Claims (3)

  1. Zylindrischer Kosmetikbehälter, Folgendes umfassend:
    - ein Behältergehäuse (X) zum Aufnehmen eines zylindrischen Kosmetikums;
    - eine Innenkappe (7), die in eine Kappe (5) eingebunden ist, zum Abdecken des Behältergehäuses (X) durch Einpassen von einem oberen Ende (6a) des Behältergehäuses (X), und
    - ein mittleres Werkzeug (4), das am Behältergehäuse (X) vorhanden ist, Folgendes umfassend:
    -- eine konvexe Rippe (4b), die geformt ist, um sich aus einer äußeren umlaufenden Fläche des mittleren Werkzeugs (4) heraus zu erstrecken, und
    -- einen oberen Endabschnitt (4a) des mittleren Werkzeugs (4), der sich aufwärts über die konvexe Rippe (4b) hinweg erstreckt, und wobei:
    - die Innenkappe (7) Folgendes enthält:
    -- einen offenen unteren Endabschnitt (7a);
    -- einen Vorsprung (7f), der sich vertikal lang von einer inneren umlaufenden Fläche der Innenkappe (7) heraus erstreckt und als Reaktion auf einen Gleitkontakt mit einem oberen Ende (4c) des oberen Endabschnitts (4a) in Richtung einer Seite des Außendurchmessers der Innenkappe (7) verformbar ist, zum Anwenden eines ersten Bewegungswiderstands von einer halb abdeckenden Stellung in eine voll abdeckende Stellung über eine unmittelbar vorausgehende Abdeckstellung im Zuge der Abdeckung des Behältergehäuses (X) mit der Kappe (5); und
    -- einen Ansatz (7d), der sich von einer äußeren umlaufenden Fläche der Innenkappe (7) heraus erstreckt, um einen zweiten Bewegungswiderstand anzuwenden, der größer ist, als der erste Bewegungswiderstand, während sich die konvexe Rippe (4b) im Zuge der Abdeckung des Behältergehäuses (X) mit der Kappe (5) über den Ansatz (7d) von der unmittelbar vorausgehenden Abdeckstellung in die vollabdeckende Stellung bewegt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    der Vorsprung (7f) auf der Innenkappe (7) weiter vom offenen unteren Endabschnitt (7a) entfernt positioniert ist, als der Ansatz (7d).
  2. Zylindrischer Kosmetikbehälter nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Vorsprung (7f), der an der Innenkappe (7) geformt wird, eine Vielzahl von umlaufend an der Innenkappe (7) angeordneten Vorsprüngen umfasst, die vertikal lang und linear sind.
  3. Zylindrischer Kosmetikbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei sich der Vorsprung (7f), der an der Innenkappe (7) geformt wird, in Richtung des inneren Umfangs der Innenkappe (7) erstreckt, und auch am äußeren Umfang der Innenkappe (7) abfällt, um seitlich und im Querschnitt eine vertikal lange U-Form oder V-Form aufzuweisen, sodass sich der Vorsprung in Richtung des Außendurchmessers der Innenkappe (7) verformt, während durch das Andrücken in den Gleitkontakt mit dem oberen Ende (4c) der erste Widerstand angewandt wird.
