Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Richten und Zuführen von einem halbstarren Materialstreifen (2) in eine Maschine, insbesondere von einem Blech in eine Presse oder in eine ähnliche Maschine, wobei die Vorrichtung mindestens ein mit einem Satz unterer Richtwalzen (30) ausgestattetes unteres Gestell (3) beträgt, ein mit einem Satz oberer, in Bezug auf die unteren Richtwalzen (30) versetzt angeordneter Richtwalzen (40) ausgestattetes oberes Gestell (4), den besagten Richtwalzen-Sätzen (30, 40) vor- und nachgeschaltete Zugmittel (5) für den Materialstreifen, Einstellmittel (6) für die vertikale Lage der oberen Richtwalzen (40) in Bezug auf die unteren Richtwalzen (30) bestehend aus Führungsbauteilen (60) für die vertikale Bewegung jeder oberen Richtwalze (40), und Mittel (7) zum Öffnen und Schließen des besagten oberen (4) und unteren (3) Gestells die ausgelegt sind, um in geschlossener Stellung den Materialstreifen (2) zwischen den unteren (30) und oberen (40) Richtwalzen einzuklemmen und, in offener Stellung, den Materialstreifen (2) von der Beanspruchung durch die besagten Richtwalzen (30, 40) zu befreien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Mittel (7) zum Öffnen und Schließen der besagten Gestelle (3, 4) in den besagten Einstellmittel (6) für die vertikale Lage der oberen Richtwalzen (40) integriert sind, dass sie ausgelegt sind, um das obere Gestell (4) in Bezug auf das untere Gestell (3) in einer zu den besagten Gestellen (3, 4) senkrechten Bewegung zu verschieben, und die Führungsbauteile (60) für die vertikale Bewegung der besagten Einstellmittel (6) betragen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Mittel (7) zum Öffnen und Schließen der besagten Gestelle ein zwischen dem oberen Gestell (4) und den oberen Richtwalzen (40) angeordnetes Hebemodul (70) betragen, das an mindestens ein Hebe-Mechanismus (71, 72) gekoppelt ist, welcher ausgelegt ist, um das besagte Hebemodul (70) und gleichzeitig das besagte obere Gestell (4) und die besagten oberen Richtwalzen (40) in einer vertikalen Bewegung zwischen der besagten offenen und geschlossenen Stellung und umgekehrt anzutreiben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Hebe-Mechanismus mindestens eine Kurvenscheibe (71) beträgt, die durch mindestens einen Antrieb (72) um eine feste Drehachse (A) in Drehung angetrieben wird, wobei diese Kurvenscheibe (71) mit mindestens einem an dem besagten Hebemodul (70) befestigten Wälzorgan (74, 75) zusammenarbeitet und ein Kurvenprofil aufweist, das so ausgelegt ist, dass die geschlossene Stellung einem stabilen Zustand der besagten Vorrichtung (1) entspricht, und dass die offene Stellung einem vorübergehenden unstabilen Zustand der besagten Vorrichtung (1) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Kurvenscheibe (71) zwei erste Abflachungen (711) beträgt, die durch einen Winkel von ca. 90° getrennt sind und durch einen ersten merklich kreisförmigen Sektor (712) verbunden sind, wobei diese Kurvenscheibe (71) mit einem ersten oberen, an dem besagten Hebemodul (70) befestigten Wälzorgan (74) zusammenarbeitet, so dass der besagte erste merklich kreisförmige Sektor (712) die besagte unstabile offene Stellung der Vorrichtung (1) bestimmt und dass die besagten ersten Abflachungen (711) Wälzrampen bilden, auf denen das besagte obere Wälzorgan (74) zwischen der geschlossenen und der offenen Stellung zirkuliert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Kurvenscheibe (71) eine zweite Abflachung (713) beträgt, die dem besagten ersten merklich kreisförmigen Sektor (712) diametral entgegen gesetzt angeordnet ist und die über zweite merklich kreisförmige Sektoren (714) mit den ersten Abflachungen (711) verbunden ist, wobei diese Kurvenscheibe (71) mit einem zweiten an dem besagten Hebemodul (70) befestigten und diametral dem besagten oberen Wälzorgan (74) entgegen gesetzt angeordneten unteren Wälzorgan (75) zusammenarbeitet, so das die besagten zweiten merklich kreisförmigen Sektoren (714) die besagte stabile geschlossene Stellung der Vorrichtung (1) bestimmen und dass die besagte zweite Abflachung (713) einen Freifahr-Bereich bildet, der den Öffnungs-Hub (C) der besagten Vorrichtung bestimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (E), der die beiden an dem besagten Hebemodul (70) befestigten oberes (74) und unteres (75) Wälzorgan trennt größer ist, als die größte Quer-Abmessung (D) der besagten Kurvenscheibe (71) und ein Spiel festlegt, dass den Öffnungs-Hub (C) der besagten Vorrichtung (1) bestimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte HubMechanismus mindestens einen Steuerhebel (78) beträgt, der einerseits an dem besagten Antrieb (72) und andererseits an der besagten festen Drehachse (A) der besagten Kurvenscheibe (71) angelenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte HubMechanismus zwei auf einem festen Gestell (73) gegenüberstehend montierte Antriebe (72) beträgt, wobei jeder Antrieb (72) über einen Steuerhebel (78) an die feste Drehachse (A) einer Kurvenscheibe (71) gekoppelt ist, wobei die besagten Antriebe (72) mechanisch verbunden sind um gegenläufig zu funktionieren und ihre Kräfte zu addieren.
- Vorrichtung nach irgendwelchem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Antrieb (72) in der Gruppe bestehend aus einem bistabilen Pneumatikzylinder, einem Servomotor, gewählt wird
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Zugmittel (5) für den Materialstreifen (2) eigene Mittel zum Öffnen und Schließen betragen und dadurch, dass die besagte Vorrichtung eine zentrale Steuereinheit beträgt, die ausgelegt ist, um gleichzeitig die Mittel (7) zum Öffnen und Schließen der besagten Gestelle (3, 4) und die Mittel zum Öffnen und Schließen der besagten Zugmittel (5) für den Materialstreifen anzusteuern.
