Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fitting sub-rail arrangement, in particular a cuff rail arrangement, for a window, a door, a flap or the like, wherein the fitting sub-rail arrangement has at least two similar rail segments, which are arranged partially overlapping each other along the longitudinal axis of the fitting sub-rail arrangement , Furthermore, the invention relates to a fitting part arrangement with such a fitting sub-rail arrangement.
  • fittings for a door, a window may have a flap or the like rail-shaped components of various types.
  • a plurality of fittings is provided with a stroke-transmitting fitting sub-rail arrangement, which z. B. serves to transmit an actuating movement of a window handle on a closing element, for example on a locking pin.
  • This is often as Espagnolette assembly referred fittings sub-rail assembly usually in the rebate area along the outer periphery of a door or window sash or along the inner periphery of a door or window frame between an actuating member and a closing member.
  • Such a drive rod assembly comprises a plurality of similar rail segments in the form of drive rod segments.
  • fitting rail assembly a so-called top rail assembly or cuff rail assembly
  • top rail assembly serves to cover the drive rod assembly for aesthetic reasons and to protect the drive rod assembly.
  • cuff rail assembly serves to cover the drive rod assembly for aesthetic reasons and to protect the drive rod assembly.
  • Such fitting sub-rail arrangement also has a plurality of similar rail segments, which z. B. are formed as Stulpschienensegmente.
  • the invention has set itself the goal of further developing the known in the art fitting rail assembly such that there is a fitting rail arrangement whose length is changeable in an easy-to-use manner.
  • the object is achieved by a fitting sub-rail arrangement according to claim 1.
  • the length of the fitting sub-rail arrangement can be changed in particular during their assembly by the fitting sub-rail arrangement comprises guide means by which the rail segments are guided and displaceable relative to each other while changing the mutual axial overlap along the longitudinal axis of the fitting sub-rail arrangement.
  • one end of a rail segment may be secured first. Subsequently, the unfastened rail segment is shifted relative to the fastened rail segment until the fitting rail arrangement has the desired length.
  • Another advantage of the invention is that the length of an already installed fitting rail assembly can be changed later again, in particular the fitting rail assembly can be extended again. A later extension is not possible in the case of a length adjustment made by cutting to length.
  • a particularly compact design of a fitting rail arrangement results according to claim 2, by the rail segments by means of Guide means are mutually displaceable relative to each other under mutual leadership. Due to the claimed further development, it is not necessary to provide guide means, which are supported for example on other components. Rather, the fitting sub-rail arrangement can be designed as a preassembled subassembly whose length can be adapted in a simple manner with mutual guidance.
  • the mutual, axial overlap of the rail segments is continuously variable. Consequently, there is a fitting rail arrangement whose length is infinitely variable and thus flexible.
  • the guidance of the rail segments is achieved by means of particularly robust guide means by the guide means having a slot on a rail segment and a protruding into the slot guide projection on the other rail segment (claim 4).
  • the guide projection comprises two guide pins spaced apart along the longitudinal direction.
  • An invention type of construction according to claim 5, in which the overlapping sections of the rail segments can be arranged next to each other, is characterized in particular by advantages in the production of the rail segments.
  • the production of the rail segments is simplified, for example, by the fact that the rail segments not - as it is z. B. in telescopic rail segments would be required - must be provided with an axial recording, in which the other rail segment can be inserted differently far in a change in length.
  • the rail segments can have very simple cross-sectional profiles.
  • a rail segment between a first longitudinal portion and an overlap portion on a transverse offset whereby the possibility of axial overlap of the overlapping sections of the rail segments results with particularly simple structural means, since due to the transverse offset of the offset overlap section in a parallel plane, in particular higher or lower, runs as the overlap portion of the other rail segment. Consequently, z. B. the (not offset) overlap section in a simple manner under, or be pushed over the offset overlap section.
  • Another type of invention is characterized by a particularly compact fitting part rail arrangement.
  • the overlapping portions of the rail segments are formed at least partially flat.
  • a low-profile variant of the fitting part rail arrangement results when the overlapping sections are of planar design and can be arranged one above the other in the overlapping area.
  • An installation-friendly variant of a fitting rail arrangement results according to claim 8, in that at least one end section of a rail segment forms an overlap for an end section of a further rail segment. Due to the encroachment a rail segment can be pushed in a simple manner with the attack partially over a second rail segment during assembly and thus the other rail segment are held down at one end to the fitting. The introduction of further fastening means on the held by the grip end of the second rail segment is thus not required.
  • the fitting parts according to the invention is rails.
  • Arrangement part of a fitting part arrangement which has at least one second fitting sub-rail arrangement (claim 9).
  • the combination in particular of a length-adjustable cuff rail arrangement with a drive rod arrangement results in advantages during installation.
  • the length-adjustable cuff-rail arrangement can be mounted in a collapsed state on the drive-rail arrangement. Subsequently, the cuff rail assembly is pulled to cover over the drive rod assembly.
  • the additional guide means comprises a guide collar which is attached to the first fitting sub-rail arrangement (eg cuff-rail arrangement) and the second fitting sub-rail arrangement (eg espagnolette). Arrangement).
  • a fitting part arrangement results, the length of which can be changed as a whole, in that the length of the second fitting sub-rail arrangement (for example, drive rod arrangement) can also be changed.
  • the second fitting sub-rail arrangement (eg, drive rod arrangement) can first be set to a desired length, for example by cutting the second fitting sub-rail arrangement.
  • the first fitting sub-rail assembly eg, cuff rail assembly
  • the length of the first fitting sub-rail arrangement can then be matched by pushing or pulling the rail segments to the length of the second fitting sub-rail arrangement (claim 13).
  • the fitting part arrangement according to claim 14 is characterized in that for setting the length of the second Betscheschnerechienen arrangement a cutting can be avoided. To change the length, only the axial overlap of two rail segments of the second Beschiagteilschienen arrangement is varied. Subsequently, the two rail segments are set in the desired position to each other. The axial fixing of the rail segments allows the transmission of an axial Betreli Trents. This is particularly advantageous if the second fitting sub-rail arrangement is designed as a drive rod arrangement.

  • the stucco rail segment 5 has an overlapping section 11 which can be arranged in an axially overlapping manner with an overlapping section 12 of the other cuff rail segment 6. Since an offset transverse to the longitudinal axis 2 of the Stuipschienen arrangement 4 is provided between the coupling section 8 and the overlapping section 12 on the cuff rail segment 6, the overlapping section 12 extends in a parallel plane to the coupling section 8, in particular at a different height.
