Claims (10)
- Four comprenant une porte de four (1) et comprenant un dispositif de verrouillage destiné à verrouiller la porte de four (1) fermée par rapport au boîtier du four à l'aide d'un verrou réglable par moteur côté boîtier, lequel, dans la position de verrouillage, a prise dans un élément de verrouillage (17) placé sur la porte de four (1) en limitant la butée, l'élément de verrouillage étant réalisé en tant qu'un composant (10.1, 10.2) insérable dans un évidement (9) de la bordure (4) de la porte de four (1), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage peut être serré dans l'évidement (9) au moyen de moyens de serrage (13, 19).
- Four selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le composant (10.1, 10.2) est serré dans une bordure métallique disposée sur le côté supérieur de la porte de four (1), de préférence dans un recouvrement (4) limitant le côté supérieur de la porte de four (1).
- Four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le composant (10.1, 10.2) est réalisé comme pièce moulée sous pression, constituée d'aluminium.
- Four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le composant (10.1, 10.2) présente une cavité de blocage (17) logeant le verrou en limitant la butée dans la position de verrouillage.
- Four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le composant (10.1, 10.2) est réalisé comme élément d'actionnement pour un commutateur électrique à actionner lors de la fermeture de la porte de four (1) et faisant démarrer le dispositif de verrouillage.
- Four selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le composant (10.1, 10.2) présente un corps de cavité (11.1, 11.2) présentant la cavité de blocage (17), insérable dans l'évidement (9) de la bordure de la porte de four (1), et une collerette (12) venant buter contre la bordure (4), et en ce qu'une paire de moyens de serrage (13, 13.1) élastiques sont ménagés, dont chaque moyen de serrage est fixé d'une part sur la bordure (4) de la porte de four (1) et d'autre part sur le corps de cavité (11.1) sous précontrainte.
- Four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de serrage (13) font partie d'un cadre de serrage (15) constitué de matière élastique, lequel est emboîtable sur le corps de cavité (11.1) et lequel s'appuie, d'une part, sur la bordure (4) et dont les moyens de serrage (13) élastiques en forme de languette sont maintenus, d'autre part, avec précontrainte dans des contre-dépouilles (14) du corps de cavité (11.1).
- Four selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de serrage (13) en forme de languette sont estampés dans la matière de la bordure (4) et sont fixés dans des contre-dépouilles du corps de cavité (11.1).
- Four selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que des éléments (18) résilients resp. élastiques, de préférence en matière plastique restant élastique, par exemple en silicone, sont ménagés au niveau des moyens de serrage (13.1) en forme de languette situés dans les contre-dépouilles (14).
- Four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le composant (10.2) présente un corps de cavité (11.2) présentant la cavité de blocage (4), insérable dans l'évidement (9) de la porte de four (1) en limitant la butée et en ce qu'une partie du corps de cavité inséré est estampée avec la bordure (4).
