L'invention concerne une nouvelle structure de base pour palette comprenant une armature à profilés métalliques formant des longerons horizontaux longitudinaux, des longerons horizontaux transversaux et des poteaux d'angle verticaux, tandis qu'au moins une partie desdits longerons horizontaux implique un assemblage de renforcement / stabilisation au moyen de ski présentant au moins une extrémité recourbée, de manière à être soudée à un profilé vertical formant poteau d'angle et à un profilé horizontal du longeron.

Description

  • L'invention concerne le domaine des palettes de transport, et plus particulièrement les palettes à structure de base métallique, pouvant servir à de multiples applications selon leur "habillage" à l'aide de structures diverses, tels que sols et/ou parois, supports, rayonnages, structures de soutien, etc.
  • Dans divers domaines industriels, tel que notamment l'industrie automobile, le coût de fabrication des structures de base pour les palettes destinées au transport de pièces d'assemblage représentent un poids considérable dans l'économie générale des articles fabriqués.
    Il s'ensuit une recherche continue quant à la simplification et la réduction des couts des structures de base pour palettes de transport.
  • C'est notamment le cas pour les structures de base les plus couramment utilisées, notamment dans l'industrie automobile, comprenant une armature à profilés métalliques formant des longerons horizontaux longitudinaux, des longerons horizontaux transversaux et des poteaux d'angle verticaux, et impliquant un assemblage de renforcement / stabilisation au moyen de ski pour (au moins une partie) des longerons horizontaux.
    La présente invention à pour objectif de réaliser une importante simplification et réduction des couts de fabrication des structures de base pour palettes de ce dernier type.
  • L'invention procure ainsi une structure de base pour palettes comprenant une armature à profilés métalliques formant des longerons horizontaux longitudinaux, des longerons horizontaux transversaux et des poteaux d'angle verticaux, tandis qu'au moins une partie desdits longerons horizontaux implique un assemblage de renforcement / stabilisation au moyen de ski, dans laquelle structure de base le ski dudit assemblage de renforcement / stabilisation présente au moins une extrémité recourbée, de manière à être soudée à un profilé vertical formant poteau d'angle et à un profilé horizontal du longeron.
  • Dans le présent contexte les expressions "longeron horizontal", "longeron horizontal longitudinal", "longeron horizontal transversal", "poteau vertical", "ski d'assemblage" (de renforcement / stabilisation) et "extrémité recourbée" sont à comprendre dans le sens suivant :
    • un plan "horizontal" d'une palette correspond à un plan parallèle au sol, la palette étant supposée disposée sur le sol en position d'utilisation;
    • la direction ou la face "longitudinale" d'une palette correspond à la direction ou la face de la palette perpendiculaire au sens d'introduction des dents d'un élévateur sous la palette (faces "avant" et "arrière");
    • la direction ou la face "transversale" d'une palette correspond à la direction ou la face de la palette parallèle au sens d'introduction des dents d'un élévateur sous la palette (faces "latérales");
    • la direction "verticale" par rapport à une palette correspond à la direction perpendiculaire au plan de base de la palette;
    • un "ski" d'assemblage de renforcement / de stabilisation d'une palette constitue une pièce métallique, essentiellement plane, constitutive d'un longeron d'appui au sol de la palette, et permettant d'assurer une certaine stabilité / solidité à l'assemblage de ce longeron et de l'ensemble de la palette, grâce à la connexion, par soudures (adéquatement disposées) aux autres éléments constitutifs du longeron et/ou de la palette.
    • Le "ski" est une expression bien connue en soi dans le jargon de la profession, également appelé "runner" en anglais.
    • Une "extrémité recourbée" d'une telle pièce métallique essentiellement plane implique que le bout de cette pièce (le ski) est pliée en au moins deux endroits de manière à présenter des points de contact / surfaces de contact (en vue de l'application de soudure) par rapport aux autres éléments constitutifs du longeron et/ou de la palette, en particulier par rapport à un profilé vertical formant poteau d'angle et à un profilé horizontal du longeron.
  • L'utilisation d'un ski recourbé permet un assemblage hautement simplifié, moyennant une quantité réduite de soudures, particulièrement adapté à un montage automatisé.
  • Dans un mode de réalisation préférée de l'invention, la structure de base comprend plus particulièrement deux longerons horizontaux longitudinaux, deux longerons horizontaux transversaux et quatre poteaux d'angle verticaux.
  • Selon une caractéristique supplémentaire de l'invention, l'assemblage de renforcement / stabilisation au moyen de ski de la structure de base comprend, de préférence, une ou plusieurs plaque(s) soudée(s) au ski, au profilé vertical formant poteau d'angle et/ou au profilé horizontal du longeron.
  • Selon une autre caractéristique préférée de l'invention, les longerons longitudinaux de la structure de base sont plus particulièrement de type ouvert à renforcement / stabilisation au moyen de ski à extrémités recourbées, soudées à un profilé vertical et à un profilé horizontal, tandis que les deux longerons transversaux sont fermés et formés de simples profilés à deux flanches.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation particulièrement avantageux du nouveau concept selon l'invention, l'armature métallique pour la structure de base implique un seul type de profilés pour les longerons horizontaux longitudinaux et pour les poteaux d'angle verticaux, consistant plus particulièrement en un profilé de type 45-45-3 mm, de type 50-50-3 mm ou de type 60-60-3 mm.
  • D'autres particularités de l'invention apparaitront à la lecture de la description détaillée d'une mode de réalisation particulier d'une structure de base pour palette, selon l'invention, donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif, en se référant aux dessins annexés dans lesquels
    • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une structure de base pour palette, selon l'invention, et
    • la figure 2 est une vue agrandie de l'assemblage d'angle de la structure de base pour palette selon la figure 1, montrant un renforcement à l'aide d'un ski présentant une extrémité recourbée, soudée à un profilé vertical et à un profilé horizontal.
  • La structure de base pour une palette montrée à la figure 1, désignée dans son ensemble par la référence 1, comprend
    deux longerons horizontaux longitudinaux 2 et 3 (longeron avant et, respectivement, longeron arrière),
    deux longerons horizontaux latéraux 4 et 5 (longeron gauche et, respectivement, longeron droit), et
    quatre poteaux d'angle verticaux 6.
  • Le matériaux utilisé est de l'acier de type St37 - E24-2.
  • Les longerons longitudinaux avant 2 et arrière 3 (ouverts, destinés à l'introduction des dents d'un élévateur) sont, chacun, constitués
    d'un profilé 7 de type carré de 50 x 50 mm et d'une épaisseur de 3 mm,
    d'un élément de ski 8 de type tôle / barre plate d'une largeur de 50 mm et d'une épaisseur de 10 mm,
    de deux tôles de renforcement 9, et
    de quatre pièces d'écartement 10 d'une épaisseur de 4 mm.
  • Les longerons transversaux / latéraux 4, 5 (fermés) sont constitués de tôles en forme de simple profilé à deux flanches, d'une épaisseur de 4,2 mm.
  • L'assemblage très simplifié des longerons longitudinaux est représenté plus en détail à la figure 2, montrant le ski 8 avec ses angles de courbure 82 et 83 permettant la soudure du ski 8 au profilé 7 (en un point 81, non représenté), et au poteau d'angle 6 (en un point 84, non représenté), et la tôle de renforcement 9 soudée, en sa partie inférieure, au ski 8, en sa partie supérieure, au profilé 7, et éventuellement, sur un coté, sur le poteau d'angle 6;
    Cette même figure montre également l'assemblage très simplifié des longerons latéraux, en l'occurrence le longeron en forme de profilé à deux flanches 4, soudé au poteau 6, avec une pièce de renforcement 11 soudée sur le flanche inférieur du profilé 4 et sur le poteau d'angle 6.
    Cette réalisation très simple des soudures permet une réduction considérable des couts de fabrication des structures de base pour palettes selon l'invention.
  • Les poteaux d'angle verticaux 6 sont formés de profilés de type carré de 50 x 50 mm et d'une épaisseur de 3 mm.
    Les poteaux 6 d'angle sont munis de cuvettes d'empilement 12, simplement formées de bouts de profilés carrés 13 de dimensions tout juste supérieures à celles des profilés des poteaux d'angle 6, s'emboitant ainsi sur le profilé ces poteaux, et étant soudés sur l'extrémité de ces poteaux. Cette réalisation très simple des cuvettes d'empilement contribue à la simplification et la réduction des couts de fabrication des structures de base pour palettes selon l'invention.
  • Des profilés 13, 14, de type carré de 50 x 50 mm et d'une épaisseur de 3 mm, constituent des traverses de soutien longitudinaux 14 et transversaux 15 pour le fond de la structure de base 1.
    Des plots 16 (en forme de bouts de profilé) servent de support pour les traverses de soutien et de guides ("centreurs") pour le centrage de la structure de base sur les dents d'un élévateur. Cette réalisation très simple des supports de centrage (centreurs) contribue à la simplification et la réduction des couts de fabrication des structures de base pour palettes selon l'invention.
  • Cette structure de base selon l'invention est conçue pour satisfaire aux normes suivantes :
    • capacité de charge au moins égale à 800 kg;
    • introduction de l'élévateur (seulement) par le côté long (côté longitudinal);
    • possibilité d'empilement à 5/1, donc à 6 en hauteur;
    • présence d'un support de centrage efficace pour l'élévateur;
    • hauteur de la base de 170 mm;
    • hauteur des poteaux d'angle 1500 mm;
    • présence de cuvettes et pieds d'empilement

Claims (7)

  1. Structure de base pour palette comprenant une armature à profilés métalliques formant des longerons horizontaux longitudinaux, des longerons horizontaux transversaux et des poteaux d'angle verticaux, tandis qu'au moins une partie desdits longerons horizontaux implique un assemblage de renforcement / stabilisation au moyen de ski,
    caractérisée en ce que dans ledit assemblage de renforcement / stabilisation au moyen de ski, le ski présente au moins une extrémité recourbée, de manière à être soudée à un profilé vertical formant poteau d'angle et à un profilé horizontal du longeron.
  2. Structure de base pour palette selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend deux longerons horizontaux longitudinaux, deux longerons horizontaux transversaux et quatre poteaux d'angle verticaux.
  3. Structure de base pour palette selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit assemblage de renforcement / stabilisation au moyen de ski comprend une ou plusieurs plaque(s) soudée(s) au ski, au profilé vertical formant poteau d'angle et/ou au profilé horizontal du longeron.
  4. Structure de base pour palette selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les longerons longitudinaux sont de type ouvert à renforcement / stabilisation au moyen de ski à extrémités recourbées, soudées à un profilé vertical et à un profilé horizontal, tandis que les deux longerons transversaux sont fermés et formés de simples profilés à deux flanches.
  5. Structure de base pour palette selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'armature à profilés métallique comprend un seul type de profilés pour les longerons horizontaux longitudinaux et pour les poteaux d'angle verticaux.
  6. Structure de base pour palette selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le seul type de profilé consiste en un profilé de type 45 - 45-3mm,detype50-50-3mmoudetype60-60-3mm.
  7. Structure de base pour palette selon l'une ou l'autre des revendication précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'introduction de l'élévateur est uniquement possible par le côté longitudinal de la palette.
