Claims (8)

  1. Grand huit comportant des éléments de rail en forme de poutres en treillis, composés de rails principalement parallèles et de préférence sous la forme de tubes métalliques ainsi que d'au moins un tube de traction, relié par des entretoises transversales perpendiculaires aux rails et aux tubes de traction et entre les entretoises transversales il y a des entretoises en diagonale formées de profilés creux, notamment tubulaires et les entretoises en diagonale sont soudées aux entretoises transversales,
    grand huit caractérisé en ce que
    les deux extrémités des entretoises en diagonale (20) sont aplaties pour former des languettes planes (21) à double paroi et elles sont coupées à la longueur de façon que les arêtes longitudinales des surfaces frontales (24), extérieures, respectives, soient parallèles aux surfaces latérales des entretoises transversales (13).
  2. Grand huit selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les entretoises transversales (13), ont une section rectangulaire et les entretoises en diagonale (20), ont une section circulaire.

    une forme de transition sensiblement conique (22) entre les languettes (21) et la partie centrale tubulaire (23) des entretoises en diagonale (20), cette transition faisant un angle de cône (α) mesuré par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (25) de l'entretoise qui est de l'ordre de 20° et les passages entre la languette (21) ou la partie centrale tubulaire (23) de l'entretoise en diagonale (20) et la transition de profil de forme conique (22), sont arrondis.
  6. Grand huit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rapport de la longueur des languettes (21) et de la longueur de la transition de profil (22) par rapport à la longueur totale de l'entretoise en diagonale (20), est d'environ 1:2:10.
  7. Grand huit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour des entretoises en diagonale (20), de forme tubulaire, le rapport de l'épaisseur de paroi (a) vis-à-vis du diamètre extérieur (b) du tube, est d'environ 1:10.
  8. Grand huit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments de rail (10) sont courbés en arc de cercle dans la direction verticale et/ou dans la direction horizontale et/ou en hélice autour de l'axe longitudinal.
