Claims (7)
- Gebäude-Fundament mit einer wasserdichten und thermischen Isolierung, umfassend Längsträger, die auf einem Mauergrund oder auf einer Streifengründung ruhen, auf welche die Bodenplatte oder die Erdgeschossdeckplatte stützen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsträger (40, 41, 42) an jedem Ende mit Verankerungsschienen (402, 412, 422) ausgestattet sind, die die Befestigung einer metallischen Gerüstkonsole (50, 51), die ihre Ausfluchtung, ihre feste Verbindung und die Abstützung der Stützen (10) der Struktur sichert, erlauben, und dadurch, dass vor der Herstellung der Betonplatte (30) eine Isoliervorrichtung (60, 70) entlang den Längsträgern (40, 41, 42) und unter der gesamten Auflagefläche der Bodenplatte (30) angeordnet wird.
- Fundament nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Isoliervorrichtung (60, 70) durch eine Dickschicht (61) aus einem Isolierstoff (60) und einer Abdichtfolie (70) gebildet ist.
- Fundament nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Isolierung zwischen der oberen Werkplatte der metallischen Gerüstkonsole (50, 51) und dem Fuß der Stützen (10) der Struktur durch die Einfügung einer isolierenden elastomeren Stützschicht (52) ermöglicht ist.
- Fundament nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermische Isolierung zwischen der metallischen Gerüstkonsole (50, 51) und dem Fuß der Stützen (10) durch hülsenähnliche Fassungen (54) aus isolierendem Stoff ergänzt ist, die in den Öffnungen für den Durchgang der Bolzen (53) zur Befestigung des Fußes der Stützen (10) angeordnet sind.
- Fundament nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Enden der Längsträger (40, 41, 42) über ihre gesamte Höhe einen halbzylindrisch ausgehöhlten Bereich (401, 411, 421) umfassen, der vorgesehen ist, um nach der Ausfluchtung und der festen Verbindung durch die Gerüstkonsolen (50, 51) das Zustandekommen einer Keilverbindung mit einem schwundfreien Beton zu ermöglichen.
- Fundament nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsträger (40, 41, 42) und die Bodenplatte (30) aus vorgefertigten Bauteilen hergestellt sind.
- Anwendung des Gebäude-Fundaments nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6 zusammen genommen bei Häusern mit metallischer Struktur.
