Claims (3)

  1. Procédé pour effectuer des processus thermiques, dans lesquels on utilise une flamme comme source d'énergie thermique, comprenant une chambre de combustion (3) et au moins un brûleur (4) principal pénétrant dans la chambre de combustion pour la production de la flamme (5), qui sont entourés d'une enveloppe (2) d'un récipient contenant du métal fondu, comme par exemple une poche de coulée ou un four de fusion, comprenant au moins un conduit (14) d'apport d'air de combustion et un conduit (15) d'aspiration de gaz de fumée, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de combustion (3) communique avec au moins trois chambres (10A, 10B, 10C) de régénération pouvant être raccordées au conduit (14) d'apport ou au conduit (15) d'aspiration et pourvues respectivement d'un lit (11A, 11B, 11C) en céramique pouvant être chauffé, dans lequel l'air de combustion peut, en alternance, être apporté à la chambre de combustion (3) par l'une des chambres de régénération et ainsi être réchauffé, et les gaz de fumée peuvent être évacués par une autre chambre de régénération et ainsi être refroidis, l'ordre du raccordement des diverses chambres (10A, 10B, 10C) de régénération au conduit d'apport ou au conduit d'aspiration pouvant être modifié, dans lequel
    les au moins trois chambres (10A, 10B, 10C) de régénération sont, avec les lits (11A, 11B, 11C) en céramique qui y sont prévus, logées dans la partie supérieure de l'enveloppe (2) et sont réparties uniformément sur le pourtour de la chambre de combustion (3) et dans lequel les conduits (14, 15) d'apport et d'aspiration communiquant avec la chambre de combustion (3) mènent respectivement dans le lit (11A, 11B, 11C) en céramique à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe (2).
  2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'enveloppe (2), pénètre sous la forme d'une lance centrale un brûleur (4) principal, qui sert à la production d'une flamme comme source d'énergie thermique pour effectuer le processus thermique.
  3. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, pour le chauffage du lit (11A, 11B, 11) en céramique respectif, un brûleur (20A, 20B, 20C) auxiliaire dans la chambre (10A, 10B, 10C) de régénération respective dans une zone comprise entre le lit (11A, 11B, 11C) en céramique et la chambre de combustion (3).
