Claims (13)
- Dispositif mélangeur d'eau (1) applicable à des unités de distribution d'eau, en particulier des équipements sanitaires, pour ajouter à l'eau des substances hydrosolubles, comprenant un corps de dispositif qui forme intérieurement une chambre de mélange (3) adaptée pour contenir une substance hydrosoluble ; ledit corps de dispositif ayant une entrée (4) et une sortie (5) pour l'eau et étant pourvu, au moins au niveau de ladite entrée, d'un connecteur pour connecter ledit corps de dispositif à une conduite d'alimentation d'eau ; un élément sélecteur (8) étant disposé dans ledit corps de dispositif et étant manoeuvrable de l'extérieur dudit corps de dispositif dans au moins deux positions fonctionnelles : une première position dans laquelle il connecte directement ladite entrée à ladite sortie en excluant la connexion de ladite entrée à ladite chambre de mélange et une deuxième position dans laquelle il connecte ladite entrée à ladite sortie via ladite chambre de mélange (3), ledit élément sélecteur (8) ayant une forme cylindrique et étant logé de manière coaxiale dans un siège profilé de manière correspondante défini dans ledit corps de dispositif (2) ; ledit élément sélecteur pouvant tourner autour de son axe par rapport audit corps de dispositif (2), pour obtenir lesdites positions fonctionnelle ; sur sa surface latérale, ledit élément sélecteur présentant en succession rotationnelle autour de ses axes trois zones respectives : une première zone (51) présentant un canal circonférentiel évidé pour connecter ladite entrée à ladite sortie quand ledit élément sélecteur est dans ladite première position, une deuxième zone (52) ayant une embouchure de conduit s'ouvrant dans ladite chambre de mélange pour connecter ladite entrée à ladite chambre de mélange quand ledit élément sélecteur est dans ladite deuxième position, et une zone (53) pour occlure ladite entrée quand ledit élément sélecteur est dans ladite troisième position ; des moyens d'étanchéité étant interposés entre ledit élément sélecteur (8) et ledit siège (12) pour isoler de manière hermétique lesdites trois zones les unes des autres et ledit siège de l'extérieur ; lesdits moyens d'étanchéité consistant en un joint (54) formé d'une seule pièce et partiellement logé dans un siège correspondant défini sur la surface latérale dudit élément sélecteur, caractérisé en ce que ledit joint est en forme de cage cylindrique, composée de deux parties annulaires coaxiales écartées (54a, 54b) connectées ensemble par trois barres axiales (54c, 54d, 54e) espacées angulairement autour de l'axe desdites parties annulaires ; lesdites parties annulaires étant montées de manière coaxiale autour de l'élément sélecteur et lesdites barres axiales définissant lesdites trois zones de la surface latérale dudit élément sélecteur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens anti-retour (40) agencés pour s'opposer à une recirculation d'eau entre ladite sortie et ladite chambre de mélange avec ledit élément sélecteur dans ladite première position.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens anti-retour comprennent un filtre anti-retour (41) associé à ladite sortie.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit filtre anti-retour consiste en une plaque discoïdale à travers laquelle passe une pluralité de trous ; ledit filtre anti-retour étant inséré dans ledit corps de dispositif au niveau de ladite sortie (5).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque discoïdale présente des nervures de raidissement sur au moins une de ses faces.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens anti-retour comprennent une vanne unidirectionnelle (202).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite vanne unidirectionnelle est une vanne à membrane.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite vanne unidirectionnelle présente une portion périphérique à partir de laquelle s'étend une paire de lèvres flexibles (203, 204) pour définir une fente de sortie linéaire.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel lesdites lèvres flexibles (203, 204) sont effilées à proximité de ladite fente de sortie.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite vanne unidirectionnelle présente une bride (200) qui agit comme une garniture pour la sortie et stabilise la vanne dans sa position prédéterminée.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite sortie est en communication avec ladite chambre de mélange indépendamment de la position dudit élément sélecteur.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément sélecteur est positionnable, par rapport audit corps de dispositif (2), dans une troisième position fonctionnelle dans laquelle il interrompt la connexion de ladite entrée à ladite sortie.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit joint (54) est constitué d'au moins un matériau polymère autolubrifiant et/ou de mélanges de silicone.
