Claims (19)
- Pumpe zum Anbringen an einer Flasche, um die Ausgabe einer in der Flasche enthaltenen Flüssigkeit zu ermöglichen, wobei die Pumpe Folgendes umfasst:- einen Pumpenkörper (3), der dazu gedacht ist, mit der Flasche fest verbunden zu sein, wobei er mit der Flüssigkeit in Verbindung gebracht werden kann;- eine Spritzdüse (9), die mit einem Druckknopf (10) fest verbunden ist, um translationsmäßig in dem Körper betätigt zu werden, wobei die Spritzdüse einen Ausgabeweg umfasst, der mindestens eine vorgelagerte Öffnung (12) und einen Kanal (13) umfasst, dessen nachgelagertes Ende mit einer Ausgabedüse (14) in Verbindung steht;- ein Mittel (11) zur elastischen Rückstellung der Translation der Spritzdüse in dem Körper;- einen Kolben (16), der in Reibkontakt an der Innenfläche des Körpers angebracht ist, um eine Dosierkammer (17) zu begrenzen, die über eine Klappe mit der Flüssigkeit in Verbindung steht, wobei der Kolben eingerichtet ist, um einen Verschlusszustand der vorgelagerten Öffnungen (12) und einen Verbindungszustand der vorgelagerten Öffnungen mit der Dosierkammer (17) aufzuweisen;wobei die Pumpe ferner eine obere Glocke (24) umfasst, die zwischen der Einspritzdüse (9) und dem Druckknopf (10) eingeschoben ist,
wobei die Pumpe dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Glocke (24) um einen oberen Teil der Spritzdüse (9) herum aufgesteckt ist und dabei eine obere Oberfläche (27) der Spritzdüse (9) freilässt, damit der Druckknopf (10) an der oberen Oberfläche (27) der Spritzdüse (9) axial zur Anlage kommen kann. - Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner eine Spannvorrichtung (28) umfasst, die mit dem Körper (3) fest verbunden ist, wobei der Kolben (16) in der Spannvorrichtung (28) gleitend angebracht ist, wobei das Rückstellmittel (11) außen an einer unteren Auflagefläche (29) der Spannvorrichtung (28) anliegt.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Auflagefläche (29) eingerichtet ist, um mit einer passenden Auflagefläche des Kolbens (16) zusammenzuwirken, so dass im Verschlusszustand des Kolbens die durch das Rückstellmittel (11) ausgeübte Kraft die Abdichtung der Dosierkammer (17) verbessert.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glocke (24) einen unteren Mantel (32) umfasst, der einen Außendurchmesser aufweist, der bei der Translationsverschiebung der Spritzdüse (9) eine Gleitbewegung ohne Spiel des Mantels in der Spannvorrichtung (28) ermöglicht.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umfang des Mantels (32) mindestens einen vertieften Bereich (40) aufweist, der axial ausmündet.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsbereich eingerichtet ist, um eine relatives Gleiten des Kolbens (16) um die Spritzdüse (9) zwischen seinem Verschlusszustand und seinem Verbindungszustand zu ermöglichen, wobei das Gleiten durch ein elastisches Vorbelastungsmittel (20) belastet wird, das zwischen dem Kolben (16) und der Spritzdüse (9) anliegend angebracht ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückstellmittel (11) und das Vorbelastungsmittel (20) jeweils durch eine Feder gebildet werden, die konzentrisch angeordnet sind, wobei die Rückstellfeder (11) den größeren Durchmesser aufweist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federn (11, 20) umgekehrte Windungen aufweisen.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückstellmittel (11) und das eventuelle Vorbelastungsmittel (20) an der Glocke (24) anliegen.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Teil der Spritzdüse (9), der in der Dosierkammer (17) angeordnet ist, eingerichtet ist, um ein Totvolumen (33) zu bilden.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Totvolumen (33) mit der Dosierkammer (17) über radiale Durchgänge (34) in Verbindung steht.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Teil einen Kranz (35) umfasst, der Zacken (36) aufweist, wobei die Zacken eingerichtet sind, um die Endlage der Spritzdüse (9) zu definieren, indem sie an der unteren Wand der Dosierkammer (17) zur Anlage kommen.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kranz (35) eine Mantellinie aufweist, die im Verhältnis zur Achse der Spritzdüse (9) außen geneigt ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (16) einen Dichtigkeitsbereich (37) umfasst, der im Verschlusszustand mit der Außenfläche des Kranzes (35) in Berührung steht.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich (4) des Körpers (3), der dazu gedacht ist, die Anbringung der Pumpe auf der Flasche zu ermöglichen, eine obere Dichtungswulst (4a) und/oder eine seitliche Dichtungswulst (4b) umfasst, an der bzw. denen eine Verbindungsmanschette (2) der Pumpe auf der Flasche abdichtend zur Anlage kommen soll.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (16) koaxial um die Spritzdüse (9) herum auf einem Verbindungsbereich angebracht ist, wobei der Verbindungsbereich eingerichtet ist, um eine dichte Kugelgelenkverbindung zwischen dem Kolben (16) und der Spritzdüse (9) zu ermöglichen.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsbereich einen Vorsprung (21) zum Zentrieren und Abdichten des Kolbens (16) um die Spritzdüse (9) herum und einen ringförmigen Raum (22) umfasst, der eine winkelmäßige Ausfederung der Spritzdüse mit Bezug auf den Kolben ermöglicht.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (16) eine Bohrung umfasst, die einen oberen Durchmesser aufweist, der den ringförmigen Raum (22) um den Umfang der Spritzdüse (9) herum begrenzt, und einen unteren Durchmesser, der einen radialen Zentriervorsprung (21) bildet, der um den Umfang der Spritzdüse herum in abdichtender Berührung steht.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis zwischen den Axialabmessungen der oberen und unteren Durchmesser zwischen 8 und 4 liegt.
