Definitions
- a latch and a latch and, accordingly, a latch drive and a latch drive are provided as latch elements. Both drives can be actuated by means of an external actuating member, preferably by means of an external handle and by means of an internal actuating member, preferably by means of an internal presser.
- a switching element is a cross slide, which can be moved by key operation against the action of a return spring from a deactivation position into an activation position.
- a locking lug on the transverse slide ensures that neither the latch nor the latch can be transferred from a closed position into an open position with the aid of the inner actuating member.
- a pivotal position of a pivotable locking lever is connected to the deactivation position of the cross slide, in which the locking lever blocks the outer actuator against an opening movement and thus the excluded case and the excluded bolt against a withdrawal movement.
- WO 2007/000763 A1 discloses a door lock with an internal handle, an external handle and with closure elements in the form of a latch and in the form of locking bolts.
- the inner handle and the outer handle are functionally separated. Only independently, they can either be switched exclusively to the case or both the case and the locking bolt.
- the inner handle and the outer handle each have their own switching device.
- WO 2009/008014 A1 describes a door lock with a latch and with locking bolts as closure elements. By means of a pusher, the latch of the door lock can be actuated. In addition, it is possible to connect the pusher either on the locking bolt or to decouple from this.
- Out GB 2 257 196 A is a door lock with a trap known which can be operated either by means of a key or by means of a pusher.
- a switching device with a switching element makes it possible to change the functionality of the door lock. For this purpose, the switching element can be manually moved along a lock plate in three different positions. A key operation of the latch is possible at each of the positions of the switching element.
- the object of the present invention is to expand the functionality of the prior art door lock.
- a switchable blocking device is provided for the switching element of the closure element drive.
- the switching element of the closure element drive is for a deactivation movement into a first deactivation position or for a deactivation movement into a second deactivation position but not released in the first deactivation position or blocked against a deactivation movement into the first deactivation position or against a deactivation movement into the first and the second deactivation position. All modes of operation can be realized on one and the same door lock. This eliminates the need to maintain a separate lock type for each operation.
- the switching state of the blocking stop is defined by its position in a preferred embodiment of the invention.
- the invention is provided in a development that the blocking stop in the release positions and / or in the stop positions can be releasably locked (claim 4).
- one of the final assembly of the door lock on the door in question preceding setting the switching state of the blocking device for the switching element of the closure element drive is preferred.
- a switching device is provided for the blocking device, which is operated from outside the door lock (claim 5).
- the switching device of the blocking device on a tfalz stoolen lock plate of the door lock is accessible or actuated (claim 7). An incorrect operation of the blocking device with the door closed is avoided with certainty. Before switching the blocking device, the operator must first deliberately open the door.
- the avoidance of incorrect operation of the blocking device is the characterizing feature of claim 8, according to which the blocking stop located in one of the release states of the blocking device is secured by means of a deactivatable securing device against transferring into one of the stop states. Also in the case of this invention type requires a conscious intervention of the operator to transfer the door lock from a state of high security (deactivation of the closure element drive) in a state of reduced security (no deactivation of the closure element drive).
- the switching element itself is used as part of the deactivatable securing device for the blocking stop in a preferred embodiment of the invention (claim 9).
- a closure element drive is provided with a drive element in a further development of the invention, which can be released for an opening movement or locked against an opening movement.
- a blocking element which in turn is movable by means of the switching element of the closure element drive in a blocking position or in an unlocked position is used.
- the blocking element for the drive element of the closure element drive is provided on the switching element.
- a transmission is provided between the switching element and the blocking element (claim 11).
- Such a transmission for example, with appropriate translation allow actuation of the locking element by a small operating force.
- a compact lock type is obtained if - as provided according to claim 12 - the opening movement direction of the drive element of the closure element drive in the transverse direction of the withdrawal direction of the closure element and in the transverse direction of the blocking movement of the blocking element.
- An inventive door lock with latch and latch and with latch drive and latch drive preferably has a common switching element for latch drive and latch drive (claim 15).
- the thus realized dual function of the switching element causes a structurally simple and compact design of the overall arrangement.
- FIG. 7 and 11 show the drawings a door lock 1 with the lock case open 2.
- the door lock 1 is inserted at the respective door, not shown in the figures from the rebate side in a provided for this purpose cutout of the door leaf.
- the door lock 1 is mounted on a lock plate 3 of the lock case 2 on the rebate surface of the door leaf.
- closure elements As a closure elements, the door lock 1, a latch 4 and a latch 5. These closure elements can be achieved by means of closure element drives, in detail by means of a latch drive 6 (FIG. FIG. 4 ) and by means of a latch drive 7 ( FIG. 3 ) actuate.
- Components of the trap drive 6 and the latch drive 7 are an outer nut 8 and an inner nut 9.
- An inner square 10 on the outer nut 8 receives the mandrel, not shown, also a conventional outer actuator, also not shown.
- a square socket 11 of the inner nut 9 serves to receive the mandrel of a conventional inner actuator.
- Both as an inner and as an outer actuator is in particular a manual actuator, such as a knob or a pusher conventional design, in question.
- the case 4 can be retracted by means of the inner actuator and / or by means of the outer actuator against the action of a latch spring 12 in the interior of the lock case 2 and thereby from a closure state or a closed position in an open state or a Transfer opening position.
- the latch 5 can, in the corresponding functional state of the door lock 1 by means of the inner actuator and / or by means of the outer actuator be transferred from an excluded, the closure state associated position in the open state, ie in a retracted into the interior of the lock case 2 position.
- the switchable blocking device 13 cooperates with a switching element 14, which forms a common switching element for the latch drive 6 and for the latch drive 7 in the illustrated case.
- the blocking device 13 has a blocking slide 15 which is displaceably guided on the lock case 2 parallel to the lock plate 3. At its to the switching element 14 lying towards the end of the blocking slide 15 is provided with a blocking stop 16.

- About the blocking slide 15 and the blocking stop 16 is releasably locked in the respective, in the longitudinal direction of the lock plate 3 occupied position.
- adjusting mechanisms for the blocking stop 16 are conceivable.
- a knob may be provided which cooperates via an eccentric mechanism with the blocking slide 15. Via the eccentric mechanism, a rotary movement of the rotary knob is converted into a movement of the blocking slide 15 along the lock plate 3.
- FIGS. 1, 6 and 10 show, with the acted upon by the blocking stop 16 portion of the stop surface 24, the position which occupies the switching element 14 in the transverse direction of the lock plate 3. In this direction, the switching element 14 is displaceably guided on the lock case 2. Towards the blocking stop 16, the switching element 14 is replaced by a in FIG. 3 recognizable prestressed compression spring 25 acted upon.
- FIGS. 1 to 5 the door lock 1 is in the first operating mode, which is also referred to as the "night function" operating mode.
- the FIGS. 3 to 5 show the door lock 1 in the view of the viewer of the FIG. 1 Remote side of the door lock 1.

- the blocking device 13 is in a deblocking state, the blocking stop 16 in a release state or in a release position.
- the switching element 14 under the action of the compression spring 25 in the transverse direction of the lock plate 3 perform a deactivation movement into a deactivation position.
- FIG. 3 It is apparent in the deactivation movement of the switching element 14, a locking element provided on this in the form of a locking lug 26 is engaged in an open-edged recess 27 on the plate-shaped latch drive slide 28.
- the latch drive slide 28 is part of the latch drive 7 and therefore a latch drive element. At the viewer of FIG. 3 facing away from the back of the bolt drive slide 28 projects from this a control pin 29, from which in FIG. 3 only the riveted with the latch drive slide 28 pin end can be seen. With its free end, the control pin 29 engages in a control groove 30 on the latch 5 ( FIGS. 4, 5 ).
- the switching element is initially by means of a key (not shown) 14 from the in the FIGS. 1 to 5 shown position with an activation movement in the transverse direction of the lock plate 3 to move down into an activation position.
- the key is inserted as usual in a lock cylinder of conventional design, not shown, and rotate in a corresponding direction of rotation.
- a cylinder receptacle 31 provided for the lock cylinder on the lock case 2 can be seen in the figures.
- a follower driving along on the lock cylinder runs on a driving projection 32 provided on the shift element 14 (FIG. FIG. 3 ).
- the switching element 14 via the driving projection 32 in the FIGS. 1 to 5 against the action of the compression spring 25 in FIG. 3 moved down.
- the switching element 14 engages a locking projection 33 on the switching element 14 with a rear grip surface 34 behind a counter-surface 35 on a locking slide 36 a.
- the locking slide 36 is guided displaceably on the lock case 2 parallel to the lock plate 3 and is biased by a spring which can not be seen in detail in the direction of the locking projection 33 of the switching element 14.
- the switching element 14 If the switching element 14 is moved by key operation in its lower end position, not shown, in which it is locked with the locking slide 36 and thereby blocked against a return movement in the direction of the bolt drive slide 28, the locking lug 26 on the switching element 14 with an unlocking open the edge Leave recess 27 on the latch drive slide 28.
- the locking lug 26 is thus in an unlocked position; the switching element 14 assumes an activation position.
- the bolt drive 7 is activated, so it can be moved, for example by means of the inner actuator from the closed position into the open position.
- connection lever (38) rotatably mounted at both ends ( FIG. 5 ) causes the rotational movement of the inner nut 9 a rectified rotational movement of a provided on the outer nut 8 drive arm 39. This engages with its free end in a slot 40 on the latch drive slide 28 a ( FIG. 3 ).
- the latch drive slide 28 is still opposite his in FIG. 3 moved position shown to the left.
- the provided with the inner square 11 part of the inner nut 9 has under the action of a conventional return spring in its initial rotational position according to FIG. 3 turned back without that would have been connected to a return movement of the latch drive slide 28.
- the nut parts 8/2, 9/2 provided with the articulation of the connecting lever 38 on the one hand and the nut parts 8/1, 9/1 provided with the inner square 10 and the inner square 11 on the other hand are rotatable relative to one another about the nut axis in a limited manner. Described in detail is a nut of the type used in the present case as an outer nut 8 and as an inner nut 9 EP 1 672 153 A1 ,
- the blocking device 13 is in the operating mode "night mode” accordingly in a de-blocking state and thus allows with its moved into a release position blocking stop 16 a movement of the switching element 14 in the deactivation position.
- the latch drive 7 is again deactivated, a transfer of the bolt 5 from the closure state in the open state is not readily possible by means of the inner actuator. Rather, before moving the bolt 5 again into the open position, first the switching element 14 has to be moved downward in the above-described manner by key operation with an activating movement starting from its position according to FIG. Thereafter, the latch drive 7 is again activated for actuation by means of the inner and by means of the outer actuator.
- the blocking stop 16 of the blocking device 13 is opposite to the position according to FIG. 1 to the right in the position according to FIG. 6 emotional.
- the actuating recess 18 of the blocking slide 15 is correspondingly displaced inside the window-like opening 19 of the lock plate 3 ( FIG. 7 ).
- the blocking stop 16 on the blocking slide 15 cooperates with a first projection 24/2 of the stop face on the switching element 14. Due to the mutual association of blocking stop 16 and first projection 24/2 prevents the switching element 14 in the transverse direction of the lock plate 3 comes into a position in which the on the switching element 14 provided locking lug 26 engages in the open-edged recess 27 on the latch drive slide 28 ( FIG. 8 ).
- the blocking device 13 is thus in a blocking state; the blocking stop 16 assumes a stop position.
- the bolt 5 can be transferred as often as desired from the closed position to the open position and then again into the closed position, without after a return transfer of the bolt 5 in the closed position before re-transferring the bolt 5 in the open position, first, the switching element 14 would be moved by key operation in a position in which the locking lug 26 has exited from the open-edge recess 27 of the latch drive slide 28.
- the switching element 14 drives the lever arm 45 of the two-armed pivot lever 46 via a gear 48 with a directed away from the outer nut 8 pivoting movement.
- the transmission 48 comprises a second lever arm 49 of the two-armed pivoting lever 46 and an angle lever 50 likewise pivotally mounted on the lock case 2. The latter is acted upon at its the switching element 14 end facing by an actuating projection 51 of the sufficiently far downwardly moving switching element 14. Via the gear 48, the downward movement of the switching element 14 is converted into an unlocking movement of the lever arm 45.
- FIG. 9 shows the door lock 1 at a time at which the switching element 14 is moved by key operation with an activation movement so far down that the switching element 14 has transferred the lever arm 45 of the two-armed pivot lever 46 via the gear 48 in an unlocked position.
- the blocking slide 15 starting from its position in the first operating mode and also starting from its position in the second operating mode parallel to the lock plate 3 in FIG. 9 move to the right until the blocking stop 16 on the blocking slide 15 is opposite a second projection 24/3 of the stop surface 24 provided on the switching element 14. If the blocking slide 15 is displaced accordingly by means of its actuating recess 18, then the situation results according to FIGS FIGS. 10, 11 , The door lock 1 is now in a third operating mode, the so-called "party function".
- the blocking device 13 is transferred from a DeblockierCloud in a blocking state, the blocking stop 16 from a release position to a stop position.
- the blocking device 13 is insofar in a de-locking state and the blocking stop 16 insofar in a release position, as the blocking device 13 and the blocking stop 16 allow movement of the switching element 14 in a deactivation position, namely in a position in which by means of the outer actuator a transfer of the Trap 4 in the open position not possible and the trap drive 6 is therefore disabled.
- the switching element 14 in the FIGS. 6 to 8 With respect to the trap drive 6 or with respect to a retraction of the excluded case 4 by means of the outer actuator is located the switching element 14 in the FIGS. 6 to 8 in a deactivation position.
- the switching element 14 assumes an activation position.
- the blocking device 13 is switched to a blocking state and the blocking stop 16 is moved to a stop position in which it blocks the switching element 14 located in an activation position against movement into a deactivation position.
- a first activation position ( FIGS. 6 to 8 ) and a second activation position ( FIGS. 9 to 11 ) realized.
- the switching element 14 a first deactivation position ( FIGS. 1 to 5 ) and a second deactivation position (FIGS. 6 to 8).
- the highest security level is achieved by the door lock 1 in the first operating mode ("night function”), a reduced security level in the second operating mode ("day function”) and the lowest security level in the third operating mode ("party function").
- a corresponding circuit of the blocking device 13 each requires a special previous intervention of the operator.
- a displacement of the blocking slide 15 or of the blocking stop 16 from the position of the first operating mode (FIG. FIG. 1 ) in the position of the second operating mode ( FIG. 6 ) is not possible only by manually moving the actuating recess 18 on the blocking slide 15.
- the switching element 14 must be moved by key operation so far down that the blocking stop 16 of the blocking slide 15 exits from the recess 24/1 of the stop surface 24 on the switching element 14 and opposite the stop surface 24 enters a position in which he until at the height of the first projection 24/1 of the stop surface 24 can be displaced.
- the blocking stopper 16 and the stop surface 24 on the switching element 14 a deactivatable securing device which secures the in a release state located blocking stop 16 against accidental transfer to the stop state.
- first a key operation of the switching element 14 is required before the blocking slide 15 or the blocking stop 16 from the position of the second operating mode (FIG. FIG. 6 ) in the position of the third operating mode ( FIG. 10 ) can be moved.
- the blocking slide 15 can be applied solely by applying his actuation tray 18 are moved accordingly.
- the latch drive slide 28 may be provided on the side facing the blocking slide 15 side with a projection which the blocking slide 15 automatically in the FIGS. 1 . 6 . 10 moves to the left as soon as the bolt drive slide 28 is moved from a position associated with the opening of the bolt 5 assigned position to a position in which the latch 5 is transferred to the closed position.
