- the invention relates to a rolling device for opening or
- Closing a door comprising a rolling unit, which is connectable via a connecting element with a fastening element provided for fastening to the door, wherein the rolling unit has a at least one energy storage and a drive having drive unit which is connected to a wheel having a drive wheel, wherein the Drive wheel is in a mounted operating position of the rolling device in frictional contact with a subsequent to the door bottom surface.
- the device has a fastening unit provided for attachment to a door, in which a drive device is arranged.
- the drive device has an electric motor which drives a drive wheel rolling on the ground.
- the electric motor is powered by a rechargeable accumulator.
- the drive wheel is mounted vertically adjustable in the mounting unit on a bearing pedestal.
- a spring is provided between the bearing base and the housing of the fastening unit.
- the height-adjustable mounting of the drive wheel via a roller bearing with guide rollers or rollers has the disadvantage that in use contaminants in the guide rollers can cause a stiff leadership of the drive wheel, thereby possibly required for opening or closing the door friction contact Floor area is impaired.
- the casters tend in continuous use for noise, which is particularly disturbing when using the door opener indoors.
- AU 545 753 B further discloses a door opener which has a rail fastened to the door leaf, in which a corresponding guide plate is slidably mounted, to which a wheel unit is attached.
- the wheel unit has an electric motor which drives the wheel via a transmission.
- an energy supply an external power source, a battery or a solar cell can be provided.
- the weight of the electric motor alone is disadvantageously not sufficient to reliably ensure the desired contact pressure of the wheel unit to the ground.
- the rail of the known door opener on a holder for a rod attached to the door, which is weighted at the free end with a weight with which the wheel unit should be pressed sufficiently firmly against the ground.
- this design is disadvantageously structurally very expensive.
- an object of the present invention to provide a structurally simple rolling device of the initially mentioned kind, which is improved in terms of the above-described problems. Accordingly, in particular an autonomous rolling device is to be created, which is structurally simple and ensures a reliable and sensitive response in continuous use sliding bearing of the drive wheel.
- the drive unit including the energy storage and the wheel unit are each immovably fixed to the roller unit, wherein the roller unit via a formed in the assembled operating position between the connecting element and the fastener linear plain bearing under the influence of their Own weight is freely displaceable.
- the drive unit including the energy storage and the wheel unit are rigidly connected to the provided for attachment to the door roller unit, the movable mass of the device compared to an embodiment in which only the wheel module is displaceable, considerably increased.
- the roller unit is therefore in particular including the energy storage and the drive unit under the influence of its own weight in the linear sliding freely displaced
- the embodiment of the invention also has the advantage that the wheel in operation while exerting a substantially from the position of the wheel
- independent contact pressure can rest on the rolling surface.
- the pressure exerted on the rolling surface contact pressure is thus independent of the respective profile of the rolling surface. If, for example, example, an inclined ramp is provided as a bottom surface, the roller unit is moved when opening or closing the door continuously along the linear sliding bearing, from the beginning to the end of the opening or closing movement is a constant frictional contact between the wheel and the ramped rolling surface. In addition, this allows between the
- Connecting element of the roller unit and attached to the door leaf fastener provided linear plain bearings a low-friction bearing of the roller unit. Due to the displacement of the roller unit along the linear sliding bearing, a sensitively responsive tracking to the profile of the rolling surface, which may have uneven surfaces, inclines, etc., can be achieved.
- the arrangement of the linear sliding bearing between the connecting element and the fastening element also allows a particularly smooth displacement of the roller unit, which has proven to be very reliable in continuous use. Thus occurring in the prior art loss of function can be avoided by stiff or jammed sliding rollers.
- the linear sliding bearing according to the invention ensures low-noise operation, since disturbing operating noise can be avoided by rotating parts of the storage. In order to keep the sliding friction as low as possible, on the one hand a low-friction material pairing of the relatively displaceable parts of the connecting or fastening element can be selected.
- the linear sliding bearing between the connecting element and the fastening element is designed such that the roller unit can be detached from the fastening element without tools.
- the removal of the roller unit can therefore be done by simply moving the rolling device from the mounted operating position into a release position in which the engagement between bearing means of the linear sliding bearing is released.
- the roller unit in the mounted operating position of the rolling device is substantially vertically displaceable.
- Rolling unit is achieved under its own weight.
- the linear sliding bearing has at least one guide carriage arranged on the connecting element, which is displaceable on a corresponding guide rail arranged on the fastening element.
