3) einem Paar Stützschienen (4 und 4') zugeordnet ist, wobei eine (4) der Schienen auch die einseitige Führung des entsprechenden Lastenträgers (3) gewährleistet.
  10. Behälter nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Sockel (1') eine rohrförmige Ausgestaltung aufweist, welche zur Handhabung durch ein Förderfahrzeug geeignet ist, vorzugsweise in Form einer Palette mit standardisierten Abmessungen, und dass der Sockel (1') im Bereich seiner Ecken Zentrierzapfen (14) aufweist, welche dazu ausgebildet sind, in die Öffnungen der oberen Enden rohrförmiger Pfosten (2) eines weiteren Behälters (1) oder in Manschetten, welche auf diese Enden aufgesteckt sind, eingesteckt zu werden, derart, dass eine Stapelung von zwei betreffenden Behältern (1) möglich ist.
  11. Behälter nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Sockel (1') mit Rollmitteln versehen ist, wie beispielsweise Laufrollen, Rollen oder Räder, wobei manche gegebenenfalls um eine Achse senkrecht zu der Ebene des Sockels (1') schwenkbar ausgebildet sind.
