Claims (12)
- Elektromagnetblock für eine elektromagnetische Auswahlvorrichtung der Bewegung der Schäfte von Schaftmaschinen und anderen Fachbildungsmechanismen, für jeden Schaft einen Elektromagneten (4) umfassend, dem ein Schwenkauswahlelement (9) zugeordnet ist, das mit einem beweglichen Anker (13) ausgerüstet ist, dessen eine im Wesentlichen ebene Fläche (13A) geeignet ist, gegen eine Anschlagfläche (4A) des feststehenden Ankers des Elektromagneten (4) zu kommen, wobei der Elektromagnet (4) abhängig von der gewünschten Bindung für das zu realisierende Gewebe versorgt wird und die Anschlagfläche (4A) des Elektromagneten (4) eine Anschlagplatte (8) umfasst, an deren Niveau ein erster (61) und zweiter (62) Pol des Elektromagneten (4) münden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagplatte (8) einen in Bezug auf einen Hauptbereich (81) der Platte und des ersten (61) und zweiten (62) Pols hervorspringenden Bereich (82) aufweist, wobei dieser hervorspringende Bereich (82) in der Nähe eines Pols zwischen diesem Pol und einem Rand der Anschlagfläche (4A) derart angeordnet ist, dass er geeignet ist, in Abstützung ein diesem Pol entsprechendes Ende (132) des beweglichen Ankers (13) aufzunehmen, wobei der Hauptbereich (81) ein anderes, dem anderen Pol entsprechendes Ende (131) des beweglichen Ankers aufnimmt.
- Elektromagnetblock nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptbereich (81) der Anschlagplatte (8) eine erste Ebene (P1) der Anschlagfläche (4A) begrenzt, wobei die Pole (61, 62) zu dieser ersten Ebene (P1) gehören.
- Elektromagnetblock nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hervorspringende Bereich (82) der Anschlagplatte (8) eine zweite Ebene (P2) der Anschlagfläche (4A), im Wesentlichen parallel zur ersten Ebene (P1) begrenzt.
- Elektromagnetblock nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagplatte (8) einstückig ist.
- Elektromagnetblock nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagplatte (8) einen ersten (8a) und einen zweiten (8b) Teil umfasst, die aus Materialien mit unterschiedlichen mechanischen Eigenschaften bestehen, wobei der Teil (8b), der den hervorspringenden Bereich (82) umfasst, aus einem weicheren Material besteht, als das wesentliche Material des anderen Teils (8a).
- Elektromagnetblock nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Elektromagnet (4) einen Magnetkern (6) umfasst, von dem ein Schenkel von einer Spule (5) eingefasst wird, wobei dieser Schenkel derjenige ist, der den am nächsten zu dem hervorspringenden Bereich (82) der Anschlagplatte (8) liegende Pol ist.
- Elektromagnetische Auswahlvorrichtung der Bewegung der Schäfte von Schaftmaschinen und anderen Fachbildungsmechanismen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Elektromagnetblock nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst, der für jeden Schaft einen Elektromagneten (4) umfasst, dem ein Schwenkauswahlelement (9) zugeordnet ist, der mit einem beweglichen Anker (13) ausgerüstet ist, dessen im Wesentlichen ebene Fläche (13A) geeignet ist, gegen die Anschlagfläche (4A) des Elektromagneten (4) zu kommen, wobei der bewegliche Anker (13) ein erstes (131) und ein zweites (132) Ende umfasst, die entgegengesetzt zueinander sind und vorgesehen sind, mit der Anschlagfläche (4A) jeweils in der Nähe des ersten (61) und des zweiten (62) Pols zusammenzuarbeiten, wobei der bewegliche Anker (13) an dem Auswahlelement (9) über das zweite Ende (132) angelenkt ist, das in Richtung der Schwenkachse (10) des Auswahlelements orientiert ist, wobei Mittel zur elastischen Rückstellung (15) geeignet sind, auf das erste Ende (131) zu wirken, um es von dem Körper des Auswahlelements zu entfernen, wobei die elastischen Rückstellmittel darüber hinaus geeignet sind, durch Reaktion im Bereich der Schwenkachse (10) des Auswahlelements das zweite Ende (132) in Bezug auf die Anschlagfläche (4A) zu entfernen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hervorspringende Bereich (82) der Anschlagplatte (8) in der Nähe des zweiten Pols (62) zwischen dem Pol und dem korrespondierenden Rand (42) der Anschlagfläche (4A) angeordnet ist, derart, dass in Abstützung das zweite Ende (132) des beweglichen Ankers (13) aufgenommen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Anker (13) in Abstützung gegen die Anschlagfläche (4A) mit dieser Anschlagfläche einen Luftspalt (E') in Form eines Keils begrenzt, dessen Spitze durch die Abstützung des beweglichen Endes gegen den Hauptbereich (81) der Anschlagplatte (8) bestimmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Anker (13) in Abstützung gegen die Anschlagfläche (4A) nicht in Kontakt mit den Polen (61, 62) ist.
- Fachbildungsmechanismus, insbesondere Schaftmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Elektromagnetblock nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 oder eine elektromagnetische Auswahlvorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 7 bis 10 umfasst.
- Webmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Mechanismus zur Fachbildung nach dem Anspruch 11 umfasst.
