Claims (7)
- Dispositif d'usinage de surfaces techniques sur des pièces sensiblement cylindriques (3), ledit dispositif comportant une unité d'usinage (4) et un porte-pièce (1) apte à tourner autour d'un premier axe et comportant un entraînement et au moins deux, ou plusieurs, supports (5) mobiles en rotation autour d'axes, qui sont sensiblement parallèles au premier axe, fixés auxdits axes et destinés à approcher les pièces cylindriques (3) de l'unité d'usinage (4),
l'unité d'usinage (4) comportant des moyens (6) destinés à générer une pression d'application sensiblement constante qui sera exercée par des brosses sur la surface des pièces (3) et l'entraînement étant conçu de façon à définir la durée de l'approche de l'unité de traitement (4) et la durée d'usinage des pièces (3) par celle-ci,
caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'usinage (4) comporte des brosses circulaires ou à courroie qui sont disposées dans un plan qui est parallèle à l'axe de cylindre défini par la pièce cylindrique. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (6) comportent au moins un amortisseur à gaz sous pression, des moyens à ressorts, des moyens élastiques ou des moyens pondéraux et, si besoin est, des moyens de levage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le porte-pièce est réalisé sous la forme d'un plateau ou d'une bande.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement est un entraînement d'approche continue, cyclique ou pas à pas.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les supports (5) peuvent être mis en rotation par les forces tangentielles exercées par l'unité d'usinage (4) sur la circonférence des pièces (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les supports peuvent être mis en rotation par des moyens d'entraînement séparés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraînement comportent une roue dentée et une couronne dentée, une roue à friction et une couronne à friction ou des moyens similaires.
