Definitions

  • the shelters required for the maintenance and inspection of the facilities are temporarily made.
  • elevator systems of this kind up to a delivery height of 3 m, there is no safety-related acceptance by means of a if the manufacturer has appropriate manufacturer's certificates.
  • the lift height is the travel distance that the platform can cover at maximum.
  • Simplified elevator systems of this type can be used in lift shafts, which i. d. R. bricked or concreted are mounted. In most applications, however, these systems are delivered with a hoistway scaffold. This can be mounted as a load-bearing or self-supporting shaft scaffolding indoors or outdoors.
  • the load-bearing shaft framework con- sists of posts or longitudinal struts and bars in the form of steel profiles, usually hollow steel sections.
  • shaft scaffolds are often lined with glass, façade panels or other material.
  • a drive system mainly spindle drives and hydraulic drive systems are offered on the elevator market.
  • the drive spindle or the hydraulic ram and the guide system are mounted on a side wall or the rear wall.
  • the elevator platforms are guided cantilevered on one side as a "backpack system”.
  • the drive motor or the hydraulic unit is located either on the drive side behind a veneer (spindle drives) or outside the elevator shaft (hydraulic units).
  • a side or rear wall is installed by the required technology (drive spindle, hydraulic ram, guide rails, etc.).
  • This wall side can, if architecturally desired, be clad. In shear and crushing hazards by the driving motion such a wall cladding is mandatory. With glass elevators, the resulting reduced transparency is distracting.
  • the clad wall side can also not be used for a possible car access and requires additional space.
  • "backpack systems" in comparison to centrally suspended systems have poorer handling characteristics, which can be achieved, for example, by stick-slip effect. and resulting car vibrations during travel. Among other things, this leads to higher noise emissions, which in homes lead to impaired living comfort.
  • an elevator installation with at least two stops from EP 1 741 660 A1 which has a drive motor with a vertically extending drive axle and a traction sheave and carrying means fastened thereto.
  • the elevator system is equipped with an elevator platform with a traveling frame, which is carried by the support means and moved up and down.
  • the support means for the elevator platform run, inter alia, diagonally across the corner and on both sides of the elevator system, so that a lot of space is required for the drive device. With a transmission ratio of 2: 1 or greater, additional space is needed at the top or bottom shaft end. This arrangement also requires additional space for the pulleys above or below the cabin.
  • the drive motor with the horizontally extending drive shaft is located above the elevator platform and the suspension elements run on both sides of the opposite side parts of the elevator platform.
  • the suspension means and the two counterweights a lot of space is required. The arrangement of access to the long sides of the platform is excluded.
  • the invention has for its object to produce the shaft scaffold and the associated drive device for an elevator system in a simple and cost-effective manner with optimal space utilization.
  • the object is achieved in that the Glasstoff worn is equipped as a pulley with two or more, especially four, deflecting discs, whose axes are arranged on an approximately vertical plane with each other, wherein at least one deflection pulley in the shaft or on the shaft frame above the Elevator installation, another deflection plate below the elevator installation in the lift shaft or at the shaft scaffold and one or more, in particular two, deflection disks are mounted on a side element of the load suspension device, in particular the travel platform.
  • the device which is designed as a traction mechanism and operates on the principle of the flap mechanism, is equipped with two or more deflecting pulleys whose axes are arranged on an approximately vertical plane with each other, the traction mechanism can be placed in a very small space between the platform and the shaft wall, especially in the near area of the side parts of the platform.
  • the surface of the platform can be optimally designed and chosen very large.
  • One or more, in particular two, of the fixed deflecting disks in the driving shaft are connected to the drive shaft (s) and move the load receiving means up and down.
  • the pulley is designed as a factor pulley and two pulleys against close to two side elements of the load-carrying means, in particular a driving platform, are provided. Further, it is advantageous that the pulley is designed as a factor pulley and two pulleys against close to two side elements of the lifting device, in particular a driving platform, are provided and that at least two pulleys in the area each outside of the load-receiving means, in particular the car or the driving platform the elevator installation, are provided diagonally opposite one another in two corner regions of the elevator installation.
