Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un bloc d'appui (71) pouvant être fixé temporairement au châssis (2), avec une partie de pied (73) et une partie de tête (75), dans lequel le bloc d'appui (71) est maintenu sur le châssis (2) par un assemblage par encliquetage (77).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le bloc d'appui (71) présente deux parties centrales (74) saillantes de la partie de tête (75), qui s'appliquent sur la paroi latérale (72) du châssis (2) dans l'état temporairement relié au châssis (2).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le bloc d'appui (71) soutient le châssis (2) avec des lèvres d'encliquetage (77) s'étendant vers l'intérieur.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lame de coupe (6) présente une zone de section transversale réduite (68) s'étendant entre le front (6') et le dos (6") de la lame de coupe, qui s'étend dans la région de l'appui (3) et en particulier parallèlement à celle-ci, dans la position ouverte de la lame de coupe.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un bord (70) de la zone de section transversale réduite (68), proximal par rapport au palier pivotant (5, 9), est situé en dessous de l'appui (3) dans la position ouverte de la lame de coupe (6) et un bord (69) de la zone de section transversale réduite (68), distal par rapport au palier pivotant (5, 9), possède au-dessus de l'appui (3), dans la position ouverte de la lame de coupe (6), une distance s'étendant à partir de l'appui (3) qui est plus grande que l'épaisseur de matière de la plaque à couper (1).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que la zone de section transversale réduite est formée de deux creux (68) s'écartant l'un de l'autre à flancs étagés (69, 70) dans les deux faces larges de la lame de coupe (6).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le palier pivotant (5, 9) est déplaçable dans la direction d'extension de la fente de plongée (4).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une arête de coupe (8) munie de dents (17), dents (17) qui s'enfoncent l'une après l'autre dans la surface de la plaque (1) lors de la fermeture de la lame de coupe (6), de telle manière que la plaque ne soit qu'insensiblement déplacée dans la direction de déplacement du point d'intersection (8) lors de la coupe.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par des dents (51) associées à l'appui (3) qui, lors du pivotement de la lame de coupe (6) de la position ouverte en direction de la position fermée, changent d'une position cachée à une position avancée.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le châssis (2) est formé d'un ou de plusieurs corps creux avec des parois (43, 44, 45, 46).
