Definitions

  • the invention relates to a repeating rifle with a housing, a detachably connected to the housing barrel and guided in the housing and lockable with the barrel closure.
  • the closure is in any case a longitudinally guided in the housing body, with different locking systems in question; those with twisting of the closure and others. In the former, the closure is locked either by moving and twisting the chamber handle or by moving the chamber handle and a link guide.
  • the present invention is applicable to both modes of operation.
  • the invention is occasionally suitable for closures without rotation.
  • the chamber handle acts directly on the closure, in the second, a closure carrier with a spiral guide.
  • the DE 28 34 332 C2 concerns an automatic weapon with a replaceable barrel.
  • the gas tap on the barrel is designed in such a way that the barrel is first rotated to change and then extended axially.
  • the closure is provided in the housing.
  • the DE 10 2005 036 251 B1 concerns a gas-charged rapid-fire rifle with a replaceable barrel.
  • a locking sleeve is fixedly mounted, which secures the locking head with its locking lugs with radially inwardly facing locking lugs.
  • the US 3,849,925 A1 describes a mechanism of a replaceable barrel, with which also the closure head can be changed.
  • the solution of this object is achieved with a repeating rifle according to appended claim 1.
  • the closure of the repeating rifle according to the invention is divided into a lockable with the barrel closure head with corresponding locking parts and guided in the housing closure body.
  • the closure head and closure body are connected to each other so that they are separable from each other when the closure body is in the locked position, so that the barrel can be pulled forward out of the housing at the same time as the closure head locked therein.
  • a rear part of the closure head inserted in a coaxial bore of the closure body and is held there by engaging in a circumferential groove coupling pieces (in particular balls).
  • When pulling out the closure head must These are pushed radially outwards, which is possible only in a certain position (position and possibly angular position) of the closure body. Only in the locked position namely allow this wells in the leadership of the closure body.
  • the closure body can be guided either in the housing or in a closure carrier.
  • the shutter is locked by sliding and twisting the chamber handle, and the recesses are arranged in the housing.
  • the recesses are mounted in the lock carrier.
  • the closure body in the housing is guided in a straight line in the longitudinal direction. The fact that the control bolt firmly connected to the closure body is guided both on the backdrop in the closure carrier and in the housing, a positive guidance of the closure head is achieved in a simple manner until complete locking.
  • An attachment at the rear of the closure body having a longitudinal groove of particular position and length into which engages a thumb of the closure carrier, and which forms a stop for a head at the rear end of the firing pin ensures that only at full locked closure a shot can be delivered.
  • the detachable connection of the barrel with the housing can be made in various ways within the scope of the invention.
  • the locking bush fits into a cylindrical bore of the housing and is by means of fixed a rotatable eccentric.
  • the eccentric interacts with a mating surface with the windshaft to the running axis generator.
  • the barrel can be detached from the housing with a handle and pulled out of the housing together with the closure head with a further handle.
  • a translation may be used to displace the closure carrier instead of a chamber stem.
  • a repeating rifle with a housing 1 a barrel 2 and a closure 3 is shown in a longitudinal sectional view.
  • the barrel 2 is connected by means of a thread 5 or otherwise as with a locking bushing 4. This surrounds the one cartridge chamber 9 containing the rear end of the barrel 2 and protrudes to the rear beyond.
  • the locking sleeve 4 is seated in a cylindrical bore 8 considerable length of the housing 1 and is held therein by means of an engaging from the outside in the locking sleeve 4 eccentric 6, which is rotatable by means of a hand lever 7.
  • the axis of the eccentric 6 is skewed to the running axis and the locking bush 4 has a mating surface 33 with the windshaft to the running axis generatrix, which receives the eccentric 6.
  • the barrel 2 is fixedly connected to the housing 1. Twisted at a right angle, the eccentric 6 releases the barrel 2, so that it can be pulled forwards out of the housing 1.
  • first locking parts 10 which here are several rows of circumferentially distributed, slightly rising segments (called warts), interrupted by longitudinal passages 11 (spaces) for second locking parts 30 on the closure 3.
  • the housing has on its upper inner side a longitudinal groove 12 and a transverse groove 13.
  • a cocking slide 14 in the longitudinal direction is displaceable in the housing. It could be firmly connected to the shutter 3.
  • it carries a pinion 15 which meshes with a top of a first rack 16 attached to a portion of the shutter 3 and at the bottom with a second rack 38 only indicated housing-fixed. For a translation is created quickly or shortened the way of the cocking slide 14.
  • the closure 3 consists of a closure carrier 17, a closure head 18, a closure body 19, an attachment 21 and a cover 24.
  • the closure carrier 17 is here fixedly connected to the first rack 16 and by means of guide rails 40 (FIG. Fig. 3 ) guided on the housing 1 in the longitudinal direction.
  • the closure head 18 forms at its front end the second locking parts 30, which fit into the intermediate spaces 11 between the first locking parts 10 of the locking sleeve 4.
  • a rear part 31 of the closure head 18 is connected to the closure body 19 in a manner to be described below.
  • the closure body 19 is a stepped cylinder and slidably guided in the closure carrier 17 and rotatable.
  • a control bolt 20 protrudes radially outward into a connecting link 41 of the closure carrier 17 and into the longitudinal groove 12 or into the transverse groove 13 of the housing 1 Fig. 3 the control pin 20 is shown in the longitudinal groove 12, and as 20 * in the transverse groove 13.
  • the gate 41 of the closure carrier 17 consists of a spiral-shaped part 41 'and a rear-adjoining short longitudinal part 41 "( Fig. 5 ).
  • the attachment 21 is guided on a rear portion 27 of smaller diameter of the closure body 19 and rotatably, but slidably connected in the longitudinal direction of the closure support 17. For this purpose, he has a longitudinal groove 23 of certain position and length, in which engages a fastened to the lock carrier 17 thumb 22.
  • the attachment 21 forms a rear stop 26, which ensures that the firing pin 25 can only be knocked off when the shutter 3 is locked.
  • Fig. 4 and 5 the shutter 3 without housing 1 can be seen; and above all, the connection between the closure head 18 and the closure body 19.
  • both parts have longitudinally directed flat dome surfaces 32, which are only indicated. They allow a displacement of the two parts in the axial direction.
  • the rear part 31 of the closure head 18 is inserted in a central bore 29 of the closure body 19 and has a circumferential groove 34 near its end.
  • the closure body 19 has a number (preferably three) circumferentially distributed radial bores 36 (FIG. Fig. 5 ). These and the circumferential groove 34 together offer just enough space for each one dome body 35, preferably a ball. Because the balls 35 can not escape to the outside, they form a detachable longitudinally positive connection between the closure head 18 and the closure body 19th
  • connection of the closure carrier has on its inner cylindrical guide surface 28 recesses 42 which connect in a certain position of the closure body 19 to the radial bores 36 and extend to the outside, so that the balls 35 when pulling the closure head 18 from the closure body 19 in this pushed can be.
  • This position corresponds both in the longitudinal direction and in the angle of rotation of the locked closure. Only in this position, the two closure parts can be separated from each other.
  • Fig. 6 and 7 show the closure 3 in the locked position.
  • the closure support 17, here by acting on the rack 16 first straight forward (along the guide rails 40 in the housing 1) is pushed forward.
  • the control pin 20 is first in the longitudinal groove 12 ( Fig. 2 ), so that also the closure head 18 and the closure body 19 move in a straight line to its foremost position, in which the closure head 18 dips into the locking sleeve 4.
  • the control bolt is still at the very front in the first part 41 '. the backdrop 41, because until then it was guided in the longitudinal groove 12 in the housing.
  • Fig. 8 Based on Fig. 8 is still the unlocking and opening of the shutter described, although while the Fig. 6 expire in reverse order.
  • the lock carrier 17 If the lock carrier 17 is pushed backwards, the control bolt 20 is first rotated by the first part 41 'of the groove 41 and the lock is unlocked in this way. That's the one in Fig. 8 shown position.
  • the closure support 17 pulls the closure (18, 19) in a straight line to the rear, because of the control bolt 20 in the longitudinal groove 12 (FIG. Fig. 2 ) is guided. He also pushes the attachment 21 by touching the stop surfaces 45, 46 to the rear and the stop 26 pulls the firing pin 25 back. Because of the displacement of the closure carrier 17 with its recesses 42 with respect to the closure body 19, the balls 35 again form a positive connection.
