Abstract

Eine leicht zu handhabende Wäschespinnenschutzhülle weist mehrere teleskopartig ineinanderschiebbare Rohrstücke auf. Sie ist vorzugsweise derart ausgebildet, dass die Rohrstücke so passgenau gefertigt und ineinandergefügt sind, dass sie ihre Relativposition zueinander auch bei Einwirkung der Gewichtskraft selbst erhalten. In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung sind die Rohrstücke durchsichtig, so dass in geschützten Weise und lesbar eine Sicherheitsanleitung oder eine Bedienungsanweisung angebracht werden kann.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wäschespinnenschutzhülle.
  • Aus DE 203 15 085 U1 ist eine Wäschespinnenschutzhaube bekannt, die aus wasserabweisendem Nylon oder Fallschirmseide hergestellt ist. Die Wäschespinnenschutzhaube weist an ihren vier Ecken Laschen auf, die an den Tragarmen einer Wäschespinne eingehängt werden. Die Wäschespinnenschutzhaube ist so groß, dass sie die Leinenfläche der Wäschespinne abdeckt.
  • Aus DE 89 04 563.7 U1 ist eine Wäschespinne mit einer über das zusammengeklappte Spreizgestell überstülpbare und von dem zusammengeklappten Spreizgestell abziehbaren Schutzhülle bekannt. Es ist oberhalb des Standrohres der Wäschespinne eine am Standrohr befestigte Vorrichtung zum Abziehen und Einholen der Schutzhülle vorgesehen. Die beispielsweise als Raffvorrichtung oder als Wickelvorrichtung ausgebildet sein kann.
  • Aus DE 41 41 803 C2 ist eine Wäschespinne mit einem Schutzmantel zum Abdecken des Wäscheschirms in zusammengeklappten Zustand bekannt. Der Schutzmantel ist aus einer Stoffbahn gebildet, die um die geschlossene Wäschespinne herum gewickelt und beispielsweise mit einem Reisverschluss oder mit einem Klettverschluss geschlossen werden kann. Um das Anbringen der Stoffbahn zu erleichtern, ist eine Längskante der Stoffbahn an einen Tragarm einhakbar.
  • Die Schutzhüllen, die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Wäschespinnen, haben den Nachteil, dass sie nur umständlich und Zeit raubend angebracht und wieder entfernt werden können. Darüber hinaus weisen die bekannten Wäschespinnen nur eine Schutzhülle zum Schutz vor Verschmutzung auf. Die Schutzhüllen bieten jedoch nahezu keinen Schutz gegen eine mechanische Belastung, wie sie beispielsweise auftritt, wenn die Wäschespinne versehentlich umfällt.
  • Es ist daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Wäschespinnenschutzhülle anzugeben, die besonders schnell und einfach bedienbar ist, und die besonders robust ausgebildet werden kann.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch eine Wäschespinnenschutzhülle gelöst, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Schutzhülle mehrere teleskopartig ineinanderschiebbare Rohrstücke aufweist.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Wäschespinnenschutzhülle hat den Vorteil, dass sie äußerst schnell und einfach bedienbar ist. Darüber hinaus hat die erfindungsgemäße Wäschespinnenschutzhülle den weiteren Vorteil, dass sie auch Schutz gegen mechanische Störeinflüsse, wie sie beispielsweise beim ungewollten Umfallen der Wäschespinne auftreten, bietet. Dies insbesondere deshalb, weil die ineinander schiebbaren Rohrstücke - im Gegensatz zu Schutzhüllen aus Folienmaterial oder Stoffbahnen - in sich eine mechanische Stabilität aufweisen. Die erfindungsgemäße Wäschespinnenschutzhülle hat zu dem den Vorteil, dass sie unabhängig davon, ob die Wäschespinne sich im Zusammenfaltzustand oder im geöffneten Trockenzustand befindet, stets an der Wäschespinne - beispielsweise an der Mastspitze oder im Mastfußbereich - verbleiben kann. Demzufolge hat der Benutzer nicht die Schwierigkeit zunächst einmal die Schutzhülle irgendwo verstauen zu müssen, bevor er die Wäsche aufhängen kann.
  • Da die ineinander schiebbaren Rohrstücke vorzugsweise weitestgehend formstabil sind, ist die erfindungsgemäße Wäschenspinnenschutzhülle leicht zu reinigen, insbesondere leicht mit einem Tuch abwischbar.
  • Bei einer besonderen Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Wäschespinnenschutzhülle ist vorgesehen, dass die Rohrstücke relativ zueinander einen unterschiedlichen Durchmesser aufweisen. Dies gestattet es die Rohrstücke derart ineinander zu schieben, dass die Gesamthöhe aller ineinander geschobener Rohrstücke der Höhe eines einzigen Rohrstücks entspricht. Hierdurch wird erreicht, dass die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle in der ineinander geschobenen Stellung wenig Raum einnimmt.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Rohrstücke jeweils endseitig angeordnete Anschlagringe aufweisen, die ein vollständiges Trennen der Rohrstücke voneinander verhindern. In einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass die Rohrstücke jeweils zumindest einen Dichtring aufweisen. Der Dichtring kann beispielsweise jeweils an einem Anschlagring angeordnet sein. In einer besonders effizient und kostengünstig herstellbaren Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Wäschespinnenschutzhülle ist vorgesehen, dass je ein Anschlagring eines Rohrstücks gleichzeitig auch als Dichtring ausgebildet ist.
  • Vorzugsweise sind die Rohrstücke aus wasserdichtem und/oder wasserabweisendem Material gefertigt.
  • Die Dichtringe sind vorzugsweise derart ausgebildet, dass die in Schutzstellung befindliche Wäschespinnenschutzhülle - das bedeutet mit auseinander geschobenen Rohrstücken - einen wirksamen Schutz auch gegen Nässe, beispielsweise durch Regen, bietet. Dies insbesondere unabhängig davon, ob die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle in der Schutzstellung nach oben oder nach unten spitz zuläuft.
  • Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Wäschespinnenschutzhülle ist vorgesehen, dass ein Rohrstück mit einem Deckel ausgerüstet ist. Insbesondere bei einer Ausführungsform bei der die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle sich in ihrer Schutzstellung nach oben hin verjüngt ist in vorteilhafter Weise vorgesehen, dass dem Rohrstück mit dem kleinsten Durchmesser ein Deckel angeordnet ist. Ist die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle jedoch derart ausgebildet, das sie in ihrer Schutzstellung sich nach unten hin verjüngt, kann in vorteilhafter Weise vorgesehen sein, dass ein Deckel an dem Rohrstück mit dem größten Durchmesser vorgesehen ist. Bei einer besonderen Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass an dem Rohrstück, dass sich in der Schutzstellung am höchsten befindet, ein Deckel angeordnet ist.
  • Bei einer ganz besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Wäschespinnenschutzhülle ist vorgesehen, dass die Rohrstücke so passgenau gefertigt und ineinander gefügt sind, dass sie ihre Relativposition zueinander auch bei Einwirkung der Gewichtskraft selbst erhalten. Hierdurch wird erreicht, dass der Benutzer die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle wahlweise in die Schutzstellung oder in die Aufbewahrungsstellung überführen kann, ohne dass er zusätzlich die Rohrstücke, beispielsweise mit einer zusätzlichen Haltevorrichtung fixieren muss. Die Passung der ineinander liegenden Rohrstücke ist dem gemäß so gewählt, dass die Reibung zwischen den Rohrstücken ausreichend groß ist, um ein ungewolltes Verschieben der Rohrstücke relativ zueinander zu verhindern. Die Reibung zwischen den Rohrstücken ist jedoch so gering, dass der Benutzer die Rohrstücke mit vertretbarem Kraftaufwand relativ zueinander verschieben kann, um die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle einfach und leicht in die Schutzstellung oder die Aufbewahrungsstellung zu überführen.
  • Bei einer besonderen Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Wäschespinnenschutzhülle ist vorgesehen, dass die zumindest ein Rohrstück, vorzugsweise alle Rohrstücke, durchsichtig sind. Dies hat beispielsweise den Vorteil, dass auf der Innenseite der Wäschespinnenschutzhülle - das heißt geschützt vor äußeren Einflüssen - ein Zettel mit Bedienungs- oder Sicherheitsvorschriften anbringbar ist, der vom Benutzer dem gemäß auch bei in Schutzstellung befindlicher Wäschespinnenschutzhülle gelesen werden kann.
  • Die Rohrstücke der Wäschespinnenschutzhülle können einen beliebigen Querschnitt aufweisen. Bei einer besonders robusten und einfach herzustellenden Ausführungsform der Wäschespinnenschutzhülle ist vorgesehen, dass die Rohrstücke zylindrisch ausgebildet sind. In einer anderen Ausführungsform der Wäschespinnenschutzhülle, die sich besonders gut an die äußere Kontur einer zusammengefalteten vierarmigen Wäschespinne anpasst, ist vorgesehen, dass die Rohrstücke im Querschnitt rechteckig, insbesondere quadratisch, ausgebildet sind.
  • Eine mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Wäschespinnenschutzhülle ausgerüstete zusammenklappbare Wäschespinne ist vorzugsweise derart ausgebildet, dass die Wäschespinne Tragarme aufweist, die zumindest eine Wäscheleine und/oder zumindest einen Wäschestab tragen.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Wäschespinne wahlweise in eine Trockenstellung oder in eine Zusammenfaltstellung überführbar. Bwi einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle, vorzugsweise in der Zusammenfaltstellung, die Tragarme und/oder die Wäscheleine und/oder die Wäschestäbe einhüllt. Bei einer besonders komfortabel zu handhabenden Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass die Rohrstücke in der Trockenstellung ineinander geschoben sind und damit die Tragarme relativ zum Mast der Wäschespinne ausschwengbar sind.
  • Vorzugsweise ist zumindest ein Rohrstück der Wäschespinnenschutzhülle an einem Mast der Wäschespinne angeordnet. Beispielsweise kann das Rohrstück an der Mastspitze angeordnet sein. Es ist jedoch möglich, das Rohrstück im Bereich des Mastfußes bzw. im Bereich des unteren Drittels des Mastes bzw. im Bereich unterhalb eines unteren Gleitgelenks anzuordnen.
  • Bei einer ganz besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass die Querschnittsform der Rohrstücke an die Querschnittsform der zusammengeklappten Wäschespinne angepasst ist. Dies hat den ganz besonderen Vorteil, dass die Wäschespinne zusammen mit ihrer Wäschespinnenschutzhülle in der Zusammenfaltstellung besonders kompakt und leicht zu transportieren ist. Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die Innenquerschnittsform der Rohrstücke an die Außenquerschnittsform der zusammengeklappten Wäschespinne angepasst ist.
  • In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand schematisch dargestellt und wird anhand der Figuren nachfolgend beschrieben, wobei gleich wirkende Elemente mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen sind. Dabei zeigen:

  • Figur 1 zeigt eine Wäschespinne 1 in der Zusammenfaltstellung, die mit einer Wäschespinnenschutzhülle 2 ausgerüstet ist. Die Wäschespinne 1 weist einen Mast 3 auf, an dem ein Gleitgelenk 4 vertikal verschiebbar angeordnet ist. An dem Gleitgelenk 4 sind gelenkig Tragarme 5 angeordnet zwischen denen, in dieser Figur nicht gezeigte Wäscheleinen, verlaufen. Die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle 2 weist mehrere teleskopartig ineinander schiebbare Rohrstücke 6 auf von denen das oberste Rohrstück 7 mit einem Deckel 8 ausgerüstet ist. Das oberste Rohrstück 7 ist gemeinsam mit seinem Deckel 8 an der Spitze des Mastes 3 befestigt. Relativ zum obersten Rohrstück 7 sind die übrigen Rohrstücke vertikal verschiebbar.
  • Durch Ineinanderschieben der Rohrstücke 6 wird die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle in ihre Aufbewahrungsstellung überführt, was in Figur 2 gezeigt ist. Während sich die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle 2 in ihrer Aufbewahrungsstellung befindet, können die Tragarme 5 durch Hinaufschieben des Gleitgelenks 4 ausgeklappt werden, so dass sich die zwischen den Tragarmen 5 verlaufenden Wäscheleinen 9 spannen. Die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle kann während des gesamten Trocknungsvorganges an der Wäschespinne verbleiben und muss nicht separat aufbewahrt werden.
  • In Figur 3 zeigt eine Detailansicht der sich in ihrer Aufbewahrungsstellung befindlichen Wäschespinnenschutzhülle 2. Die ineinander schiebbaren Rohrstücke 6 weisen jeweils an ihrem oberen Ende einen Anschlagring 10 und an ihrem unteren Ende einen weiteren Anschlagring 11 auf. Die Anschlagringe 10 und die Anschlagringe 11 sind gegensinnig orientiert, so dass sie ein vollständiges Trennen der Rohrstücke voneinander durch zu weites Auseinanderziehen wirksam verhindert. Die Anschlagringe 10 sind gleichzeitig als Dichtringe ausgebildet, die Eindringen von Wasser in den Innenraum der Schutzhülle verhindern.
  • Die Erfindung wurde in Bezug auf eine besondere Ausführungsform beschrieben. Es ist jedoch selbstverständlich, dass Änderungen und Abwandlungen durchgeführt werden können, ohne dabei den Schutzbereich der nachstehenden Ansprüche zu verlassen.

Claims (12)

  1. Wäschespinnenschutzhülle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle mehrere teleskopartig ineinanderschiebbare Rohrstücke aufweist.
  2. Wäschespinnenschutzhülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrstücke jeweils endseitig angeordnete Anschlagringe aufweisen, die ein vollständiges Trennen der Rohrstücke voneinander verhindern.
  3. Wäschespinnenschutzhülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrstücke jeweils zumindest einen Dichtring aufweisen, der vorzugsweise an einem Anschlagring angeordnet ist.
  4. Wäschespinnenschutzhülle nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest je ein Anschlagring eines Rohrstücks als Dichtring ausgebildet ist.
  5. Wäschespinnenschutzhülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrstücke so passgenau gefertigt und ineinandergefügt sind, dass sie ihre Relativposition zueinander auch bei Einwirkung der Gewichtskraft selbst erhalten.
  6. Wäschespinnenschutzhülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrstücke durchsichtig sind.
  7. Wäschespinnenschutzhülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Rohstück mit dem kleinsten und/oder an dem Rohrstück mit dem größten Durchmesser ein Deckel angeordnet ist.
  8. Wäschespinnenschutzhülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrstücke zylindrisch und/oder im Querschnitt rechteckig, insbesondere quadratisch, ausgebildet sind.
  9. Zusammenklappbare Wäschespinne mit einer Wäschespinnenschutzhülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
  10. Wäschespinne nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wäschespinnenschutzhülle, vorzugsweise in der Zusammenfaltstellung, die Tragarme und/oder die Wäscheleine und/oder die Wäschestäbe der Wäschespinne einhüllt.
  11. Wäschespinne nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrstücke in der Trockenstellung ineinander geschoben sind.
  12. Wäschespinne nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querschnittsform der Rohrstücke an die Querschnittsform der zusammengeklappten Wäschespinne angepasst ist.
