Claims (12)
- Procédé pour la pose ou l'intégration dans la position adéquate de feuilles à valves ou de recouvrement (11, 12, 13), d'impressions (20), de revêtements et/ou de gaufrages sur ou dans des éléments de pièces de tubes (8), comprenant les étapes de processus suivantes :a) enregistrement d'images des éléments de pièces de tubes (8) munis de feuilles à valves ou de recouvrement (11, 12, 13), d'impressions (20), de revêtements et/ou de gaufrages, posés ou intégrés,b) détermination des positions de feuilles à valves ou de recouvrement (11, 12, 13), d'impressions (20), de revêtements et/ou de gaufrages par rapport à un point de référence des éléments de pièces de tubes (8),c) calcul de la divergence des positions déterminées par rapport à des positions de consigne, caractérisé en ce queles positions des feuilles à valves ou de recouvrement (11, 12, 13) et des éléments des pièces de tubes (8) sont modifiées d'une valeur qui résulte de la divergence qui a été déterminée,
sachant que la valeur qui résulte de la divergence déterminée est calculée à partir d'une fonction qui décrit les divergences des positions déterminées par rapport aux positions de consigne en fonction du temps. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que

l`unité de calcul et de commande délivre des signaux de commande au réglage différentiel. - Dispositif de positionnement d'ensembles pour la pose ou l'intégration de feuilles à valves ou de recouvrement (11, 12, 13), d'impressions (20), de revêtements et/ou de gaufrages sur ou à des éléments de pièces de tubes (8), muni- d'un dispositif permettant d'enregistrer des images de feuilles à valves ou de recouvrement (11, 12, 13), d'impressions (20), de revêtements et/ou de gaufrages et d'éléments de pièces de tubes (8),- d'une unité de calcul et de commande chargée de déterminer les positions relatives de feuilles à valves ou de recouvrement (11, 12, 13), d'impressions (20), de revêtements et/ou de gaufrages par rapport à des éléments de pièces de tubes (8), ainsi que de calculer la position relative à partir de plusieurs positions relatives, ou bien de déterminer une fonction de divergence,- d'une unité de mémoire dans laquelle les positions de consigne peuvent être sauvegardées, etcaractérisé par
un dispositif de réglage des positions relatives, sachant que la valeur qui résulte de la divergence déterminée est calculée à partir d'une fonction qui décrit les divergences des positions déterminées par rapport aux positions de consigne en fonction du temps. - Dispositif selon la revendication 11,
caractérisé en ce
qu'une unité de commande est prévue, afin de recevoir de l'unité de calcul la différence entre la position relative moyenne et la position relative de consigne, et par laquelle le dispositif peut être alimenté en signaux de commande pour le réglage. - Dispositif selon l'une des deux revendications,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif d'enregistrement d'images comprend un système de mesure optique, de préférence un système de caméras.
