Claims (14)
- Armature d'écoulement, en particulier pour baignoires, avec un boitier d'écoulement (1) qui est doté d'un corps de clapet d'écoulement (8) pouvant être actionné au moyen d'un élément de réglage, et avec des moyens de fixation (12,13) pour la fixation étanche aux liquides sur un fond de baignoire ou sur une ouverture de fond de bac, et avec un couvercle (15) qui est disposé au-dessus du corps de clapet d'écoulement (8) et dont le diamètre est supérieur au diamètre du corps de clapet d'écoulement (8), sachant que le boitier d'écoulement (1) est doté d'un canal d'amenée d'eau (1.10), caractérisée en ce que, au canal d'amenée d'eau (1.10), est raccordé un canal adducteur (19) amovible qui, débouchant au-dessus du clapet d'écoulement, débouche au-dessous du couvercle (15), sachant que, sous le couvercle (15), est disposé un élément adducteur (19.1) en forme de bague ou de disc, qui, relié au canal adducteur (19) ou formé d'une pièce avec ledit canal adducteur, limite, en relation avec le couvercle (15), une fente annulaire qui s'étend sensiblement radialement, sachant que la bouche d'amenée d'eau est définie par la fente annulaire, délimitée par le couvercle (15) et l'élément adducteur (19.1) et que l'écoulement d'eau est situé au-dessous de l'élément adducteur (19.1) de sorte que l'élément adducteur (19.1) provoque une séparation étagée entre l'amenée d'eau et l'écoulement d'eau, et sachant que, dans le canal adducteur (19), est disposé une soupape de non-retour (20).
- Armature d'écoulement selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que la soupape de non-retour (20) est dotée d'un élément de fermeture en forme de plateau (20.1), sur la face inférieure duquel fait saillie une tige de soupape (20.2), qui, mobile axialement, est guidée dans le canal adducteur (19), sachant que, sur la tige de soupape (20.2), est inséré un ressort à boudin (20.3) qui est protégé contre le glissement hors de la tige de soupape par un élément de sécurité (20.4), de préférence par un écrou, qui est relié à l'extrémité de la tige de soupape. - Armature d'écoulement selon revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que, sur la face inférieure du couvercle (15), est prévue une tubulure d'amenée filetée (15.1) qui peut être vissée avec un filet (19.10) qui est formé sur la l'élément adducteur (19.1). - Armature d'écoulement selon la revendication 3,
caractérisée en ce que l'élément adducteur (19.1) est configuré en forme d'anneau, sachant que le filet (19.10) est formé sur son pourtour intérieur. - Armature d'écoulement selon revendication 1 à 4,
caractérisée en ce que l'élément adducteur (19.1) est doté d'une tubulure filetée (19.11) qui s'étend jusqu'au couvercle (15). - Armature d'écoulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisée en ce que le diamètre du corps de clapet d'écoulement (8) est plus petit que le diamètre intérieur de l'élément adducteur (19.1) en forme d'anneau. - Armature d'écoulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisée en ce que l'élément adducteur (19.1) est doté, sur sa face supérieure, d'une pluralité de nervures (19.13) qui, s'étendant radialement, sont réparties régulièrement sur le pourtour de l'élément adducteur (19.1). - Armature d'écoulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisée en ce que les moyens de fixation, destinés à la fixation étanche aux liquides du boîtier d'écoulement (1) sur une ouverture de fond de baignoire ou de bac, comprennent des alésages filetés, prévus dans ledit boîtier d'écoulement (1), une bride de fixation (12), dotée de plusieurs trous de fixation (12.1), ainsi que des vis de fixation (13,13') lui, associées aux trous de fixation (12.1), peuvent être vissées dans les alésages filetés, sachant qu'au moins l'une (13') des vis de fixation est dotée d'un trou fileté (13.2) pour visser une vis de retenue (13) fixant l'élément adducteur (19.1), sachant que l'alésage fileté (13.2) associée à la vis de retenue (23) débouche sur la face supérieure de la tête de la vis de fixation (13'). - Armature d'écoulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisée en ce que l'élément adducteur (19.1) en forme d'anneau est doté, sur sa face inférieure, est doté d'écarteurs (19.7,19.7'). - Armature d'écoulement selon les revendications 8 et 9,
caractérisée en ce que les écarteurs (19.7) sont réalisés en forme d'anneaux pour recevoir par emboîtement ou par friction la tête d'au moins l'une des vis de fixation (13). - Armature d'écoulement selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10,
caractérisée en ce que l'une des vis de fixation, au moins, est dotée, sur sa tête, d'une bague de serrage (22), sachant que la bague de serrage (22) est maintenue dans une rainure annulaire (13.1) qui est formée sur la périphérie de la tête de la vis de fixation (13). - Armature d'écoulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le canal adducteur (19) est enfilé de manière amovible dans le canal d'amenée d'eau (1.10) du boîtier d'écoulement (1), sachant que la face extérieure du canal adducteur (19) et / ou le canal d'amenée d'eau (1.10), sur sa face inférieure sont dotés d'une bague d'étanchéité (21).

caractérisée en ce que le canal adducteur (19) et le canal d'alimentation en eau (1.10) et le canal d'arrivée (19) sont dotés d'un profil de section transversale elliptique ou ovale. - Armature d'écoulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13,
